I paid allot of money for a few days wear. I had an important event, and I felt that I should give it a try one more time. My expectations were far exceeded- when Rachel did my lashes, I left feeling awesome with the length, and the look of them. I was guessing from past experiences that they would be gone after a few days. 3 weeks later!!!!!!!! they are still in full, and looking awesome! I am so happy! I love running errands without makeup, because the way that my lashes look, its very flattering. I use to keep mascara in my purse all of the time, but not anymore! They look amazing!

I went to get my Philtrum pierced (also scheduled a vertical labret) and everything went wrong. There were no tapers readily available, the only jewelry options were the upgraded $25 ones and Misha's hands were shaking so much the whole time -which is why I chose not to go get my vertical labret done. My Philtrum ended up really crooked -the back kept catching and when I looked it was over my right front tooth. I called to let the shop know and was given a refund for service and to take it out and return in a week with the head piercer. I choose the refund as I am no longer comfortable going there again.

I've been going to Waverly since 2024, and have been having excellent visits every time. Funny…read moreenough, I've even referred several friends here over the years now, and all of us have had consistently solid experiences. What I love is that there's been no pressure for unnecessary procedures and they always provide solid tips. I've left with clean, shining teeth and a comfortable experience each time I'd argue that what makes this office stand out most is the staff. I see many of the same friendly faces each visit, and they always take the time to remember your name, what's going on in your life, and even set Alexa devices to whatever radio station you want so the appointment feels relaxed instead of clinical. I also decided to do clear aligners through them using the Reveal Clear Aligners system. I had been on the fence for years, but saw this recommendation as it was more affordable than Invisalign and other options I looked at, and the results were great for closing gaps in my teeth. The whole process was smooth, well‑explained, and easy to stick with. Waverly has earned my trust, and I plan to keep coming back. Highly recommend this office and dental team!

Very disorganized, and I obviously won't try again.
