She showed me to a room and after some confusion she apparently wanted payment up front. We went back out to the front where she informed me Taht there was a $2 charge for paying by credit card. This was not posted anywhere. Then she was unhappy with my tip before she even provided the service. I asked for my money back if my tip before service was not sufficient. After much huffing she took be back to the treatment room where I received the worst massage of my life. I have bruises and am in more discomfort than before I came. After this torture was over I could barely get off the table because I was in so much pain. As I was dressing the woman opened the door without knocking and said ok. It was obvious I needed to leave. I was not offered any water and felt I was basically kicked out. This is not the hospitality or service I have received previously. As a result I will not go back and will ensure I let others know of my experience. Because I was in so much pain I went to Diamond nails a few doors down to sit in their chairs to relax. They were very nice and welcoming. Do not go to Yo-yo reflexology unless you want to throw your money away.

I had a massage from Elle and requested light pressure, and she listened to my instructions. The massage was super relaxing and exactly what I needed.
