I initially visited Dr. Khan last year to discuss removing my breast implants and just going natural, she talked me into getting new implants that would be larger to fill my pocket. I had just had twins that weren't walking yet so I explained I couldn't have surgery until they were walking. Sadly, my kids are almost two and still not walking, but I arranged with family to be able to not need to lift them and to schedule surgery for September. I was SO EXCITED! I called to put down my deposit, but was told that because it had almost been a year since my initial consult that I needed to come in again, so I did and was appreciative that I wasn't going to be charged another consult fee. The nurse and staff were all so kind in explaining this to me so I scheduled the second visit. After having pleasant conversations with the aesthetician and nurse, Dr. Khan comes in and seemed different than our first visit (which btw I thought fondly of her from), in this visit she hastily took my measurements again and explained that my breasts were now much more saggy and I needed not just implants, but a lift. I didn't understand her thought process so I explained that and that I didn't want more scars which would be involved with a lift. She then said, "Let me put this into terms you'll understand, you know when you fill a grocery bag with more stuff and it just sags..." ... I think asked, "Do you think my nipples are going to be downward facing if I don't do the lift too?" And she said "I don't know, but that's why you come to me and not Dr. Google." Honestly, I just didn't understand why I couldn't get a better explanation for the lift and maybe I do need one, but if she was treating me like this during consult then I didn't think she would take any of my other questions very well either. My feelings were hurt, I was so excited to schedule surgery coming in, but she didn't seem interested in helping me so I decided to just leave and booked an appointment with another surgeon in the area. Typically, people go to various consultations to create options, but Dr. Khan is the one and only person I went to. Speaking to her made my nervousness turn into comfort. Anything that I asked was answered with her confidence; I knew I wanted to work with her. I had an external issue with my psychiatrist and their staff -- which could've hindered my ability to get surgery. Dr. Khan (and staff) went out of their way to help me with this situation. DO NOT go to this Dr!!! She BUTCHERED my body and has left me with permanent deformities everywhere (thighs, stomach, groin, flanks, & lower back) and 24/7 pain! !!! She also operated on the WRONG areas and was WAAAAY TOOO aggressive! She operated BELOW my belly button which we did not discuss and now it is hollow and created a pouche. She removed the FRONT of my thighs instead of operating on the top portion & my flanks and stomach are hard, discolored, bumpy and deformed. I cannot wear anything that shows my thighs, and leggings and jeans show my huge "indents". Shirts that are fitted show a terribly deformed and bumpy stomach and protruding flanks not to mention the pain I feel just from fabric touching these areas. I am facing massive, costly and serious revisions IF anyone can even fix the damage! For an entire year I was told that I was still swollen and healing, that I would LOVE my results, and that the Dr. would stand by me (and all patients) until I was happy. She even said that the true test of a good surgeon is one that can also resolve problems and not to worry because she was on my side and she didn't "need" my money. None of that turned out to be true and other than experimenting on my now hollow thighs with some fillers and useless Venus treatments, and doing nothing whatsoever to address the injuries and PAIN on my other areas. What moral Dr. leaves a patient in PAIN? She has left me to financially, physically, and mentally pick up the pieces. I wrote letter after letter expressing my devastation and depression over the entire year of healing you are supposed to wait. Each time she'd ask me to come in and she'd assure me she had a plan and not to worry. The last time I met with her to discuss options, she wanted to send me to a colleague of hers in Shreveport who supposedly specializes in lipo revision and even showed me his website. When I said omg, that's going to cost me a fortune (I just spent $7,000 on nothing but complications!) she then just offered to experiment on me with another new so- called permanent filler where your body makes collagen around it... It made no difference because of the tiny volume used and I found out later from one of HER promos, that this stuff only lasts for 5 years anyway.... smh Never once did she attempt to resolve my pain. Never once did she make it a point to have me seen by another Dr. that could actually HELP with the damage she caused. Never once did she offer to refund the money she took from me that solely benefitted HER and left my life and body a mess. My last letter to her over a month ago telling her how frustrated, devastated, depressed, upset, and regretful I was to have trusted her "expertise" went completely unanswered. That is what YOU will deal with if something goes (in my case TERRIBLY) wrong. