Background: athletic active guy, but have had a desk job for the past decade. During that time I have had lower back issues ranging from debilitating back spasms to constant pain for the past ten years. Richard quickly identified structural issues with my hips and corrected them. I had 10 treatments over a couple of months. As a result the first thing I noticed was that I no longer had a constant awareness to my back pain. That may seem minor, but when that affects you for such a longer time it is a major change. His knowledge of the anatomy is extensive. I could not recommend his services more. Everyone is very different and his vast experience allows his to treat people with very different personal issues. Rolfing is a very personal and intimate experience. Richard is very personable and trusting. A few minutes with him and you will understand exactly what I am saying. Obviously not all results are the same, but I enjoy riding my apt's peloton exercise bike. During my time with Richard, I hit PR's on almost every ride.
