Dr Robert is the worst doctor I have ever seen in the United States. He lies and deceives. After the operation he performed on me failed, he not only refused to admit it, but instead deceived me with lies. After the surgery, he told me for the first time that my skin was too tight and the surgery failed. The second time he seemed to be incoherent and said, "I'm not going to give you plastic surgery to turn you into a 20-year-old." The third time he said that because my upper eyelids were heavy, he needed surgery to reduce them... I couldn't believe that he was so insincere and he kept telling lies. I was so disappointed with his medical skills and regretted having such a doctor perform cosmetic surgery on me. My English is not good and this should not be the reason for him to deceive me. read more

Dr Roberts did a facelift for me and I'm thrilled with the results. I am 61 and had a mini lift at around age 48 and it was time for a tweak. He did an amazing job, was very kind and caring. Decent. First time meeting. Recently went in for a consultation to discuss fat removal from lower eyelids. Staff was kind and friendly. Doctor was fair and forthright showing hints of compassion. I've been going to Dr. Roberts for years. I have always had severe tear trough indentions from genetics. I am amazed every single time I leave his office. I look refreshed and youthful. This morning was no exception. I love that Dr. Roberts ALWAYS does his own injections. He is the best! I want to share my traumatic experience with this office/surgeon. I had seen his ad for liquid facelift, On Groupon. I figured I would go to a consultation to meet him. After meeting, I was told that he had lots of experience in performing this procedure. I unfortunately assumed that he was a surgeon, so maybe I would take a chance. It was the biggest mistake I have ever made. First of all, I had to sign several papers, advising me all the possibilities that might happen, like bruising. I am here to tell you that possibility of bruising is more than 100%. It was so traumatic. It was during Christmas time and I was busy with work. I had no idea how bad it would be. He had injected me thru the inside of my cheeks, and my left he literally busted so many blood vessel, he had to put his big thumb to stop the bleeding. Oh , this is a bleeder. I was in such shock. I felt like this Groupon deal was like a drive thru procedures, residual income. I am still waiting for the bruising on one side and the other side I have a bubble like bump with the stuff he injected. I went to see him and I was very upset and told him how unhappy I was. But, he insisted that I was wrong and that I couldn't see how good it looked. He take anything I said seriously. He marched out of the office room, like a aggroant man insisting that he was a experienced injector who doesn't make mistakes. Yes We make choices/ decisions and this a Groupon $1300 bad one. The saddest part was no one in my family or co workers not even noticed any improvement on my face, just felt so bad for what I went thru with bruising on my face. I had various injections done with Dr. Roberts and when he started to inject my lips, I told him what I wanted and this is what he said: No, I know what looks best. I didn't want the sides of my lips injected but he did it anyway. I get injections at least once a year but I will never go back to him. read more

My experience was also bad.Dr Robert said the non surgical nose job will last for 12 to 18 months,but it last for only one and a half months. They are using very low quality fillers.might be chines. They charge you the dollar and gives us the low quality Chinese fillers.these people are ready to cheat and fraud.and there is no law who will arrest them.welcome to America. I wanna start this off by saying that cosmetic surgery can be really scary and I'm someone that has never done it before my experience with Dr. Roberts. I had previously had a consultation with another doctor and it did not go well and it put a bad taste in my mouth for a while. I finally got the courage to go to another consultation and I instantly liked Dr. Gregory Roberts, in Plano,TX. He (and his whole team) were so friendly and made me very comfortable. Ultimately, I had him do my rhinoplasty because we had the exact same vision for my face. I'm someone that the didn't necessarily 'need' a nose job and he recognized that, he even tried to talk me out of it. I explained to him that I could probably go the rest of my life without one and people wouldn't treat me any differently, but for me, every time I saw a photo or my shadow or my reflection, I hated my nose. Dr. Roberts walked me through every step of the process and we set up a day for my surgery. His staff communicated very well, texting me before my surgery to make sure I had all of the medicine I would need for after, they helped make sure I had a ride to and from surgery and my anesthesiologist even called me the night before to ask if I had any questions. The day of surgery was honestly fun. I was so excited and the surgery took less time then they expected. I realize everyone experiences pain differently but (for me) the pain was almost a zero on a scale from 1-10. I had a little trouble sleeping the first few nights (Dr. Roberts said this would happen), because I am not a mouth breather and this surgery forces you to be for a little while. I had hydrocodone