After about 20 minutes with the hygienist, I was told I had an "active infection" and periodontal disease based on their AI software. This was shocking, as I have never been told this before. I never saw the dentist at any point, nor do I know if a dentist reviewed my X-rays. The hygienist told me I could not have a routine cleaning and instead pushed an expensive deep cleaning that likely would not be covered by insurance. I was then asked to meet with a financial counselor, which prompted me to leave. I later obtained a second opinion, and that dentist found no evidence of periodontal disease or infection and confirmed the previous measurements were incorrect. This experience left me with serious concerns about unnecessary treatments being pushed for profit rather than patient care.

I actually first visited Dr. Seely back in 2010 but my insurance changed and she wasn't covered. After many years, I finally got an insurance that she accepted and I went straight back to her. The office is small but in a great location at Preston and Forest. Everyone from the front office staff, dental assistant, dental hygienist and the dentist are great. The dental assistant did a great job cleaning my teeth. She always made sure I was comfortable and that she wasn't hurting me. The office manager went out of her way to verify my benefits to make sure I was covered. When Dr. Seely came to talk to me she just brightens up the room with her personality. She makes you feel like you belong there as part of her family. I'm so glad I was able to see her again. If you can, I would definitely recommend you become her patient.

They charged him around 250 for one scan that most offices do for free. Luckily he was able to be seen somewhere else and they fixed his tooth the same day. Poor communication and also outrageous prices. They were going to charge my dad 2700 when another office in Preston Hollow charged him less 989 for the same service.
