This was amazing...I got the 90-minute Hera Ultimate. It was so luxurious. I think the key is to go in early because it was much busier when we were leaving. I got the 10:30am slot. It was such a relaxing experience and the products smell great. You get a face cleaning, shoulder and scalp massage, and while she massaged my arms, my hair was under a water spray which felt amazing. The blanket and foot rest make you extra comfortable. There were some other upgrades that I didn't realize were available. I wish I had added the hot stones. They blow dry your hair at the end with some nice product, but it would've been cool to have a blowout after. I'd go everyday if I could afford it. read more

Went on Sunday late morning and had great experience. Easy to schedule. Reasonable individual services up to high dollar packages. Easy parking. Assisted as soon as we entered. Place appeared clean. Staff were friendly. They were on their cell phones in plain view while waiting for guests but maybe there is not a private staff area for them to wait? We were celebrating my Mom's Bday & Mothers Day and got the 90minute Hera Ultimate package. Before you go back, we got a scalp analysis which was interesting to see. We each did the recommended exfoliation for an up charge from their recommendation. They give you a gown, robe & slippers to wear. You change in a dressing room with private stalls. You lock your belongings in a locker. Then they take you into spa room which has two rows of tables & is dimly lit with relaxing decor and music. You choose your pressure for massage and can tell them if you want it adjusted as you go. The scale was 1 to 5 and the receptionist said to choose 3 and go from there. Next time I may choose a 2. They start with slight scented relaxation and putting warm eye mask on. Additionally, you get neck, shoulder, and nape relaxation, as well as facial acupressure and a lifting massage. A face cleanse & double shampoo with relaxing massage. We added exfoliating treatment and enjoyed them rubbing it in and lightly scratching scalp with their nails. The treatment continues with herbal water circulation in the head area and relaxation for arms, hands, and knuckles. The service concludes with scalp relaxation, a thorough rinse, and brief shoulder and back rub when you sit up. They wrap your head in towel and take you to the drying room and bring you a few grapes & a small cup tea (ours was green tea). You can leave your hair wet, dry your own hair, or they will dry your hair with their dyson dryers. We chose to let them dry- they brought two girls in to dry my sister's longer hair so she'd be finished around the same time as my Mother and I. I thought that was a nice touch. Interested to see if any changes noticed to hair and scalp. For now, it is super soft. We had a really good time relaxing & pampering ourselves together. It was a special just being together too of course. Lots of places to go near by if you want to continue your time with gelato or a meal. We say we need to go back once or twice a year! We shall see! I had a 3pm appointment (for two of us) that we had booked about 1-2 weeks ahead of time. About an hour before our appointment, Hera called to ask if we could do 3:30 instead. We told them no, as we had plans later and could not push back our already scheduled appointment. They ended up telling us we had no choice, as they could not get EITHER of us in at the time we had reserved. No explanation or apology was given, just that they were "running behind". We asked if we could get a discount on the next service, and they offered us a measly $25 each. Will not be going back, especially when there are other head spas popping up around time. read more

Theoretically, a place like this is phenomenal. There are a couple of things that I'd wished had been different about my experience. We had the 5:45pm slot on a Friday because I work 9-5 during the week. I received a phone call asking if we could move our appointment up earlier in the day, and of course I could not. Now, I'm all for starting your weekend as early as possible but the overwhelming feeling was that they wanted me out as quickly as possible. When the service was over I exited the bathroom and the lights were off and the staff were on personal phone calls. My suggestion would be to not take appointments past 4pm on weekends if you don't want to be there. During the shampoo the woman used her nails to scratch the scalp which was not relaxing - it would have been optimal if an actual scalp massage was given instead. Overall I expected more for $170. read more

Absolutely will never go here again!! READ IF YOU DONT WANT TO LEAVE WITH A BURN INJURY. The service started good, they did a review on my scalp and I did the 65 minute treatment with the dandruff cleanse. The provider I had was very nice and every thing started out good I had almost fallen asleep. However, the steam they used on my scalp was either to close to my scalp or to hot as it burned my scalp!!! I tried to lift my head away from it and resulted in hitting my head on something hovering over me. She adjusted it to no longer burn my scalp but the damage was already done. While brushing my hair I asked her to check the spot on my scalp in which I was burned and she said it looked fine and everyone has different tolerances to heat. Which that would've burned anyone's scalp not just mine. As soon as I got in the dressing room I took a picture of my scalp and it was bright red. When I went to check out the service provider was standing in a closet or office by the desk so I felt uncomfortable to say anything regarding the price and the service I had received. I called back 30 minutes later and asked to speak to a manager and the front desk girl had asked me what happened so I explained to her. She told me a manager wasn't in and would call me back. 30 minutes later I received a call back from the girl at front saying she spoke to her manager and the manager would contact me the next day. She also let me know she spoke with the service provider and that they apparently had gotten new steamers and the service provider said she should've been more careful about the placement of the steamer. So the next day at 2:00pm I still had not received a call from the manager so I called myself and spoke with her. When I explained the situation she tries to tell me that the system will not allow a refund and it is impossible to be burned by the steamer in which I responded that this is not true as I'm an esthetician and work with steamers in a daily basis and they in fact can burn a client especially if they are placed too close to the skin. She then offered 30% off my next service in which I said I would not be back because instead of leaving relaxed I left with a burn injury!! She only offered to refund $30 which was Zelled to me and not refunded. I paid $245 for this service only to receive a $30 refund. I should have been refunded the whole service due to their lack of negligence. My scalp is now scabbing over and looks horrendous. The gaslighting me into thinking I was wrong about being burned is truly insane and poor lack of customer service. I would've respected it a lot more had the service provider and manager just been honest about the situation, apologetic and try to rectify the situation. I'm not one to leave reviews but due to this whole situation I've decided to leave one to warn other people about what may happen if you decided to come here. read more

I found the facility to be spotless and well designed. The ambiance was exactly as I expected for a spa - the treatment area was dimly lit, warm, offered comfortable treatment tables and soothing piano music and the sound of trickling water. The Signature treatment itself was very relaxing and I highly recommend it for the additional services like the facial acupressure and extended massage. I did not opt for any add on treatments and was perfectly satisfied with both the complete experience as well as with the final outcome. I also found each staff member to be very warm, kind and hospitable. I definitely recommend this - especially if you're a tired mom and need some self care. read more
