I've tried many places looking for the perfect massage. So happy I found The Massage Suite! Don't be fooled by thinking the good prices mean a less quality massage. I've only ever been to Jessica but she is fantastic!! Ive been about 5 times and also brought my teenage kids there for sports massage. We live 30 minutes away but won't go anywhere else now that I found The Massage Suite! The strip mall it's located in is nothing to write home about, but for me it's all about the massage. This is my go-to place for regular massage. I love that they make it affordable! The schedule does book up quite a bit in advance so there is some planning involved (probably because it is so affordable) but they have always been SO gracious in working with me to find a time that fits or when I needed to cancel or reschedule for any reason. Every massage here has been great, with every therapist I've had. Stephen is especially great for a more vigorous/physical therapy-style massage, but Jessica and Sarah are also wonderful for the more traditional/relaxing style. They are all very conscientious about asking what you like, areas you want to work on (or not work on), and level of pressure desired. They have also all followed my lead when it comes to talking or not (I usually prefer not). This place used to be great, but has had far too much staff turnover and lack of management in more recent months. Perhaps that's why they advertise a ton for $35 deals....desperate for clients? I used to LOVE Jaime, but she now works at some dump in Colleyville. Joe means well, but he's obnoxious, hyper, and never shuts up! I enjoy talking during massage, but he NEVER stops talking about HIMSELF!? If I want to know, I will gladly ask my therapist to engage me in his personal life. The massage was mediocre, yet he bragged way too much how wonderful and experienced he is. He was so "hyper" (which he admitted!), that he kept jumping from one side of the table/my body every 30 seconds, instead of working thoroughly on one side or body part. VERY frustrating and annoying. When I VERY specifically told him my needs and preferences, he rudely told me he knows best, and continued to brag about his experience as a personal trainer. Joe spent the majority of the massage bragging how busy he is with his other side businesses, if not about his personal life. To top it off! BEFORE the massage, he asked if I planned to tip him with cash or credit card!?!? I love to find a perfect masseuse, whom I over-tip overly generously...but I barely wanted to tip him at all after that comment, let alone his behavior AND mediocre massage. read more

I booked a 90 minute couples massage, not a 75 minute. The oil was very cold and the music choice was strange to say the least, and with the ticking clock in the background, it wasn't very relaxing. Also they said both beds had warming, but neither of them got warm. I had a great experience at the flower mound location, but not the lewisville location. It was not a very nice area as I was nervous to leave my car outside. Willing to try it again with the group in rate. read more

My husband and I have been going there twice a month for a year now. We love them. It's a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We love both Jessica and Sarah and would highly recommend either one of them. I get online and book 3 months of our appointments at a time. I've never had trouble finding an appointment because I book ahead and my husband and I go at the same time. I did not have a good experience. I have gotten plenty of massages and this is the worst place I have ever been to. It was extremely hot in the room and unlike most places were you can control the temperature in the room the best thing he could do was take a blanket off. It was completely light in the room. I prefer it to be dim so I can relax. Also the guy I had talked the entire time! I don't need to know about your wife and kid!!!!! I prefer to get my massage and not talk. When I get a massage I expect the room to have very little light. I expect the massage therapist to be quiet so I can relax. I also expect it to be a comfortable temperature. I've been to The Massage Suite 6+ times. Their therapists are generally very good, and the overall experience there is good. However, the middling rating is due to the unavailability of their schedule on the days that I'm able to take advantage of the service. I travel during the week, and can only get a massage on Friday-Sunday. I understand that their Groupons are popular, and perhaps there's a lot of contention for those same schedule slots, but I've simply given up on trying to get on their calendar, and have let some of the special offers I've purchased lapse (which makes them not-so-good deals). I guess I'll go elsewhere in Flower Mound or (gasp!) Highland Village and possibly pay more, but I would take this option over having to wait two months for a schedule opening. read more

no rating for this company I tried to get an appointment via phone and via internet and was unable to get an appointment. I had purchased a Card of several appointments from a discount company and they would not find me appointments before the card expired. I would never refer anyone to them due the unprofessional behavior of the owners and front office staff and because they basically stole the money from us that we were never able to get back when we purchased the discount card, the card was worthless and out money was gone. read more

I have enjoyed every massage, but in the last few months my appointments were all canceled (one I even showed up for and a few minutes later the therapist called in sick). I understand that sometimes life happens, but the last 4 appointments...come on. The excuses ranged from illness to injury to couldn't find a babysitter. If this is your job and livelihood I would think you'd be more concerned with so many cancellations. Judy is always frantic at the front desk rescheduling people, so I know it isn't just me who must be weary of the changes. read more
