I have not used Dr. Brewster in over 30 years but he is a super talented and professional Dentist. I once had a tooth so very hard to pull, he was standing on a stool sweating profusely, and then had to go in the back room and dig out a tool he said he hadn't seen since dental school. lol He got it out! Had the swankiest Dental office I'd ever seen. And a very friendly person too! I've seen had all my teeth on top pulled out with a false top. If there was ever any advice I can give to anyone, is to floss after every meal and brush twice a day, especially at night. read more

He takes time to explain treatments and never makes you feel rushed. His approach is toward overall well being - in my case, providing laser treatment of chemo-related mouth sores. I went to Dr. Brewster's after quite a few coworkers reccomend him! Dr. Brewster and his staff are all super friendly. During my cleaning, my hygienist was very informative and showed me my xrays and pointed out the the problem areas I had that the dentist might bring up. Turns out i needed a filling replaced. At the end of the appointment i received an itemized bill stating what they were going to bill my Insurance and an estimate of what i will probably have to pay out of pocket for my fillings. I just finished my second appointment, got the old filling replaced and it was the easiest and smoothest experience I've ever had. The numbing stuff has just started to wear off but I still don't feel any pain! His office is small but nice and seems updated. He didn't try to push any random procedures on me or tell me i had a crazy amount of cavities that i needed filled. Dr. Brewster is very gentle. I've had fillings done in the past and even with numbing stuff they will hit a nerve or something and it hurts like hell all day. I kept waiting for him to poke something (it's like waiting for the other shoe to drop) and it never happened. Highly reccomend him and his staff. read more

I have seen Dr. Brewster since 2017. He has helped me reduce the pockets around my teeth. His toothbrush recommendation, the Philips sonicare, has resulted in me having minimal tartar. His staff is friendly. He's located in the Comerica building of downtown Dallas. Even if you're not living or working Downtown, this office is worth driving to because they are highly competent. read more

After a number of visits to dentists and dental clinics around Dallas trying to find someone to help me fix my admittedly troublesome teeth, I believe I have found the perfect dentist! The experience began with a very pleasant phone conversation with Caroline, the office manager. She remembered my name from a previous message left over the weekend, and was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and verifying my insurance. I was scheduled to see the doctor the very same day, only hours after I called! Very impressive. I filled out all of my forms online, in advance. No paperwork! Sweet! The office is located on the 24th floor of the Comerica building, which was a treat, as I have never had official business in the building before now, and I like visiting various buildings downtown. The office itself is very nicely appointed and spacious. It was not busy at all, and I didn't have to wait to be seen. My exam room had a view of Thanksgiving Square. It seems as though Dr Brewster does all the patient care, and Caroline does everything else, including billing. This makes for a very comforting experience, as you are not bounced around from person to person, or have an endless parade of people peering into your mouth, or handing you forms. The Dr even took his own X-rays. Old school, in a very good way. You can tell Dr Brewster enjoys the art and science of dentistry, his enthusiasm for helping people is obvious. He is a very kind and comforting man. If you are anxious about visiting the dentist, you owe it to yourself to consult with Dr Brewster! The end result was I felt better about my teeth (he said they "weren't so bad"), had an appointment to save one of my molars instead of extracting it, and best of all, payment was handled entirely by Caroline. She billed my insurance and nothing came out of pocket! I was presented with a clear and consise recommendation for treatment, including the total expected cost of my next visit in advance. I cannot speak highly enough of my first experience with Dr Brewster and his amazing staff. read more

If I could give him a 10, I would. Without a doubt Dr. Brewster is the ABSOLUTE BEST dentist I have gone to in my entire life and I am 71. His office staff is friendly and professional. The offices are nice and the music he plays was absolutely perfect for a Classic Rock enthusiast such as myself. I am usually reluctant to go to the Dentist unless I am in severe pain or something absolutely has to be done, because of my prior experiences. With Dr. Brewster, I look forward to the next visit! I had 2 teeth extracted from my lower jaw (one on each side) and he was very gentle with the shots (which are my biggest fear) and I had four but didn't even feel the last 2. I barely felt the first two but I was doing my relaxation breathing and it helped. I can't imagine anyone doing it any better than he did because it's not possible! Dr. Brewster is kind, friendly, shows concern for his patient and has empathy for a big chicken like myself. He was awesome! I highly recommend Dr. Brewster if you want a dentist that knows what he is doing, cares about meeting your needs and addressing any concerns you may have and is highly professional yet very friendly and warm. Honestly, I can say enough. He's the first dentist that didn't actually HURT me and I have relatively no pain today and no swelling. That's pretty awesome! Dr. Brewster, his hygienist & Carolyn take excellent care of my teeth & make the experience very pleasant. While other dentists usually refer out to have crowns made, wisdom teeth extracted, etc., Dr. Brewster is able to take care of these things very well. There's basically nothing he can't do, so while I no longer work Downtown, it's worth the drive to have such a wonderful dentist. Yesterday, an entire crown popped off as I was flossing. I immediately called Dr. Brewster's office and Carolyn was able to get in the same afternoon. Dr. Brewster knew which tooth was involved From just looking at the crown. Fortunately for me, it came off intact and was not cracked or broken. Dr. Brewster is by far the best dentist my husband and I have ever used. Carolyn is great at running the front desk & assisting when needed. The hygienist is very sweet.
