I usually go every other week and for them to treat me like this is unacceptable. Two weeks ago I came having a male giving me a massage for first time was weird, but I will give him good reviews because 1.5 hrs was worth it and I tipped him $25 n $95 for massage. Moreover, Carrie who did my massage recently keep complaining about her job being hard and said tip needs to be good. Lady, I'm here to relax not to hear you complain. She was arguing with me in the end that $25 dollar tip for 1.5 hr is not enough. Mind you she cut me short for my time also and demanding more tip I don't think so. On top of that I will take my business elsewhere. I told her other massage charge more but they gave me better service also and appreciate every penny they get as their tip. That was my last time there and I will never return.

I received a 90-minute massage for $100.00 - very reasonable. My massage therapist was Hannah, who had amongst the strongest hands I've experienced - great for knots and tight areas. The opening for my face was very comfortable, but not adjustable. They have parallel rails in the ceiling, which allows the masseuse to hold them, straddle you while you are face-down, and very effectively use their elbows and knees. I had had this once before and like it - although the person sitting on you may be off-putting for some. She spent a very long portion of the 90 minutes on my neck, shoulders and back. Which was great. She didn't use as much oil/lotion as I am used to, so some of it felt a bit rough, but I had asked for deep pressure and was ok with it. She also remained relatively silent during the massage, which I prefer. All-in-all, it was a very good massage. My only minor issue was I would have preferred for oil/lotion for less friction. However, I was very off-put at check out, when I handed back my signed credit card receipt with a $20.00 (20%) tip. The manager looked disapprovingly at it and said that Hannah had worked very hard because I had very tight muscles, and said she deserved a higher tip. I cannot recall ever in my life having someone question a 20% tip and suggest it wasn't enough. I added a $5.00 bill on top of the receipt and bid my goodbyes. So, be advised if you go here you might be called out for leaving only a 20% tip. I thought it was unprofessional and inappropriate - and cannot recommend this business.

He talked the entire massage. I laid there for an hour analyzing why he would actually think I would enjoy knowing his ex lived somewhere in some remote part of Texas. Ok- so I went with my partner, and I'm not talking about my business parter, and we have matching rings. He flat out asked me during the massage that he noticed we had matching rings and that he thought it was hot. I replied they were BFF rings because quite frankly I was, at that point, completely mortified by this person. Luckily, the hour was almost up and the last 10 minutes were actually the best because his phone rang in the middle of the session and he answered it. It was a blessing.... I got to listen to him book an appointment for who he said was a regular. I then began to analyze that and I started to lose faith in humanity... Needless to say, my partner went before me and I almost bitch slapped her when I got into the car for the fact she never rescued me from this grotesque being. Yes, I attempted to add humor for the sake of getting some funny hits, but the events are based on a true story.
