During that appointment, the doctor agreed that there had been no change. Instead of discussing a revision, he discouraged it and tried to push a tummy tuck at his private practice. I later spoke with Yaritza about receiving a full refund, and she said she would need approval from her District Supervisor, Erin Petty. A week went by with no update, so I called back and was informed that I could not get a refund!! I requested Erin's email. I emailed her and several others on November 5, 2025 and I still have not received a response. I've reached out to Yaritza three times since then, and she has not replied either. This company pressures you into getting the procedure, promises results, and then completely fails to deliver. They think it's acceptable to keep your $10,000 without addressing the harm that was caused or the fact that the procedure produced no results at all. I will not rest until this issue is rectified!! Management does a solid job of "honoring" their clients by granting at least 1-2 sessions to help regain loyalty, which I think is a fair approach--they also have a business to run. One of my favorite aspects of this studio is how clean and welcoming it always feels. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive. There was a time when an "overly involved" teammate was hired, and that annoyed me, which led me to stop coming for a while. However, I recently returned and was greeted by a new team member whose approach was helpful without being overwhelming or pushy. I loved that organic balance, so will be retuning in the new year.

Whether I was in the reception area, the bathroom, or the treatment room, I couldn't help but notice how good it smelled EVERYWHERE. Loved that! Also - the playlist was AMAZING and my technician told me they have their playlists on spotify and she told me which one was being played in case I wanted to reference it after my session. I LOVED this as well! Speaking of my technician, Sandra - she was INCREDIBLE! Seriously so kind, so patient, and so talented!! I did the 60 Minute Master Tox + Sculpting Facial and this lady snatched me ALLLLL the way up!! I actually had an event the following day and got a million compliments about how toned I looked! The results continued to improve for the rest of the week and I really felt like my body got the reset I needed. Whenever I was leaving, they gave me this delicious tea in the cutest cup! I looked at the before and after and saw some difference but not 'a lot'... ...they did tell me I would be detoxing for three days but wasn't sure what that meant ...but sure enough by the third day, the bloat that drove me to pay for this massage was gone. Peed for an entire day the third day SNATCHED jaw line + abdomen Footnote: I do generally eat green (pescatarian) and do high intensity yoga most every day and am generally fit ...that said, I still struggle with bloating despite my every effort...literally felt like I was lugging around a gallon of water in my gut and another gallon throughout the rest of my body .... I found Greg to replace another lymphatic therapist I tried initially. He has been part of my healthcare wellness "team" for almost 8 mos now. My IM doc had me stopped taking the eczema drug (not seeing allergist anymore) & my Gyn doc is working with my hormones. So far my eczema and joints are stable. Am gradually able to go back working out. Greg is sensitive to my concerns and works with me. He knows his work and very good at it. I also like that he has the red therapeutic light & uses it as part of my eczema treatment. He uses different modalities besides massage & lymph therapy to help me. He did fascia release on my foot & low back. Allowing me to use my rower & do lunges again in a day. I may try use heels again soon. He is like a one stop shop for different kinds of body work one would need for your body to mechanically function. Efficient use of my time so I could go back to work. It's a process, I agree with him. Until he gets to old me back & better ME to get into maintenance mode with him. The other stuff like body contouring he does and the surprising weight loss effect is icing on the cake. Do not go here! This place caused real harm and has zero accountability…read more I paid $2,100 and left with a botched procedure that has yet to be fully corrected. A staff member, who I strongly suspect had little to no experience, administered tear trough filler after talking me into it. The results were immediately wrong. I asked for it to be dissolved right away. What followed was weeks of runaround. They had me return every two weeks, and with each visit their attitude worsened, especially once I declined their repeated pressure to purchase additional services. I came in wanting a small, natural result. They saw a revenue opportunity. After multiple attempts, they were unable to fully dissolve the filler. I am now seeking treatment from a licensed dermatologist to fix what they could not. The practice is run by someone with no medical credentials, not a physician, not a nurse practitioner, not an aesthetician with any verifiable expertise. The medical authority here appears to be a nurse who seemed undertrained for the procedures being performed. A medical spa performing injectables should be overseen by a licensed physician on site. This one is not. If something goes wrong, and it did for me, there is no qualified person there to fix it. Avoid this place. The consequences can be permanent.
