Where is Lisa?! The rude short hair lady in the front needs to be replaced. She has zero customer service. She ALWAYS has this face of judgement and hate. Also, ever since this place won the yell award they have done worse to obtain that award. I've been going here for years, they increased their price to spa level yet the service declined, the place is filthy, they use these blankets that barely cover and are more for pets then people especially for bare skin. Worst, they skimp on massages now. I told the girl to make to do deep tissue, hit my back right above my butt where it caves in, get my left arm and hand due to my shoulder having a pinch nerve. She purposely did my right arm and skippeymy back. She only did deep on my feet and this has continued to happen by these massage people since they raised the pricing. I will be finding a new place and looking for Lisa although I think she is still there but that lady denies she is every single time but then i typically see her in the back. I was looking on Yelp for a new foot spa in my area to try. I have a place I usually go to and the great massage person, but I wanted to try a different one and I saw this place with many great reviews, so I went there this afternoon. Many Yelpers mentioned that Lisa is the best, so I made an appointment with Lisa and I'm glad to report that Yelpers didn't disappoint me! I already knew the first few minutes into a session that she's good!(I got C2 $70 massage/foot combo 45 mins/45 mins). After foot massage, I went to another room for a body massage. I had to take off my shirt and brassier and I usually don't like to disrobe, but this time, I didn't mind. First, she did the acupressure without the lotion/oil and proceeded to do the deep tissue . She's a small person, but she has great, strong hands which I love. I didn't even have to tell her the level of pressure. She also walked on my back, arms and legs!!(They have the parallel bars on the ceiling, so she can balance herself). I love to have my buttocks massages, because I hold lot of tension there and Lisa did a great job! It was so good as I love a strong, deep massage. She took her time massaging and I didn't want it to end and that's how good it was. After it was done, my body felt so light and great! I've tried Clif's twice now. My first experience was OK, but when I tried it again - OMG! I had the best reflexology and back and neck massage I've ever had. I've been all of the country getting massages and my most recent experience at clif's was mind blowing. The gentleman who worked on me (goes by David) he has magical hands! And the pressure is spot on! I'm happy I gave it another try and i will from now on ask for David! And the pricing... how can you go wrong with a 70 min service for only $60, there's no other place massage parlor in North Dallas that will give you that kind of bang for your buck. We do have many "foot massage" places in the area, but this establishment by far blew me away. My only criticism is the decor in the main room - they should work on that, but the private rooms are clean, and more of what you'd expect. They use these rooms for the body massages. So if you can past the main room where they do the reflexology -- you'll slowly forget the decor, because the amount of work on your feet makes you go to your "happy place." Enjoy all! read more

We've been going to Clif's for several years and have had fantastic massages. Today, the guy (not seen before) that did my massage spent at least 60% of the time doing a deep tissue massage on my torn rotator cuff (told him I was injured). He was incredibly strong, but too strong for my petite self. It just depends on who you get unless you request someone specific, so that's OK. What's not OK is when we checked out and gave a 15% tip, he had the nerve to look very angry and said, "You tip no good." Just, WOW. read more

I just had my first ever reflexology session thanks to a thoughtful birthday gift from my daughter. I enjoyed a one hour session. The room had six beds but I had it to myself during the time frame that I was there. The music was calming but very low volume, I mostly heard the sound of water. I don't think my massage therapist speaks fluent English. I mostly enjoyed the massage and received more bodywork than I expected. First, my face was massaged. I didn't like it. It was followed by a scalp massage that felt great. I was laying down and my feet were in a pail of warm water. It felt good. My shoulders and upper arms were massaged and I really appreciated that. The foot reflexology portion was definitely my favorite. It would have been nice to have a therapist that I could communicate with and discuss specific areas of my body with. She was perceptive though so I would definitely go back again. They have a loyalty card, after 10 sessions, get one free. read more

I've received 35+ massages from this place. -Ask for punch card to get 11th one hour massage for free. - Massages are deep tissue, traditional Chinese (the best!). -Low turn-over, always same women. -95% of my massages have been amazing & 5% just "good." - My favorite is "F3" one hour for $35, it states 45 minute foot & 15 minute body, but really it's 15 minute face,scalp, neck & arms, 30 minute foot (with hot towel at end) and 15 minutes full back. - You will be massaged in a room with 5 other beds (curtains for separation). - You do not remove any clothing. I suggest wearing gym clothes, like shorts & t-shirt. - Some masseuses massage on top of clothes & others will lift up your shirt to massage your back. -Sometimes they crawl on your back & use knees on pressure points. -If you pay $5 more for "F4" one hour, they move you into a private room for last 30 minutes & it's more intense on the back. - I've taken my 6 year old son four times. They are very good with him (he doesn't make a peep) and falls asleep every time. They charge $20 for his 30 minute massage. Don't know what I would do without this place. read more

I was slightly skeptical because usually everything in Plano is needlessly expensive, yet the prices seemed fair ($40 for 30 min feet, 30 min body) and I was in the area. Little did I know I'd be getting the best massage I've ever had. There are hundreds of comparable places around the metroplex, but this is hands down the best one. This place was clean, quiet, and professional. My masseuse used everything from elbows to feet to give a strong, deep tissue massage that leaves you floating. There really aren't words to express how relaxed you are when you leave here and the feeling follows into the next day. My only critiques would be maybe find a way to hide some of the natural light that seeps into the foot spa room. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend. This is a great little place right off the tollway on Park. You walk in to the scent of eucalyptus and the sound of serenity. Dim lighting and a waterfall. The prices are very reasonable and range from $30 for a foot/body massage to $65 for a full body message. The front room has 4 cushie chairs that recline all the way where you can lean back or lie on your stomach. Additionally, they have three private rooms in the back. My partner and I go once or twice a week. I usually get the 30 minute body and 30 minute foot massage. They start by brining you a wooden tub of hot water for a soak while they massage your head, neck and arms, then they go to town on your feet. Then they have you turn to your stomach and give you the best neck and back massage. If you prefer full-body massage, go for the back-walking massage!! They have rails attached to the ceiling which help the therapist walk on your arms, legs and back. It is one of my top choices for a full-body massage of all time. The team is very nice and always accommodating. They give you a cold bottle of water on your way out. Don't forget to get your loyalty card punched because if you buy 10, you get one free! read more

It felt longer than the 30 minutes and I asked the lady how much longer and she said 18 more minutes so I explained that all we wanted was a 30 minute foot massage... When it came time to pay the old man at the counter said it would be $60 as I had my son with me, I said I thought it was $20 each the lady next to him I presume his wife said no they asked for longer the man said no they asked for 30 minutes... I gave him my credit card and he charged me for the 30 minutes. I gave him $20 and asked for change to tip the ladies $10 each I felt so bad for the as the owners seem like they are running a sweat shop... The lady (wife) says to the man she did not give you $20 for the change so to cut a long story short I will NEVER return...
