There's something special about Dental Loft that even though you are nervous they make it the most easiest and painless visit they can. For one Dr. Reddy is the sweetest doctor I have met, all of her staff are friendly, and they all will put your nerves at ease. Their offices are state of the art. Very modern yet comforting too. The best part is they have TV's on the ceilings and will give you headphones and a remote control so you can watch Nextflix, Hulu etc and totally zone out. I have actually fallen asleep in the chair a few times. The most important part while you are all comfy and laid back watching Friends re-runs they are doing amazing work on your teeth. Was quoted $265, by the guy at the front when i was just there for get my teeth ground down and he said i would have to do the xrays and a cleaning. When all the xrays and cleaning were done they walked me to pay and i was confused on why i wasnt getting done what i had gone there to do, and they said it would be another $195 per tooth. I needed up to 4 which they said they would charge just for 1. Shocked i was already paying so much, and feeling like i got scammed i left and wont ever go back. After all its DFW, there is a dentist on every corner so keep looking. I defiantly dont recommend this place. read more

I had been really happy with the work, originally.... And I might be a unique situation. I had spoken with the folks at dental loft about a crown I needed and scheduled to come in, but don't live in the area (I'm in a rural community across the state, but travel to Dallas frequently). They assured me it would be fine, and that the turn around for a crown was 7 days and I could return any time for the permanent. So on my next trip to Dallas, I requested the appointment, only to learn that they didn't have it. After some hunting on the office's end, they discovered that the order was never received from the lab. At this point, I need to reschedule a trip to Dallas because the temporary was causing me some pain, and flew there just for this visit, I was told by the office that they would make an adjustment to the bill considering the extra expense caused by their oversight... which seemed generous but fair, as I had also needed to miss work. The appointment went fine, only about weeks later, I received a call from the dentist. Now this was NOT Dr Varga; and I do not know her name, but I absolutely do not recommend her for multiple reasons, but the last straw was her calling to inform me that she used temporary cement by mistake. She then offered to fix it for free any time I came in. WELL, I didn't last til the next time I made it back, I was on vacation even, when I had to find a dentist and spent $300 to put it back on. She claimed over that call that the office would reimburse if I needed to see a different dentist, and let's just say that they never intended to do that, After months of trying to get through to the billing department; they're sending me to collections. I have never been a yelp reviewer once in my life and I am in my 40's!!! but I HAVE been a dental patient a hundred times including other crowns and work and I just never had this kind of stress and frustration with an office. I got Zoom whitening last week and had a great experience. The office was following all the proper procedures for customer and employee safety for COVID-19. Got to scroll through Netflix and watch TV during the entire process. My teeth look great! I don't get on Yelp much, but the person checking me out told me to check in on Yelp so I can get $50 off! Having a mother who has worked in dentistry my entire life, I know what to expect going into a good cleaning. I went to dental loft for a regular exam, cleaning and questions on ortho treatment. First thing that threw me off was the lack of basic hygiene. The assistant used her BARE HANDS to place bite wings on the X-ray machine which would go directly into my mouth. Once she put on gloves she was touching her hair and glasses then proceeding to re adjusting the bite wings in my mouth! Disgusting. I was also shuffled around with three assistants who each didn't know where the last left off. The cleaning was "OK" she barley polished my teeth and didn't spend much time detailing either. When the Dr. finally came into the room, she rushed the exam. Did not even examine my x rays, did not review my overall dental hygiene as the doctor typically would. Instead tried to sell me on in office Invisalign and slimming my teeth, then ran out to the room across from me to do a root canal. I feel as though this dentist is all about getting as many people in office as possible and collecting a check! There was no personal interaction or careful examination of my teeth. I was really looking forward to this office as it was close to home and had great reviews! The Dr. and office staff were generally "nice people" which is why they get 2 stars! Although it does not change the reality of what happened or how those situations made me feel, I could tell that Dr. Reddy really cares about her business and its integrity. I also reached back out to her because one of the fillings she did fell out, but she graciously offered a refund for it. This review is pretty premature because I've only been once so far but I'll update it once I get my wisdom