I had to go back a year later bc my scar underneath one breast was so botched. He explained it was bc all the scar tissue they had to remove from previous implants. Now the scar is botched more and my boobs look like SHIT! Come to find out when I had a mammogram it noted that I had benign calcifications on left breast. So he sucks. The injectors suck bc they want to charge you to dissolve anything that "lips by Sivan" did and now my mouth and tits are a fugging shit show just like the RHOD

I initially visited Dr. Khan last year to discuss removing my breast implants and just going…read morenatural, she talked me into getting new implants that would be larger to fill my pocket. I had just had twins that weren't walking yet so I explained I couldn't have surgery until they were walking. Sadly, my kids are almost two and still not walking, but I arranged with family to be able to not need to lift them and to schedule surgery for September. I was SO EXCITED! I called to put down my deposit, but was told that because it had almost been a year since my initial consult that I needed to come in again, so I did and was appreciative that I wasn't going to be charged another consult fee. The nurse and staff were all so kind in explaining this to me so I scheduled the second visit. After having pleasant conversations with the aesthetician and nurse, Dr. Khan comes in and seemed different than our first visit (which btw I thought fondly of her from), in this visit she hastily took my measurements again and explained that my breasts were now much more saggy and I needed not just implants, but a lift. I didn't understand her thought process so I explained that and that I didn't want more scars which would be involved with a lift. She then said, "Let me put this into terms you'll understand, you know when you fill a grocery bag with more stuff and it just sags..." ... I think asked, "Do you think my nipples are going to be downward facing if I don't do the lift too?" And she said "I don't know, but that's why you come to me and not Dr. Google." Honestly, I just didn't understand why I couldn't get a better explanation for the lift and maybe I do need one, but if she was treating me like this during consult then I didn't think she would take any of my other questions very well either. My feelings were hurt, I was so excited to schedule surgery coming in, but she didn't seem interested in helping me so I decided to just leave and booked an appointment with another surgeon in the area. If she could work on explaining reasoning better or maybe showing some examples that would be helpful.

Dr. Liland is phenomenal. He's done breast augmentations for three (maybe even four!) of my cousins and several of our friends and family friends too. His work is consistently incredible, and now I completely understand why he comes so highly recommended. Beyond his skill, what truly sets this practice apart is the staff. From the moment you walk in, Maria and Betty greet you with warm smiles and are always ready to help with any questions. During my orientation and pre-op appointments, my nurses Olivia and Angela were amazing--professional, kind, and incredibly supportive. Even months later, I know I can reach out with any questions, and Angela especially has continued to be quick and reassuring whenever I've needed follow-up guidance. Dr. Liland is in his element right now. He's not just great at what he does--he truly cares and takes pride in delivering amazing results. However, at the end of the 1st surgery, I was unpacking my dad's stuff and found a card from the team at the surgery center. I was surprised to find a picture glued into the card of my dad, under sedation w/ Dr. Whitman smiling behind him. In the picture, my dad looks dead (he's passed out, head rolled back), he's wearing a patient gown and surgery cap. There is ZERO reason for this picture to ever be taken - the focus at surgery time should be on surgery. The picture gave me such an icky, violated feeling, I didn't even share it with my dad. I called to voice my concern and was told that they would tell the surgery center. 2nd surgery, another creepy guantanomo-esque picture. I spoke to the manager and I shared that this felt unethical, and she argued that my dad technically consented to the picture when he signed the overall consent, that Dr. Whitman thinks "it's funny", and that they're not going to stop. I asked her to please let Dr. Whitman know that there is at least one person out there who doesn't think this is at all funny. I encouraged the manager to talk to the staff about maybe taking the picture before the patient is passed out...or just using a picture of the staff instead. Please be aware that if you choose this place, you or your family member will most likely have a picture taken while under sedation, without express consent and for no purpose.
