Within two minutes, it was clear the therapist wasn't a good match for my request. The pressure was extremely light and felt more like rubbing than an effective massage. I asked to shorten the session to 30 minutes. The manager came over and instructed the therapist to use firmer pressure, but there was little improvement. Despite my request to shorten the appointment, the session continued for the full hour, with approximately 5-7 minutes lost while the therapist was in the back tending to her sniffles. I still left a $10 tip out of courtesy, but the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I've previously had good back massages with Tom, but today's experience left me feeling that my specific request was disregarded. If you cannot provide the pressure or service a customer requests, please be upfront before booking. I will not be returning.

This is the spot I will always go to now when I need a massage. no more groupon or livingsocial for massages!! About the charging on credit card. It clearly says they charge you $2 for the TAX on credit cards. I paid $60 even plus $12 tip (Reflexology for two people)... So they didn't charge me tax, which is AWESOME! =)

This place has been open for many years and I've gone there for many years. I'm finally writing a…read morereview because of my last visit. It's always been hit or miss. Less than half the time I go it's great. Like, 30% of the time. The other 70% it's strange or ridiculous. They have frequent customer cards which I have never been able to redeem. Whatever is explained to me, with pointing to the card, I do not understand. The employees will carry on conversations out loud rather than respecting the 'relax' part of the business name. You can clearly hear everything from the mall. When I once did get a table massage the 'therapist' left the door open. I could hear the sounds from the mall and there was no music. It was horrible. My last visit I asked for a 20 minute chair massage and 30 minute foot reflexology. Halfway through the chair massage they changed therapists. The next one's only technique was to crush muscle with his elbow. I asked if he would do the other side of my back- which hadn't been worked on, and ended up getting charged an extra ten minutes for that. Foot reflexology normally consisted of foot massage and then pointed pressure on each reflexology point. What I got was my feet slapped and then scraped, which hurt on the arch of my foot, with a stone. The worst part was that the therapist did not follow draping techniques as taught by the Texas Health Department's Massage guidelines. I was wearing a shirt. At the end of the session my therapist bent one of my knees and pressed it across my other leg (in yoga this is a stretching twist). He allowed my butt to be exposed and didn't bother to move the blanket/towel to cover my backside. At all. At the end of the session he pulled the towel by the corner as he walked away, exposing me since my skirt was up to my crotch- thanks to the stretching. I felt like they'd made me into a joke. They DO NOT practice massage therapy techniques approved or taught by most licensed massage therapy teachers.

This facility is very clean and I was greeted by a friendly therapist named Amanda. I elected for a combo foot and back therapeutic massage. Wow! Amanda found all my tension spots and relieved my neck pain. The warm foot bath and reflexology therapy almost put me to sleep. I felt great and finally had a good night sleep afterwards. I highly recommend this professional service and the price is more competitive than some of the other local spas. Great job and a very clean facility.