teeth out. Hands down best routine dental experience in my life!!! Lofty statement but I came from Monarch Dental (eek! ick! I know pity me) so I was easily impressed. Making an appointment was easy and you can add yourself to a waiting list and you'll receive a text and email if earlier spots become available. The confirmation appointment texts and emails were too much though I think I got 3 or 4 leading up to the appt but I still appreciate them. Won't forget I have a dentist appt ever again. Dental Loft is tucked away in The Shops at Park Lane and easy to navigate to with GPS. Check in was very swift. Paperwork was emailed to me and was uncomplicated. I loved that the HIPAA documents were just laminated copies that the receptionist explained during check in. My wait time was very brief. There was water, coffee, and the Wifi password available in the waiting room. After getting the usual x-rays, the tech took digital pictures of my teeth so that the doctor can actually SHOW me concerning areas and I can see just how much flossing I haven't done. Never had this luxury before and I felt like seeing what they see helped me understand the treatment plan better. Dr. Reddy came in and she was beyond polite and very thorough with her exam and explanations. Love her! While I waited for the hygienist, I was given headphones and a Roku controller to watch Hulu, Netflix, whatever I wanted! Got to watch the latest episode of Grey's while I waited and during my teeth cleaning, blew my mind yo! Because of this, waiting didn't feel like forever and it was a good distraction when she got to more sensitive areas. I'm sure most people don't care about this, but also getting the option to pick my flavor tooth polish (Cinnamon!) made me love this place more. In the end, nothing was charged that my insurance doesn't cover, and I'm actually looking forward to getting my wisdom teeth taken out here. Worst teeth cleaning I've had. The hygienist skipped over some teeth that were too hard for her to floss!! My front tooth filling not only looked terrible but chipped off within a year of getting it fixed. Unfortunately, I referred my husband here also and he had a horrible experience and pain for months on a crown. Sorry to write a negative review but I wouldn't go back here. I have been to Dental loft for a year now, and I am thrilled with my experience every time! Both Dr. Reddy and Dr. Sherrick are absolutely wonderful, and really care for their patients. I had a toothache from a recent cavity filling done by another dentist and could not figure out why I was still having pain even 1-2 months after the filling was placed. When I met with Dr. Sherrick, he knew just what the problem was and fixed the issue in minutes. Dr. Reddy was very knowledgable and wonderful as well. She noticed my canker sores and offered me a prescription to help take care of future breakouts. I've visited dentists in the past who have never offered to help care for my health beyond teeth cleanings or cavities. So thankful for Dr. Reddy and Dr. Sherrick! The facility is very clean, modern and in a great location (especially for those of us who love to shop). The staff at the from desk are incredibly polite! If it floats your boat, you can watch Netflix from a TV screen above while you get your teeth cleaned. If you'd prefer not to watch TV (like me), that's ok, too! The hygienists are very easy to talk to and incredibly nice. Making appointments is also not a hassle. With my work schedule, I am not able to make appointments during the day. Dental Loft offers later hours on Mondays for those of us who need to visit later in the afternoon/evening. I LOVE this place! I have been searching forever for a great and reliable dentist in the Dallas area that won't gouge me and I've finally found the one! After years of going to places like FLOSS, Mint, etc, I was constantly in tears every time I left their office with their $$$ quotes and basically telling me that I needed a ton of work done! Dr. Reddy's office and staff are incredible! Parking is super easy, appointment scheduling is great, their online patient system is easy to navigate and everyone you encounter in the office is SO nice. Every person I came in contact with was so friendly and talkative and this just really put me at ease. After I went for my first appointment a few weeks ago I was on edge, but Dr. Reddy was so calm and reassuring that she immediately put me at ease. I watched netflix while getting my teeth cleaned and left with only ONE cavity and a prescription toothpaste for fluoride that she has in her office. When I returned the next week to get the cavity fixed, I again had a great experience and watched an episode of mindhunters while relaxing. I've seriously been to tons of dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, etc for a range of TMJ issues and cavities and I've never in my almost 30 years found someone I liked this much! I made an appointment on ZocDoc (no phone=ideal) and was in the next day. The team goes over pricing with you both before and after treatment, so there are no surprises there. The corner of my mouth was super irritated after my dental work (I have a really small mouth). Dr. Reddy prescribed me an ointment and called my cell phone the following day to see if it was working.
