Dr. Young may be a great doctor, but I did not stick around to find out after dealing with the most unprofessional front staff. After confirming appt with me for 1:00, there was no one present. I sat and waited for over 20 minutes. No one there. No one to even state we will be with you shortly. No one to let us know anyone is even there, We are running behind, nothing. Another patient who was scheduled with little children had to ask me how long I had been waiting or if I knew anything, since no one had shown face at all. She even wondered if they had scheduled us during their lunch hour. When someone finally came up to front desk, no apology for the wait was given. Nothing was even stated. I asked what time I could expect to be seen, since front desk had been made aware beforehand that my husband would be coming from work to keep the kids during this appointment... front desk Beverly, then walked to another lady by her, took her mask off (defeats the entire purpose of a mask) to "vent" to her coworker bc she was frustrated with a patients understandable question ? right infront of me, while I'm standing at the receptionist window. That was the most unprofessional thing I've witnessed, and from someone maybe 30 years older than me ? I immediately knew this was NOT the quality of service I would care to spend my money and time on, asked her to cancel my appt, and left. I have worked front desk in medical field for many years, and I know, that is not how you treat patients. Front desks job is to be present, welcoming, and make a patient feel valued and cared for. As a woman I highly recommend Dr. Young to do your procedure whatever it my be. She genuinely cares about each patient. She did a tummy tuck for me and torso conturing. I love my tummy tuck. After 3 c-sections my lower stomach was shot. For my 50th birthday I told my husband 'you broke it you fix it'. I will enjoy it for the rest of my life. Dr. Young is a Christian doctor and she believes that making each patient feel better about themselves is her calling. She will pray over you before surgery if that is your wish. Dr. Young is the best plastic surgeon. I am a breast cancer survivor and when I had my original reconstruction from another doctor, I was VERY unhappy. It took me 2 years to finally decide to have them revised. I went to several doctors before deciding on Dr. Young. She understood my reasons for being unhappy with them and said she 100% could make them better. She did, and I can't thank her enough. She's compassionate and she takes her time with every patient. Dr Young has simply been amazing. Both she and her staff are always kind and personable and never pressured for more work than I wanted. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. Let's just say, sadly I really liked Dr. Young at first and she spent a lot of time with me on the first appointment and even on a follow up appointment, but due to the total incompetence of her office staff and especially her main woman Marchel Daniel, there was a complete misunderstanding of my situation with my personal story and the communication between doctors and Marchel telling Dr. Young whatever she wanted to tell her after me trying to call her, pleading with them to schedule me for surgery for a clear case of thoracic outlet syndrome. They haven't cared about how much pain I live in and give me, let me back up... MARCHEL made excuses as to what they were waiting on in scheduling surgery time and time again! And then I got a random phone call from Medical City Plano telling me I had surgery scheduled for Oct. 2nd which was never discussed but due to unfortunate circumstances with Dr. Young's personal life, she was moving an 8 hour surgery to that day and kicked me off and they wouldn't even reschedule a surgery for me until they could "talk" with Dr. Young. So I sympathized and allowed her more than a week to do what she needed to do. But as many know when looking on Google for Dr. Young, you first note she is a plastic surgeon so although I am strictly speculating, I can only assume she cancelled my surgery for one that was strictly elective when I am here living in terrible pain and desperately asking for help for legit medical issues and possibly having nerve damage for life thanks to her and her staff pushing me to the side. So that happens and next thing I know my pain managements office is trying to get to the bottom of why my surgery got cancelled and her staff informs them that I cancelled both a past appointment and that exact surgery THEY CALLED ME TO CANCEL! It has been all such a nightmare, but every time you call, MARCHEL gives a million excuses and swears they haven't forgotten about me and that Dr. Young would be looking at everything on Tuesday Oct. 10th, but it is now Tuesday Oct. 17th and still haven't heard ANYTHING from Marchel! I am just so defeated by being treated so terrible by mainly her staff. In Dr. Young's defense I really don't even know if Marchel actually tells her everything you call about to ask or inform her of and/or if she even notifies her at all that you have called. I would like to believe that she doesn't because Dr. Young truly seemed to care when speaking with me and took great interest in my care, and was given extremely wonderful remarks by other doctors including my pain management doctor at first, but that has since faded for obvious reasons. It's sad, and I hate to say this but I truly think Marchel likes making you suffer, and has no real business being in this type of business dealing with people AT ALL!!!! Stay far away because Marchel because will make your life a living nightmare, unless you are I guess paying them big bucks to win the prime surgery spots, but they aren't in the business of taking care of cases that are true emergencies and have detrimental consequences for people suffering from chronic neck and back pain along with severe thoracic outlet, so save yourself and just find yourself a surgeon that makes you life easy all the way around and makes the process much easier. They say if you have to try too hard to get something done, there must be a reason why and this is so very true once again and this case proves it. Marchel McDaniel will make your life hell and not any amount of skills will make Dr. Young worth while although she was lovely and I truly feel like wanted to help more than I was able to readily see but how I was treated over the past couple of months was like I wasn't worth their time! Update: On this past Monday, October 23rd I received thoracic outlet surgery by Dr. Greg Pearl in Dallas who is world renowned and soooo unbelievably incredible in every way. I highly recommend him, he's been such a blessing! And did the surgery in 2 hours versus her 4 hours, I guess because she isn't nearly as good of a surgeon. Dr. Pearl is the best! read more

Dr Young and her team were exceptional. Everyone in the office was friendly and personable. Not only did she reduce my cup size from F to C, but she also relieved my neck and back pain, and for sure boosted my confidence. She's definitely a perfectionist, my breast look amazing.
