I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership or subscription here. Before signing up, make sure you fully understand the policies in writing. My experience was extremely frustrating because when I asked direct questions about how to best use the massage sessions I had accrued, I did not receive clear or consistent answers. I was repeatedly told that my sessions could be used "at any time," but the way the policies were ultimately applied resulted in me losing sessions I had already paid for. From my perspective, the communication around membership benefits and expiration policies was misleading and lacked transparency. I felt like I lost money because I wasn't given the information I needed to make informed decisions about using my prepaid sessions. Customer service should be clear, honest, and proactive, especially when people's prepaid services are at stake. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend purchasing a subscription unless you are completely comfortable with all of the terms and have them confirmed in writing. Great customer service on arrival. I was greeted with a complimentary wine. Then sat in the whisper room for a few minutes of relaxation while my therapist prepared for me. Aaliyah was great I had a lot of muscle tension in my back and shoulders she was able to work out my tension. They even got me to sign up got a membership. Wonderful place. read more

Massage life was such an excellent experience. I have significant back pain due to stress. I asked for heavy pressure and they did just that!! I got a massage from Li Yan. Instead of the normal rubdown, she provided an acupressure massage and it was spectacular. she hit every single tension point. While some it was painful, it was worth it in the end. I walked out with zero knots and zero tension. A month later, I still have no knots. Used to have at least 8 on each side. The overall experience was so relaxing and much needed. Do NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP HERE. They basically stole 2 massages from me due to their policies on cancellation. I cancelled and then covid 19 happened, they closed down, and now my massages have "expired". They were not willing to work with me, give me an extension or my money back. Their customer service is below par and cause significantly more stress than they relieve. The memberships are a scam and they never stop charging your card even after the one year mark. read more

Invested 6 months but was very disappointed. Most of the massages were not very good. Only 1 girl was amazing with the hot rocks but hard to get into her, and had to use 2 sessions for this. My daughter went in and I specifically asked for a woman to massage her but the gave her a guy. She was very uncomfortable. They should have offered to make it up but they just said sorry for their mistake. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Had my first visit/massage today. Appointment was booked last minute so I was pleased with being able to get in when I wanted. Lobby beautiful and reception staff was pleasant. Bad massages, bad business practices. Find somewhere else and don't fall for the membership scam. They will continue to bill you during COVID-19 closures. They will ignore emails asking to cancel service during the closures. They will not refund you for the charges they billed for when service was unavailable and after you emailed to cancel. First time getting a massage since the Rona! Sadly I'm not coming back here! I was super excited to come in and get my spa on but unfortunately, it was not at all what it sounds like on the web! ! The lady in the from is not very personable and unwelcoming! She looks more like a warden manning the front! It's like super rushed atmosphere! The whisper room is nice but you're only there like 5 minutes before the massage therapist calls your name! I was super knotted up, and explained all my areas to the therapist and honestly she was not very experienced in her massage techniques! It felt like she was just rubbing oil on my back! On another note I asked to have the massage bed warmed and she told me she'd trip on the wires, and it probably was broken anyway, uhm! Maybe not a great way to start a massage! So there went my whole great experience down the toilet. So I come out of the massage to the Warden lady who could probably smile a little more to her guests or maybe it was just me she wasn't feeling! The vibe was way off! Anyway, she still charged me the full price of the intro special and never apologized for the incident i experienceD! Another place who puts money before their customers! Why would I come back and pay a membership when I'm literally telling you it wasn't pleasant? Ignoring my feedback and not apologizing left me feeling like this is just not the right place for me to invest my hard earned money in! THUMBS DOWN! A couple of months ago I cancelled my membership at which time I was told I had 5 credits. Last Saturday I brought in a friend of my who was interested in signing a membership. The VERY rude lady behind the counter charged my friend $49 and me $90...I told her I had credits and she told me they expired??? I told her to have Patty call me Monday morning and she NEVER did so I called her and told her of the bad experience we had that Saturday. She said "there's nothing I can do"??? Why would credits expire shortly after I cancelled my membership??? VERY bad customer service!!! What a rip off! PS...my girlfriend was never offered a membership and will NOT be going back after she found out how I was treated. read more

