First of all I'm a cancer patient. Therefore I've been going to Kamu Foot Spa for about a year and a half. I've always been treated with respect. The massages have always been first class. Cindy is the lady that I like to go to and she helps me get through the massage and deal with things resulting from some of the pain associated with the cancer and surgeries I've been through. Also going and getting a massage every two weeks or so it helps me get a nice nights sleep. Otherwise I seem to only sleep around 2 maybe 3 hours at night. You owe it to yourself to at least try this place and see how you feel afterwards. read more

This was by far the WORST experience I've ever had at a massage studio. The lady at the front desk was the only person in the building, she spoke zero English and she made me wait 20 minutes while she was calling someone to come do the massage. I finally told her I had to Leave and she started doing the massage herself. She had no clue what she was doing. It was terrible. I bought the 70 min upgraded massage.....30 minutes supposed to be back and she didn't even touch my back. She never had me turn over in fact. If I could give "0" stars I would I laugh because Idk why when I see post that say that I laugh, but anyway I'm serious. So I went in yesterday to this massage parlor only to have the worst experience ever for it to be my very 1st time and the peoples English was too poor to even assist more efficiently if they wanted to. So I'm standing in line at 4:50 waiting to get to the register and let the lady know I'm there for the 5 o clock appointment I booked online. Only for me to spend 10-15min waiting in line as there were 2 other customers in front of me being denied to use their Groupon as the lady behind the desk was going back and forth with the customers saying Groupon isn't paying them for the voucher and she's not taking it blah blah so I'm like... because I was there to use my Groupon which expires 2/15/22. So once I finally made it to the front of the line I let the lady know I was there for the 5 o clock appt I booked online and she got my information and started to take me to the back only for the lady customer whom had previously been arguing with her yells out, "So why you allowing her to use her Groupon?!" So then the lady stops and is like, "oh no no groupon" so now I'm having to argue the point I purchased this back months ago blah blah so she told me to speak with Groupon about getting my money back in which Groupon was not allowing refunds only Groupon bucks...which I didn't want since the merchant decided not to take the Groupon anymore, and Groupon was still advertising the parlor on their site. So after going back and forth with the lady prior to even getting my massage I said I would pay her the difference of the 60min deep tissue massage and she take it up with Groupon for her refund, and she said ok. Which then I finally went to the back with the gentlemen (Peter) get undressed and get on the table after a good 5min of standing there like a lost sheep because "Peter" don't speak English so no instructions given for it to be my 1st time... so he came in and was like looking at me and I looked at him and he said something but idk ‍ he left and came back I'm still dressed only for him to (the 2nd time of leaving and entering) takes my bag and show me where to put my things. So I get undressed lie on the bed and that's when things really got worse PETER was so heavy handed and rough I just knew I was going to be in more pain than I started out in before I got there. Not only did I smack his hand and tell him several times it hurt he laughed each time..‍ he also was massaging me very fast and even one time I felt his finger in the top of my booty crack. Luckily for him I showered prior to coming... but between him being really rough and my massage feeling really rushed...I couldn't relax. So we got done with the massage j head to the front and now the lady is back saying she wants to charge me $70 for the 60min massage the said she'd give me $10 off. Again I'm arguing saying you said I could give you $30.. she steady telling me she can't do that with Groupon not honoring she can't accept cause she won't get paid. Even at that moment there was no disclaimer of this anywhere on the Groupon site. So I finally got ahold of Groupon after arguing with lady who refunded me and I was able to pay her, but it was very ridiculous. Will never go back there. read more

This was the worst massage we ever had. We did a couples massage on 8/8/2020. The massage was 50.00 dollars plus a 20.00 tip (10.00 a piece )for the ladies giving the massage. I would've rather given a tip at the end of the service because they definitely didn't deserve it. She was too rough and I told her that but she continued on with the same pressure until I had to grab her leg and tell her again. They talked the whole time so there was nothing relaxing about it. She burned me with the hot rocks and the hot towel. We woke up 8/9/2020 and our backs and butt cheeks are uncomfortably sore that it's hard to lay down. This was the worst experience EVER and if I could get my money back I MOST DEFINITELY would. read more

I went in for a nice quiet time with self. The 1st thing was that I had to wait on the ladies to figure out the Groupon. Then once I got to the back for my foot massage the one lady kept talking to the lady that was doing my foot massage and talking loudly at that. Once I went to the back to change out the lady who was doing my massage kept stopping to go in and out my room and leaving my door open as she went out cause she was the only one there. Then she brought her phone in the room and was making a call on speaker as she kept trying to do my massage. Then the other lady came back and was speaking loudly again through the door to the lady in the room with me. Then she rushed my back massage cause other people came in. My time was cut short with all the stopping and going to get things. As I got ready to leave I was asked to leave a tip. I didn't want too at all but I left 10.00.
