I've had two massages here - one was a Swedish massage and very gentle and the other was deep tissue, both with different therapists and both were excellent and exactly what I needed. As a first time, customer who had an emergency come up and lost the appointment time I'm extremely disappointed in this company and the way that they handle the situation. Tiffany the front office manager was extremely unprofessional yelled at me through the phone. Needless to say I would never try to rebook with this company nor what I want any of their staff touching me.
