The technician that assisted me was very pleasant. I believe her name was Priscilla and she was the manager. Priscilla was courteous and kind in offering me tea at the end when she noticed I had some congestion. She was very soft spoken and hard to hear sometimes also seemed shy. The service started at the very entrance of the store at a round table. I was greeted and told that the package purchased the "blossom me" was not available because they were out of those products for hair thinning/loss. I offered to reschedule and she told me they wouldn't be getting those products from Korea until next year and that they were going to add some red light therapy to make up for difference. They should have told me this when I booked since I told them the name of the package at that time. Honestly, I didn't like the fact a credit for the difference wasn't offered or that I wasn't given the option to add from the menu to make up for it. It felt like it was a rip off even if it wasn't it because I couldn't see the value in what they claimed they were adding on. The services starts at the very front of the store at a round table. They run a wand through your scalp for a minute where you see your hair follicles on a small iPad then she told me my hair was healthy just some inflammation on the back. She had me select an aromatherapy type of oil for the service which I asked to breathe in then she rubbed my shoulders for a second then proceeded to escort me to the back for the service. The service itself felt like a longer hair wash type of service that included some red light therapy and some scrubbing with a special tool. Honestly, I didn't see the value for what was charged. No real wisdom or education was shared about hair condition or care. It was very robotic. At the end they lightly dry your hair with a blow dryer. I have curly hair so she used a diffuser that she held close to the scalp which burnt a bit since the scalp was sensitive from exfoliation. You basically leave looking worse the you came in with your hair half wet. I would love to compare this treatment at other locations to see if I'm missing something. Other recommendations to the business. Have some tissue handy if your client needs to blow their nose or something else. I was told no tissue was available and was given makeup rounds to clean my nose. The set up is not super comfortable either cause you're lying for 1.5 hours in a massage table with no actual comfort. I recommended at the very least a pillow to elevate legs during service. I also recommend more sharing of what you're actually doing at time of service and education. In the end I felt that they have technicians without proper training. That was my take. I would much rather get a facial or get my hair dyed, cut and blown out than visit a head spa. I'm not going to say though that it's not good for the scalp as I'm sure the exfoliation alone is great but the value doesn't do it justice.

Let me start off by saying, i called ahead to book a relaxing spa package for a full facial and semi massage. Over the phone everything was fine although i found it weird i had to zelle the full amount before arriving. I get facials constantly and have only ever been asked to give a deposit, but i paid the full amount. I get there the ladies were nice to offer me some cheese and champagne but i waited 20 minutes before being seen and there was literally no other clients there. I told Bebe i had some makeup that i need to remove and she made a huge stink about it. Why did i come with makeup? I said its easily removed i am getting a facial so cleansing is part of that.... Well according to her i should keep the makeup on because she would never have clients remove makeup. So weird!!!! I went to the bathroom anyways and removed it because im not about to have a mask and products placed over makeup! What was she trying to do, clog my pores?! Then she mentions it's a full massage and semi facial. When i said nooo i booked a semi massage and full facial, she made that a problem. Insisting her specialty is massaging and that's what the relaxation package is for. I gave in since clearly this lady is the persistent type and i was exhausted from traveling all day. She mentioned several times through the service how i need to feel Relaxed, this is going to be relaxing, jus relax but it's very difficult to relax when you keep mentioning it and talking. She made a lot of noise, either dropping things, forgetting things outside the room or mentioning what a big deal she is several times. So the last thing i felt was relaxed. The full service was about 90 min and about 45 min of that was me just laying there by myself with a bright light over my face. Not even goggles to protect my eyes. The music was abysmal. From nice spa music, to club music, to rap music at some point. It felt all over the place. I will say the massage was great. Her hands are a blessing but it was unfortunate that the ambience ruined the experience, the facial was basic and for a whopping $220 + $45 tip i was ripped off. I didn't complain or make a fuss i honestly jus wanted to get out of there actually relax in my hotel room. Luckily i will never have to come back.

Another woman came in and started massaging me- she was different and actually soooo much better! But then about 5 mins later- the receptionist woman returned, they switched and it was awful again. I offer a lot of grace typically but this was not what we wanted nor paid for. I left pretty upset but didn't say anything because the language barrier was too much. Called and spoke with the owner & she said they're a participant on ClassPass & she said yes, totally knew what I was talking about. I called the morning of to confirm my appointment, but they had me for a different time, even though my reservation appointment was showing otherwise. I had no choice but to go with what they had, as I needed my hair done that day. They called me later & said they could squeeze me in closer to my original appointment time. Whew. I arrived & the salon is super cute with rustic farm/barnyard style. There's a nice beverage & snack station. Dominique was my stylist who did my blowout. She was nice, friendly & did the style I wanted. Would've loved a scalp massage though. But my hair lasted over a week. Lol I refused to wash my hair cuz I didn't wanna lose my hairstyle. Upon checking out, the receptionist said $50. I said I prepaid through ClassPass. She had no idea what I was talking about, but just took screenshots and everything was fine.
