I'm so happy to have stumbled upon him when I decided to splurge and treat myself for my birthday. I have had many massages before, but none have ever come close to Damien's healing touch. He doesn't just rub oil/lotion on you and follow a standard routine. Instead he tailors each visit to meet your specific needs by blending different techniques to locate any trouble areas and works on them individually. Damien found so many pressure points I didn't even know I had and even help relive some lower back pain due to tight glutes, hamstrings & calves. I only wish I had found him sooner. If I could afford to go every week, I would! Besides his amazing massaging capabilities, Damien is extremely professional and always checked in to make sure I was comfortable with an area before massaging me there. His work space is clean, cozy, warm and inviting. He plays soft relaxing music and implements aromatherapy to further enhance your experience. Never once did I feel, uncomfortable, rushed or left feeling like I didn't get my money's worth. He will work wonders for you! Best of all, he offers a great discount for your first visit. Give him a try, I promise you won't regret it!

As a massage therapist myself, it is hard for me to just relax instead of focusing on the therapist's technique. This was NOT a problem with Damien at all, and I had to fight to stay awake so I could enjoy it! He has the ability to provide a relaxing and effective massage, which is a balance that not all therapists can achieve. I will definitely be utilizing his services again!

There also used to be a musty smell that I noticed during previous visits, but I'm happy to say that it's completely gone. The new massage therapists have also been great. It's great to see a place I've visited for years getting these upgrades! I will return soon.

My husband and I did the couples massage (pro tip it saves you $10 if you're both looking to get a massage) and we were both extremely happy with our service. The room was warm and the massage therapists' technique was great, I especially appreciated their attention to detail- wrapping my head with a towel so the oil wouldn't get on my hair, really getting into my upper back where I have the majority of my knots. They aren't hindered by corporate massage restrictions, I used to always be frustrated that massage envy would completely ignore my hips and glutes even if I specifically asked for those areas to be worked on, but they really make sure to get into those areas and don't be surprised if they drape a little more on the exposed side! They even do stretching techniques at the end to make sure everything is nice and loose. We will definitely be back, found our new go-to massage place!

Every massage here has been great, with every therapist I've had. Stephen is especially great for a more vigorous/physical therapy-style massage, but Jessica and Sarah are also wonderful for the more traditional/relaxing style. They are all very conscientious about asking what you like, areas you want to work on (or not work on), and level of pressure desired. They have also all followed my lead when it comes to talking or not (I usually prefer not). All in all, every visit has been a pleasurable, professional experience that has been a great value!

I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership or subscription here. Before signing up,…read moremake sure you fully understand the policies in writing. My experience was extremely frustrating because when I asked direct questions about how to best use the massage sessions I had accrued, I did not receive clear or consistent answers. I was repeatedly told that my sessions could be used "at any time," but the way the policies were ultimately applied resulted in me losing sessions I had already paid for. From my perspective, the communication around membership benefits and expiration policies was misleading and lacked transparency. I felt like I lost money because I wasn't given the information I needed to make informed decisions about using my prepaid sessions. Customer service should be clear, honest, and proactive, especially when people's prepaid services are at stake. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend purchasing a subscription unless you are completely comfortable with all of the terms and have them confirmed in writing. Do not accept front desk clerks explanations.