Love this place! I've been going to them for almost a year, and I'm definitely going to renew my membership when the time comes. Everyone is very friendly, rescheduling is made easy when I need to, prices are reasonable, and I always feel fantastic when I leave. You do have to sign a 1 year contract which they did explain to me when I first signed up, and it's worth it. Highly recommend! read more

Then after that they will charge your credit CARD one more time, just for good measure. I called, the location in Coppell, TX and the person answering the phone: Advised no worries your credit card will NOT be charge; after your contract expires. I checked my statement and they have been charging my card! I called this morning and the person on the other end stated: YOU have to come into our office and sign a membership cancellation form! While my first massage was pretty good, they do not explain to you that when you sign up for the membership that it is a one year contract. Tried to cancel my membership and they said I couldn't because I signed a one year contract. The owner of the business is the one that signed me up and she did not explain that one very important detail... To say the least I am very disappointed in their business practices. Massages are usually decent. However, to be a member, they bill your credit card monthly. I had 10 credits (massages) on my account & asked if they could freeze my account while I caught up on sessions. You can freeze it, but you can't use it while it's frozen!! I just moved to the area and found this place by accident! The first massage is $39 and it was excellent! It's clean and the massage therapists are very well trained in all aspects of massage. My back is a mess and I needed "work", not just a relaxing massage. I told them that and that's exactly what I got. I tried them a second time and it was just as good as the first, so I joined the monthly membership. It's a great deal! Beautiful place! read more

The 3 massage therapists I used were great...Tim, Jim and a woman whose name I can't recall. The place is definitely clean and the people are nice but I had 2 issues. First, the membership terms are absurd. You have to cancel in person or they keep billing you...forever it seems. The reason I cancelled, however, was the aromatherapy smell. I understand that this is a personal preference thing...my preference is not to leave smelling like tea tree oil or peppermint leaves. Blech. The whole place smells...lobby, massage rooms, waiting room. I have a sensitive sense of smell. After 7 or 8 months I couldn't stand the thought of walking in there again. read more

Warning!!! This company will continue to charge your card even after you cancel the membership and move out of town. They make all kinds of excuses, such as, we cannot find the cancellation form you said you completed; the manager has to approve all cancellations; etc. They now have overcharged us for 6 months. Unfortunately, I committed to a 1-year contract with these people. I'm not sure who the Lady Patty is but she seriously lacks customer service skills. She seems to be a very unhappy person and surely doesn't like customers. She is not willing to work with you. Sometimes life happens but she does not want to hear it. My contract was up in February. I could have canceled my membership then, however, I chose to keep it a little longer, but my Husband lost his job and I have 2 daughters getting married. According to "Patty", I did not cancel my month to month within 30 days, however, I was willing to give up my 2 months that I have not used yet in order to not get charged for this last month. Patty, of course, would not work with me. Why would I think she would. I told her to just keep everything since she is so hard on money and I will never go back to being a member for this franchise. I will never recommend them to anyone. The massage professionals are very nice, but they are not the greatest. I don't recommend this place and especially if life happens to you. You will be paying $55 a month no matter what because they will not even pause your membership and they also do not allow you to give a pass to any family member like some other membership places. Not sure why there aren't more great reviews of this place. It's super nice and beautiful inside- very clean and I'm amazed you can get such a good deal on your first massage- $49 (compared to other places nearby is great for the quality of the experience I had). Facility is beautiful and the massage therapist I had- Christina-was absolutely wonderful- she personalized my hour to exactly the areas I had a lot of knots in and gave me advice on what I can do to help my back pain. I will definitely be coming back to her! I also ended up getting a membership because the rates are really great- $55 a month for an hour massage and any additional hour massages are only $49 (significantly lower than $90 for an hour if you are not a member). I felt so refreshed afterward and everyone was very kind and wonderful that I interacted with! I'll be looking forward to coming here once a month now that I have an affordable membership! Also- saw in some other reviews people getting mad about membership issues- just want to say they explained everything to me very clearly and seemed easy to work with or contact. read more
