Not only is the staff super nice, but Dr. Wright was very warm and friendly, but it's also very clear that she's wonderful at what she does. I've been through a couple other Botox consults and I really liked the way Dr. Wright approaches it. She asks you what you want and what your expectations are and very clearly outlines her recommendations and what she's going to do. Plus, she's just a very friendly person and that makes for a great appointment. It's no wonder so many people have rated so highly- I'm just sad I hadn't found it sooner. As far as some of these reviews who say she's just about sales, that was not my experience at all. I didn't feel like she tried to upsell me in any way or suggest things other than what I came in for. I've totally had that experience during a consult before, too- so I'd recognize it.