prescribed to me for pain and I never even took one. My surgery was on a Wednesday and I took off of work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and the following Monday - and I was back at work on Tuesday. My time away from work honestly felt like a vacation. My fiancé and I watched movies and did puzzles the whole time. I did have a splint on my nose for the first 7 days but it didn't hurt. It's crazy how fast the body heals from this surgery. The day I got my splint off, my nose was swollen and I my skin was super dry and peeling on my nose and I genuinely thought it looked funny. BUT I could tell the shape of the bridge of my nose looked better. I had a 1 week checkup with the doctor to make sure everything had set well and that went great also, I found myself looking forward to the days that I got to go into Dr Roberts office because he and his staff are so genuine and friendly. Thought the ENTIRE process his staff communicated wonderfully and made me very aware that if I had any questions I could call or text them. I had a 1 month follow up and by this time my nose looked perfect, the swelling had gone down and I could breath well again. I also have a 4-month checkup (which hasn't happened yet) and a 1-year checkup on my calendar. All in all, I would recommend finding a doctor that you feel comfortable with, for me that was Dr. Roberts. I've had so many people compliment me, and even some close friends (that I didn't mention the surgery too) told me that I look good but they couldn't place what was different - THIS IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU CAN GET AFTER COSMETIC SURGERY. They don't think you've gone under the knife but they know something looks improved! My self esteem has gone up - Im excited to take photos, I love my profile - I am a new me. I couldn't be happier with the results of my lower face lift and neck lift. No bruising. Remarkable difference. Dr. Roberts spends lots of time before your procedure and during the actual surgery making sure everything is perfect. I interviewed many surgeons before selecting Dr. Roberts and chose to drive 3 hours from Austin for my procedure. The office staff was more than very helpful in all my arrangements. Because 1 is the least if I could put half a star, I would. I live in Ft Worth, TX. Dr. Lipton is in Plano. By suggestion of a friend who chose Dr. Lipton for her Cosmetic needs, I chose to use her recommendation and make an appointment. My first appointment, I called spoke with Stacy, scheduled the appointment via her suggested opening at 9am, 3 weeks in advance due to limited time off at my Job. I never received a reminder call prior, but assumed it was okay. I drove over and hour to the appointment, only to get there and speak with Sarah who informs me that they don't make appointments at 9am because Dr. Lipton is in surgery during that time. Needless to say I was highly pissed for having to drive that distance, having to loose out on work for an entire day, and to be disappointed not to have been seen. So of course I was dead set against never making an appointment with them ever again. But Sarah, CALLED me and apologized over and over for the mistake and convinced me to reschedule, well again, 3 weeks out, I scheduled this time, I called on Friday to confirm, and was told yes we have you down. This time, because the appointment was during the lunch rush of 1:30p and I had to take 635, I left and hour and half early and made it there 15 min early. I get inside, and before I could say anything, the young lady says, " im so sorry we tried to call you, but Dr. Lipton is still in surgery and your appointment has been CXLED!!!! She proceeds to say, we tried to call you. I am beyond pissed off at this point because They lied, no one ever called me, nor did they try, and then some other women comes out after I'm driving off to say, they phone number they called was not working. Funny they were able to reach me the first time. The staff at this location, are TOTALLY incompetent. I cannot understand for the life of me how this provider is running a successful business with such and incompetent staff!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PROVIDER, you will simply waste your time and get the run around. Not worth it, when there are thousands of Cosmetic providers, with competent office staff who can make and appointment, clarify correct times available, as well as dial a phone number to reach potential patients when needed. A friend and I went in for a consultation at 2:15 for a 2:30 pm appointment on Friday afternoon. After we were placed in a room a nurse showed up around 2:50 pm and began to make assessments about what was needed. Expected a doctor to do that, but we never met the doctor so not sure if he would have accepted her recs or done it himself. She left the room and at 3:15 the doctor still hadn't shown up and we are already 45 minutes past our appointment. We left because NOBODY even came in to explain why he was late or when he might possibly show up. As we were leaving and stated politely to the desk girls we can't wait any longer neither of them said - Oh no, we are so sorry or apologized. Or said No he is on his way NOTHING! I have never seen such an unprofessional business. I would be concerned about how he treats his patients and whether he cares about you or what your surgery will do for you. read more
