They were very accommodating to my boyfriend and I who went together. I told the masseuse my problem areas and she did a great job focusing on them! She also worked on some problem areas that I didn't even tell her to! She was very receptive to my body and knew what she was doing. They were also flexible with the services we chose. This was definitely a way better experience than the first! Thank you for a great massage and the friendly staff.

Yes! The reviews of Ross are all true, she is amazing!…read more I have been dealing with a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder for more months than I care to admit...and have spent $3k+ trying to find a way to heal and not be in pain everyday. I tried chiropractic care, physical therapy, and various other massage therapist. Only 1 massage therapist has made a significant positive difference - and he lives all the way in Washington State! I scoured the internet and yelp for medical massages - I don't need the fluff of a spa or a place to relax, I needed someone to get in there and work out that pinched nerve! I needed results! I can't thank Ross enough for how much time and care she took when working on me last week. She was thorough, and had lots of tricks up her sleeves including aromatherapy and some metal scraping tools. I have never had someone use a fascia tool on me and was absolutely thrilled!! Ohhh wee....I was in pain on the table and was sore after...but the massage worked! My pain isn't as bad and for the first time in 4 months i was able to sleep on the side of the pinched nerve!! I found my GO TO massage therapist in Dallas and am considering getting a membership for a 1 hour tune up per month to see Ross. For those of us with health issues....I promise you she will take good care of you and work them out! Let her do her thing! Thank you so much Ross, and I look forward to seeing you next month!

The lady at the front desk informed me there was no one available unless I had an appointment. I was bummed but made sure to book an appointment at 2pm today. I was led to an ottoman type recliner in an open room. I was a bit uncomfortable with this as I could see the person next to me as I hung my purse on the wall (even with the privacy curtains drawn). Since the door was right there, I could hear everyone coming in/leaving and every call the receptionist took. My masseuse started out a bit light handed. While it was relaxing, I'm use to deeper massages from reflexology type places as I'm always tensed. After massaging my feet, she began wiping the oil away from my skin using a hot, wet towel and a dry towel. She was a little aggressive as she scrubbed my skin. I couldn't wait for those agonizing minutes to be over. She then had me flipped over to my stomach and instructed me to remove my top. Keep in mind, this is an open area where I had neighbors on both side separated by a curtain. Anyone coming in could easily see as they walked by the open area. I quickly removed my top and she went I work. She began tugging at my shorts trying to push them down. I thought after ignoring her, she would just move on but she was determined to get them out of the way. This made me even more uncomfortable in the open area. The time she spent tugging at my shorts seemed to be longer than the actual back rub itself. I was really disappointed as my back is really in knots. I'll stick to my usual places (Foot Spa, Phoenix Foot Spa & Happy Feet) where there are more private areas and relaxing back massages. The masseuses there would never yell out twice to the receptionist the phone is ringing during a massage.

In the process, I have visited every foot spa within twenty miles of my home. When the current management bought Foot Therapy I noticed an immediate increase in the quality of the massage. Since then, I have visited over 100 times as it is now my favorite - and there are many to choose from. All of the staff are very pleasant. The spa itself is small enough to be functional but not so big that you are distracted by a large number of customers. It is a perfect combination of service and relaxation. I see Ivy and Coco most often. Ivy manages the spa and is very particular that the therapists adhere to the standards of a well administered Reflexology treatment. And their body massages will take the pain out of a strained back. Whether you are looking for a foot or body massage, you can't find a better place. I usually call for an appointment but have seldom been turned away if I am driving by and my truck pulls in as if on autopilot.
