Went for a cleaning (going on 3 years since my last), and it was a great experience. The dental assistant was very thorough and kind. The dentist, Dr. Liu, explained my x rays and projected them on the TV for me to see. There was no pressure for upsells, which I very much appreciate. The facility is extremely clean with plenty of quality of life items such as massaging chair, warm/cold weighted towel, as well as double screens to watch shows while getting treated. Very unhappy. This 'dental spa' not once, not twice, but THREE times in 3 months sent last-minute cancellations to my family members, trying to bait and switch them to reschedule or switch from the dentist they wanted to see to one not even mentioned on their website. Very unprofessional. I had contacted them to establish a new, long-lasting relationship that would involve some orthodontia, whitening etc. in addition to general dentistry. As a result of the unsophisticated experience I had here, however, and their failure to be reliable, (I mean some of their cancellations came 30 minutes before my appointment), I will be building that long-term relationship elsewhere. This has been the best place I have gotten teeth work done. They were super friendly from the start till the end of my appointment. They were very thorough with my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left. Also, they had chairs that gave you a massage while they cleaned your teeth and even provided a neck cushion(came with a warm or cold option). They genuinely care about their patients and you can tell that they have a passion for dentistry. After seeing several positive reviews on Yelp for White Dentistry, I decided to schedule my first in-office teeth whitening here. I was shocked at what a difference even that very first visit made!! I purchased the dental trays with whitening gel to sleep in at home, and within less than a week I had to taper off because my teeth were getting too white! Lol!! Now I'm content to use the trays once per week, the pearl toothpaste in the morning, and doubt I will have to have the in-office treatment ever again!! If I do, I will definitely go back there. Superior dental care that has the most relaxing ambeonce. There care plan for me was well though out and they explained everything so well. I have high anxiety going to the dentist but not here! My permanent bridge broke from a very subpar dentistry. Originally, I went only went for whitening but I fell in love with this incredible dentistry that truly cares about you, your teeth and is so respectful. When you have dental needs this is where you go if you want it done right and will last. My husband will gladly switch to this amazing over the top dental place. My son broke his hard palate and lost three teeth in a horrible softball accident. They took us on a Saturday about 4pm and Dr. Liu got all three of his teeth back in place and splinted his mouth. I am so happy with my experience at White Dental Spa and with Dr. Tung! I went in for in-office whitening and am very glad I did. Dr. Tung went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable during the whitening treatment and that I loved my results. I have had other whitening treatments in the past with no success but Dr. Tung got my teeth beautifully white! She even reduced the appearance of striations in my front teeth - which I had always been told by other dentists could not be done unless I got veneers. I am absolutely thrilled with my results! On top of all that, the office is beautiful and comfortable; I especially loved the massage chairs. I will definitely be going back to White Dental Spa in the future. read more
