He is kind and gentle and I HATE PAIN. I have referred my family and they were equally impressed. Dr. Wang and his staff are like family. His staff is courteous and professional. The office is modern, clean and you can even watch television while getting your teeth cleaned or fixed. So I can say the care, quality and integrity is on point. He will even call you himself to check up on you after a procedure. This makes him so personable. He is fast, but precise and I love Daisy the hygienist. She cleans my teeth perfectly. After about 20 minutes with the hygienist, I was told I had an "active infection" and periodontal disease based on their AI software. This was shocking, as I have never been told this before. I never saw the dentist at any point, nor do I know if a dentist reviewed my X-rays. The hygienist told me I could not have a routine cleaning and instead pushed an expensive deep cleaning that likely would not be covered by insurance. I was then asked to meet with a financial counselor, which prompted me to leave. I later obtained a second opinion, and that dentist found no evidence of periodontal disease or infection and confirmed the previous measurements were incorrect. This experience left me with serious concerns about unnecessary treatments being pushed for profit rather than patient care.

I actually first visited Dr. Seely back in 2010 but my insurance changed and she wasn't covered. After many years, I finally got an insurance that she accepted and I went straight back to her. The office is small but in a great location at Preston and Forest. Everyone from the front office staff, dental assistant, dental hygienist and the dentist are great. The dental assistant did a great job cleaning my teeth. She always made sure I was comfortable and that she wasn't hurting me. The office manager went out of her way to verify my benefits to make sure I was covered. When Dr. Seely came to talk to me she just brightens up the room with her personality. She makes you feel like you belong there as part of her family. I'm so glad I was able to see her again. If you can, I would definitely recommend you become her patient.

I then made another appointment in Carrolton with Beverly Dental , another dentist where we were told the tooth could be recrowened and an implant for it was not needed and other then 2 resins (two cavities) and a cleaning we were given a quote of $2000 which is $7000 less . I dislike having to write this but feel that we were not told the exact truth of the whole matter . Also we were charged $200 for x-rays and Beverly Dental did the xrays for free.

I was told by her that this dentist really takes a "whole of body, holistic approach" to dentistry. I made an appointment but really went in with many hesitations due to previous traumatic childhood experiences I had with dentists. They made this experience truly special. I had 8 amalgams that I needed removed. I was concerned about the pain and trauma but I was more concerned about the mercury poisoning and how detrimental these types of heavy metals are for our health. Dr. Jill Ombrello, DDS really took the time to get to know me as a person, what my health concerns are, why I was afraid of the procedure and really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I literally trusted her with my life because that's how serious amalgams are to our health. Her staff, Felicia, Mallory and Jessica really made me feel like family, their smiling faces and Godly demeanor really was felt in the room. Throughout the procedure both Jessica & Dr. Jill communicated with me, ensuring I was ok and even at one point wiped tears from my eyes through the procedure and the tears were not of pain, they were tears due to the gratitude I was feeling praying to God that there are Dentists and staff like them that truly care about peoples lives. This was truly a memorable and life altering experience for me, because I know for a fact that many of the health issues, mood swings, irritability, inflammation and other issues I had were DIRECTLY linked to the 8 amalgam fillings I had poisoning my body every day.