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Khan. It's important for me in a doctor to have someone you feel comfortable talking with, and Dr. Khan definitely fits that bill - never seems rushed or unwilling to answer questions. I had botox performed by Dr. Khan about three weeks ago and am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. My end result is even better than I expected. First and foremost, Dr. Khan is just a cool chick. I work in the medical profession and interact with physicians and surgeons every day. "Bedside manner" is not a sticky point for me. I generally choose my physicians based on knowledge, skill level, education, etc., not their level of politeness, personality or how much I like them. However, I know that this is extremely important to other patients. That being said, Dr. Khan is the type of girl you could totally see yourself being friends with or having a glass of wine with. As women, we all know what it is like to have those little things with our appearance that make you self conscious. Sometimes your friends or other physicians act like you are being vain or are worrying about something that no one else notices. Bottom line, it bothers you. Dr. Khan doesn't belittle that at all. She listened to what I had to say, gave her opinion and gave me more than one option on how to go about doing something about my concerns. I have struggled with cystic acne and the after effects of that since I was about 12 years old. That coupled with the fact that I am outdoors all the time has most definitely (in my mind's eye) affected my skin and face to the point that I think I look older than 30. Not only did Dr. Khan take my concerns seriously, she also started me on a trial regimen of Skinceuticals. I have used just about every thing there is when it comes to skin care: from crazy expensive to cheap, from cosmetic to pharmaceutical grade, from prescriptions to lasers. I love this stuff. I got a 24hr breast augmentation from Dr. Khan. I have a list of cons. Dr. Khan's office makes you quit smoking and vaping which my friend got a full body 360 surgery done by someone else and he didn't need to change anything before surgery. You also have to take a nicotine test in front of them the day of surgery that you have to PURCHASE YOURSELF. If you fail I'm sure they reschedule you and you probably lose some money. They ALSO make you purchase Hibiclens which you have to shower with that weeks before and after surgery. They do not provide it. You ALSO have to purchase compression socks for surgery which they do not provide either. All those purchases on top of the 7-8 thousand surgery I paid for. I found out afterwards most surgery centers provide this with the costs of surgery which the amount is significant lower than Dr. Khan's office. Anyway, my biggest con here is that Dr. Khan is adamant on the size she chooses for you to get. During the consultation she doesn't ask what size you want or what you want to look like in the end. She doesn't show you on the computer what you would look like either. She just holds up two sizes and puts it on your chest for 10 seconds and she chooses the size you will for sure get. She tells you what she thinks is best for a "natural look" which I ultimately see now as her using a small size so that you can heal within her "24hour" claim of healing. She charges as much as she charges because of this quick healing time frame. Anyway I paid for my surgery at my pre op two weeks before surgery date and really regretted it afterwards but it was non refundable. The day of surgery before my surgery I asked them how soon can I get a new breast aug because I knew I wasn't going to be happy with my size. They tried assuring me this was the size I needed to get. I regret it 100%. Dr. Khan wasn't the right doctor for me. I shouldn't have went with the first and only doctor I had a consult with. I honestly should've shopped around more because we definitely weren't compatible for each other. I wish she and her team would've realized and told me that. I wanted a bigger look than what they do. We all should've realized that before going through with it all. That was my mistake. If you want a small, less than average size for your body breast augmentation and want to spend double the price of other surgeons, go to Dr. Khan. But my advice either way is to go to multiple consultations with different surgeons. Also they claim to be a full female staff which is why I leaned towards them too which they are not. I have had friends that have gotten the same procedure done elsewhere and had a very lengthy painful recovery . The technique that she uses made it possible for me to go through the airport security check line, take off my shoes, raise my arms for the body scan etc just 3 days after surgery and with no problem! I am 5 days post op from liposuction to hips and liposuction/Bodytite to abdomen. I still have plenty of bruising which is to be expected. I am sore in some areas and still numb in others. All of which are within normal limits. My results so far are awesome!!! I know that I am still very swollen and have plenty of healing to do but even if the results I have right now were my final results I would be so pleased!!! I was checking with Dr. Farah Khan for some questions regarding a reconstructive surgery I did 10 years ago. I did not feel her knowledge was up to date and she gave my some advice which I thought was the latest info at the time. I was satisfied with her visit for a while until I met another surgeon who performed the surgery on me. It turns out that all information she gave me was outdated. All information she gave me was based on outdated medical research. So I do not recommend her unless you are following up for a surgery she performed. Unfortunately some doctors do not follow up on new research after graduation. We as patients pay for that. So do your job and investigate before you visit. read more

