I have never been treated with such disrespect. I have been going to this establishment for several years. Today when I went in there was no one in the reception area. Then a woman opened the door to the treatment rooms and greater me with a "yea what so you want". I asked for a 1 hour massage and she said no she could only do 30 minutes. She showed me to a room and after some confusion she apparently wanted payment up front. We went back out to the front where she informed me Taht there was a $2 charge for paying by credit card. This was not posted anywhere. Then she was unhappy with my tip before she even provided the service. I asked for my money back if my tip before service was not sufficient. After much huffing she took be back to the treatment room where I received the worst massage of my life. I have bruises and am in more discomfort than before I came. After this torture was over I could barely get off the table because I was in so much pain. As I was dressing the woman opened the door without knocking and said ok. It was obvious I needed to leave. I was not offered any water and felt I was basically kicked out. This is not the hospitality or service I have received previously. As a result I will not go back and will ensure I let others know of my experience. Because I was in so much pain I went to Diamond nails a few doors down to sit in their chairs to relax. They were very nice and welcoming. Do not go to Yo-yo reflexology unless you want to throw your money away. read more

I had You Yi and for such a small petite lady she can exert a lot of pressure. I did the 90 min combo for $65 and the first 45 minutes was mostly foot and head and the last was all which was great. I can't say enough about You Yi I'll be back to see her for sure. read more

I am very disappointed in the new ownership of this place. They used to be awesome and I would go every other weekend for my reflexology massage, but in the last few months they are either not open (during normal business hours) or I'm yelled at and told that they are too busy. It seems very shady to have a business and not actually want customers. read more

I walked in about 9 PM and there wasn't anybody there I thought it was kind of a sketchy place then when I checked in they said oh you got big muscles you need to have a four hand massage and it'll be just an extra $40 so I was already up $100 for 60 minutes but it was my birthday and was like OK what the heck So when I laid on the table I just had my underwear on then they commented oh you got to get more comfortable so they slid my underwear off for me without asking me I can't talk about the rest that happened but the last five minutes made me feel very uncomfortable and then they wanted an extra hundred dollars so I won't be going back read more

My husband and I have been coming here for the last four years and had a good experience. Not sure if ownership has changed, but we've both come in the past couple of weeks and it's been abysmal. I showed up today asking for a walk in or if I could make an appointment. The solo lady working here who said no walk ins, call to make and appointment, I'm busy now. I got here right at 10 when the business supposedly opens and there are zero cars in the parking. It seems like she just didn't want to work, which is fine, but the owner need not take up valuable real estate on Denton Tap if you're not going to run your business. I kindly asked if I go make an appointment since I was already here and she again waived her hand at me and said no. Well, there goes that. Not returning here and neither should you. Literally I don't know where to begin. This place is super unprofessional! The lady who did my massage would literally get on top of me. She didn't know what she was doing. Before I paid she waited for me to get my jacket and shoes on, just staring at me. As if I wasn't going to pay her. 50$ for 30 min massage. I was wondering if she could only do my back and I was still wiling to pay full price but she didn't understand what I was saying. She asked me for payment, I said I have a credit card she says if u pay with card it means u have no money. After that I said wait what I'm so confused she asked how much I was gonna pay so I said 50$ + $10 for tip because it was such a bad massage. She told me no you're paying 65$ I said okay just so I could leave and get out of there. She locked the front door which is so sketch. So take this as u will if u don't care go but if u do spend the extra 80$ at massage life or envy or literally any other place!!! read more

Fantastic full body massage at a very affordable price. Excellent service and a friendly staff. They take reservations, but my work schedule is so unpredictable that I can't set one ahead of time because I may have to cancel. So I usually just walk in when I have the chance and almost every time they can fit me in. My only minor criticism is they don't massage my abs and chest. But that's not enough to keep me from going. It's really frustrating for me but it's clear they just found someone to massage without any experience so they could charge me $100 for 90 minutes. Absolutely horrible experience. My husband and I went in three weeks ago and had a 45 minute reflexology and a 45 minute full body massage. It cost $65 each. It all went smoothly and was fantastic/unbelievably great! I went in today with my sister and requested the same thing. It was confusing for the ladies there and contributory to my first appointment. Communication was extremely hard due to language barriers. I ended up paying $100 per person for a full body massage with no reflexology, even though I said we would like the reflexology and body massage. It was indicated that if we did the combination it would only be waist up and feet. Which was not what I got the first time with my husband. I left feeling taken advantage of and fleeced. I repeatedly said in the beginning what I wanted... I even stepped out and asked if there was reflexology was coming...And she said "no, oh my fault, my English is not good" while handing me a 200$ bill. read more
