I love my DENTIST! I don't want to share him. Dr. Wang is the man and is AMAZING. He has been my dentist for over 15 years. He takes great care of my teeth. He is pleasant and friendly. He is kind and gentle and I HATE PAIN. I have referred my family and they were equally impressed. Dr. Wang and his staff are like family. His staff is courteous and professional. The office is modern, clean and you can even watch television while getting your teeth cleaned or fixed. So I can say the care, quality and integrity is on point. He will even call you himself to check up on you after a procedure. This makes him so personable. He is fast, but precise and I love Daisy the hygienist. She cleans my teeth perfectly. I am so happy and proud to be a patient here! Also everyone in the office knows I love traveling. They always engage conversation about my travel adventures. Everyone who comes to this clinic is told they need a deep cleaning. The dentist said the same thing to both me and my husband. I was charged for a deep cleaning, but what I actually received was just a regular cleaning. On top of that, I had a tooth that only needed a filling. The dentist spent two hours working on it, used a filling material that didn't even match the color of my tooth, and failed to treat it properly. As a result, the tooth became so damaged that I now need a crown. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is neither professional nor trustworthy, and I strongly advise people to stay away. read more

I was seeing a different dentist for a few years and started to feel like they were full of crap. Every time I went in they just had all this "work" to do in my mouth, treatment plan with 3 years of stuff on it. I went to W Dental and Dr. Wang and his team are super chill and provide a great end-to-end experience. For starters, he provided a second opinion on my treatment plan and pointed out some things that seemed a little overly aggressive and were not really necessary yet, e.g. old fillings that may need to be replaced eventually but are fine right now. Why was my other dentist trying to do those now?? Also, the filling he did end up doing was one third of the price the other dentist was charging when you look at the billed amount (both out of network so ultimately he is saving me money). My favorite thing about W Dental is that I don't feel rushed with Dr. Wang. He will chat, make sure all your questions are totally answered, etc. He took a lot of time with me to review watch spots and talk about whatever I wanted about my oral health. Office is modern and fresh. X-rays fast and efficient. Hygienists and reception are friendly. TV on the ceiling above the dental chair appears to be adequately mounted and has not fallen on my face yet. They do a nice job cleaning night guards and retainers. Punctual on calling me back for my appointments. Blankets available if you aren't dressed warmly enough for a dental office. Two minor and easily fixable complaints: lips dry out when mouth is open for a long time, some places will put some stuff on for you. And they cap nitrous at 50% and have you breathing the other 50% oxygen, even though ADA guidelines allow for up to 70% nitrous and atmospheric oxygen is only 21%. Personally I prefer 70% but can settle for 60%. Anything less is weaksauce. But still a great practice and both of these issues are easily fixable :) read more

Consistent Maintenance! Finding a good dentist can be quite daunting, especially if you don't want to deal with the fluff, disorganization and unneeded pressure. With an organized helpful staff, they have your 100% attention and care in mind. They are transparent with the procedures, warnings and overall explanation of your current state. A good dentist is one that takes the time to listen to your concerns and offers recommendations without pressure. They point out the variables that are out of their control & limitations for full transparency. If costs are a heavy concern, I would not worry too much at this establishment. They are clear and helpful in clear pricing with no hidden fees. They do accept Care Credit & HSA cards. If there's a lot of work that needs to be done for your specific situation, ask the doc for a priority list from "urgent" to "it can wait." This so you can form a plan to successfully afford the work that needs to be done. Overall, great experience, exceeding service levels from the front desk ladies to the doctor's assistants. I called around to find care for my dental needs. W Dental answered right away and gave me all the information I needed in a timely polite and caring way. Before the first appointment, they sent me forms to read and sign digitally which I completed before my appointment. I also received multiple reminders of my upcoming appt. On the day of my appt i waited for less than 5 mins before they took me in to the treatment area. The area feels tranquil and was very clean. First they took my blood pressure and a set of exrays on a high tech low radiation machine. Everything was explained clearly and all my questions were answered patiently. Then they took pictures of my teeth. Then Daisy explained what we were seeing with my teeth and recommendations. I came in to get a night guard and a regular cleaning. But from the pictures it was clear i needed a deep clean. After clear explanations they brought me an ipad with the treatment plan and pricing clearly listed. I signed my agreement and they were able to get to work right away on giving my teeth that deep clean. I got a numbing mouth rinse. Then Laying back in the chair there was a monitor mounted to the ceiling and i was offered netflix while she cleaned my teeth. Getting my mind and attention off the deep clean was really useful. Thank you And when i felt cold they brought me a blanket Then Dr. W. Came and gave me an exam. Addressed my concerns and helped me understand my options. I needed some additional work done so extra xrays were taken so Dr. could review and get back to me. They then did the impression for my mouth guard. I ppreciated the staff and medical professionals. I felt very well taken care. Highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs. They take Cigna insurance which was a huge help for me. read more

Appointment started on time. They have televisions on the ceiling with Netflix, HBO, etc and headphones so you can watch whatever you want while they clean. They went through all my results with me. After 2 appointments at his office, the wait times have not been longer than 5 minutes and the front desk receptionists have been helpful and responsive. Daisy was the dental hygienist who did my cleaning and she was gentle and so friendly. After meeting with Dr. Wang, he was professional and straight forward. This morning I had 2 fillings done and he made sure I was comfortable during the process. I actually stopped him at the beginning of my fillings because I felt some pain and he stopped right away and numbed me a little more to where I was comfortable. **This update is in regards to a recent visit during the COVID-19 pandemic** Visited here today for my quarterly cleaning/checkup. I was super nervous going in for an appointment due to the pandemic, but all the staff at W Dental helped calm my fears. I was required to fill out an online pre-screening survey prior to going in for my appointment. When I arrived, I stayed in my car, called the office to inform them I was there, after which they told me they would call me right back as soon as the previous patient was out of the main waiting area. I only had to wait 5 minutes, then I was called into the waiting area. I was asked to wear a mask upon entering. Everyone in the office was also wearing a mask. I appreciated the level of safety that was being taken to protect the staff and patients. Before I even saw the hygienist, they took my temperature and heart rate. When I went in for my cleaning, the hygienist was very thorough and explained everything to me about my appointment. Slight modifications were made so as to allow my teeth to be cleaned while ensuring the safety of all in the office and the minimal spread of the virus during the appointment. It was also noteworthy that the hygienist was wearing a filtered mask with a face shield built in. I felt as safe as anyone could during these times. I really appreciated them implementing this aspect in their office to treat patients. I am super impressed with W Dental. I have severe dental anxiety and he worked with me to come up with a plan to get procedures done in a way that made me more comfortable. Dr Wang is my dentist of choice and has been for the last 3 + years. He was recommended to me by someone on a first date oddly enough! She went on and on about how great he was . I never called her back but I checked his background and he literally had over a thousand positive reviews! Super nice , knowledgeable and professional. His office is in N.