Dr. Khan, her staff, and the entire process simply could not have impressed me anymore. I had 310 cc breast augmentation done on May 16th, so I am currently at almost exactly 6 weeks post op. I am 5'5" 140 lbs with a smaller upper body frame. Here's an exact, legitimate breakdown of my recovery. Consultation May 3rd, squeezed in for surgery May 16th, worked a full day May 17 & 18, flew to Miami May 18th evening. Spent 10 days in Miami, Cuba, and the Bahamas. Returned home, went to New York for 4 days. Returned home for a few weeks. Leaving for Amsterdam tomorrow, June 26th. Not even kidding, I was able to happily enjoy all of the above during my recovery time. And probably enjoyed even more with my new boobies! I won't lie, the flight to Miami was less than desirable, I had a shooting nerve pain in my right side the first week, and I had trouble sleeping for a week as I absolutely hate sleeping on my back but that was all I could manage to do. But when I look back on it all, it was nothing more than a bit of unwanted pain. And then I would remind myself what trauma my body went through and that's kind of a nice reminder that obviously you will experience a bit of pain. But nothing unbearable, just really undesirable. I should also mention that I followed the rules religiously. No working out whatsoever (this was the worst part for me), no swimming (even on my 10 day Caribbean vacation that was already booked), and no carrying +15 lbs. Dr. Khan has done a phenomenal job at hiring a fantastic staff, as well. Everyone is wonderful. I could not be happier with my results!! Dr. Khan is fantastic!!!! I had saline implants done 14 years ago and was in desperate need of a "breast revision". I am in my early 40's, had some sagging of the skin as well as capsular contracture, which was causing problems with the aesthetics in one breast in particular. SHE IS MAGIC! The before and after pics are amazing. My breasts look great, feel very real (went with solid silicone implants from Allergan) and the recovery was a breeze. The absolute BEST! I honestly don't know how to find the accurate words to describe how incredible Dr. Khan and her staff are. I am about 1.5 weeks post op and am very happy thus far with my results. I had breast augmentation in early 2000, over the muscle. They were hard, round and just didn't look or feel natural. When I heard about the 24hour recovery after breast augmentation, I was skeptical since I have friends who told me about the excruciating pain, the special bras that they had to wear, and all the down time. I was worried about this since I live a very busy life. I expressed my concerns to Dr. Khan and she assured me that there would be a twenty four hour recovery period and it would be more of a discomfort rather than pain and I didn't have to wear anything special. I must admit, I had been looking into this procedure and a tummy tuck for about four years on and off but it didn't quite feel right. Dr. Khan was completely different, she genuinely cared about my concerns and my personal needs, I did not feel pressured in any way nor deceived when talking to her. She also explained the unique procedure that is practiced in her office. It seemed amazing! I was so excited about it that I scheduled my appointment immediately following the first visit. While waiting for the appointment and afterwards, Kari, her secretary followed up on a regular basis and what surprised me the most is that every time I had a question, she would answer my emails within a couple of minutes. Dr. Khan and her staff are very knowledgeable and always there for their patients. And the 24 hour recovery does work just as explained. When I was in the hospital waking up from surgery, the nurses kept asking me if I needed morphine for pain, and were puzzled when I said no, they said that they had noticed that Dr. Khan's patients are in Alot less pain than the patients of the other doctors. I actually felt as if I had just had a good workout, some soreness but ready to go. The worse part of the recovery was waiting for the anesthesia to wear off. I had surgery on a Friday tried to take it easy on Saturday because my husband couldn't believe that I wasn't in pain but by Monday, I was back doing everything as if nothing had ever happened. I initially came to Dr Khan's office to get a consultation on a breast lift because I had my implants removed in July of 2017 which caused some sagging. I now have a hard scab on both of my nipple areas and NO NIPPLES. She suggested that I get a breast reduction because of the shape of breast and said that she could make them look better with a reduction. I agreed and had the reduction on June 27, 2018. A week later, I started noticing my Areola on both breasts were starting to peel. I called her office and sent pictures to her via email. She told me to not worry and that the pigmentation would eventually come back. A week later they continued to get worse and both of my nipples deflated. I did not call this time but instead, I showed up to her office. I did not see her until noon. She still insisted that my tissue on my nipples would reappear after the scab fell off both of my areolas. A month later, I decided to seek another consultation and he told me that nipples do not grow back and I would have to have them reconstructed after everything healed in a year or so. I requested my surgery notes from her to give to my new doctor and saw that she lied on the report. She stated that I initially came in with excessively large breast and complaining of back pain, inability to exercise, etc. I reminded her that I had pictures from last year that showed that I was a C cup. I am former Army and also have numerous pictures showing that I was even a C cup with implants. read more
