Be careful of this office. They will either not file your fees with Medicare in time or only file part of your fees. By not filing with Medicare, they get more from the patient than what Medicare would pay them. Also, in our case, when they filed, they only filed part of our fees, Medicare paid this office and they not only pocketed what we paid, but also kept what Medicare paid to them. In some visits they even denied they carried Medicare and the office staff said, "We are not obligated to tell you we take Medicare." When Medicare was informed about possible insurance fraud in this case, they tried to contact this office whereby the office staff hung up on Medicare several times and finally told Medicare they didn't want to discuss this and to contact their legal team. We will be contacting many agencies who would be interested in how seniors are treated and how insurance fraud can take place. When an office won't even talk to you or Medicare....something is really, really fishy and wrong. read more

I have been patient for 24 years. There are 3 things that keep me going back. 1. Stable staff. Most of the employees have been there 10 years or more which means Dr, Jones pays and treats them with respect. 2. Location, location, location. 3. Dr. Jones was a new dentist when we first met. He has matured and stayed up to date on the latest technology and treatments. He has a full service practice and he can do it All. He has excellent patient relationship. Where to start with this, the work is substandard and the dentist refuses to take responsibility for bad work. Their billing is abysmal to say the least, expect to be double billed, late billed, and your credit filled on with no communication. My opinion is that you would get better work in a back ally in Mexico, at least the bills are done there. read more

Unfortunately, I was unable to even receive services here. I went in for a new patient cleaning. As I was sitting in the waiting area, there were two ladies behind the reception desk, one who was Caucasian and the other I never saw. They were whispering back and forth about me and being unable to find my forms, which I submitted electronically. This already gave me an uncomfortable feeling but they found the forms and I continued to wait to be called back. Then, a call came through which was answered by one of the first lady, who's name I did not get. After answering a few questions regarding insurance, the receptionist hangs up the phone as if frustrated and says "Uugghh! Bye lady!" She then says to the other receptionist "That was some ignorant Black lady!" As a young, African American/Hispanic female, this was upsetting to hear and a very disappointing experience. Upon hearing that, I walked to the desk and let her know that I was leaving after hearing the comment she had made because I no longer desired services from this establishment. I expressed that her comment was not nice and completely unacceptable. Being in a position of customer service, hopefully she will be more mindful of her remarks while in such an environment and more appreciative of current and potential patients. I had oral surgery in this office performed by Jeffrey V. Jones. He was fast, super friendly and highly skilled. He was also very affordable and his staff was very friendly. I called Dr. Jones' office to get a second opinion since they had my previous dental records and found out that they now take my insurance. They got me in that day for a second opinion and did not charge me since my insurance wouldn't cover a second opinion. He reviewed the x-rays the other dentist provided and confidently determined that MUCH less work was needed than what the other dentist wanted to perform. Dr. Jones is my dentist for over several years. His front office staff is awesome. They are fantastic in reminding you of your appointment. Norma rocks! My hygienist is typically Nelly. She is fabulous. Nelly is gentle in cleaning your teeth and is patient. She is able to answer any questions you may have. Dr. Jones makes you feel comfortable and is funny. I switched from another dentist to Dr. Jones for a more convenient location and for lower prices. I've been dental phobic most of my life, so when I say that the hygienists there are gentle and caring, you can believe it! The front office staff is terrific. I've never *ever* been overbooked or had to wait for my appointments. I've never felt pressured to have expensive but maybe-not-really-necessary procedures done. I have been looking for a new dentist and my friend recommended me to Dr. Jones. She has been going to him for more than 10 years. When you call in you get Ms. Carol and she is the sweetest/warmest lady ever. She reminds you of a sweet granny and momma mix. You hear her voice and you know things will be great. She scheduled me quickly and helped me figure things regarding my teeth issues. When you walk through the door you see them within minutes and they start the process. X-rays, cleaning etc. I had Nelly has my dental hygienist and she was dripping with molasses she was so sweet. To be comfortable with someone poking in your mouth is hard and they accomplish it with out a hitch. Then there is Dr. Jones he is cool as a cucumber. He looks at your mouth and it so honest and does not recommend unnecessary items. He sense of humor is mild and soft. Perfect for a dentist. They rock at this office. read more

I had four additional porcelain veneers placed by Jeffrey Jones. A year later, my gum lines above the 4 teeth he placed veneers on became discolored and turned red. My gums occasionally bled , became sore. As of that year, I have had significant discomfort, bleeding, gingivitis and gum inflammation around those teeth, although I was regularly getting them cleaned. I visited a periodontics and he stated the veneers were causing inflammation because of the way they were placed on the teeth, regular cleanings would not solve the problem; gum related problems would continue and suggested to get them replaced. He stated that I had issues with the fit (veneers were placed too far under the gum). The preparation of those 4 teeth and workmanship was executed poorly. The gingivitis and inflammation in the gums came from over contouring the veneer at and under the gum line because tooth contours play a role in determining how easy it is to clean teeth and keep them and the gum tissue that surrounds them healthy. Those veneers have caused pockets to swell along the gum line. Bottom line, the four veneers placed by Jeffrey Jones, DDS have been inconvenience to me from a standpoint of function, and worse, have caused me to have dental health problems including gum disease because it is impossible to keep them clean. I have done a little research about Dr Jones; sadly found out that he has been peer reviewed before. read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE SEEING HIM!!! I had 3 lumineers placed by another dentist in 2008. Then, I moved to TX. I was so happy with the results and decided to have additional veneers done later. I had four additional porcelain veneers (lumineer) placed by Jeffrey Jones, DDS in Dallas. He also performed one of my cleanings after the initial service. A year later, my gum lines above the 4 teeth he placed veneers on became discolored and turned red. My gums occasionally bled and became sore. As time went by, my teeth have progressively gotten worse. As of that year, I have had significant discomfort, bleeding, gingivitis and gum inflammation around those teeth, although I was regularly getting them cleaned as recommended. However, with regular cleanings, the problem did not go away. Since, the teeth that have veneers placed by the other dentist did not cause any discomfort or created any problems, I started to think there were some problems with the veneers placed by Dr Jones. I visited a periodontics to get an oral evaluation. He stated that the veneers placed by Jeffrey Jones, DDS were causing inflammation because of the way they were placed on the teeth, regular cleanings would not solve the problem; the gum related problems would continue and suggested that those veneers to be replaced. I wanted to obtain a second opinion. Consequently, I visited another periodontist in Dallas, who is a member of the American Board of Periodontology. After an initial oral evaluation, he suggested the same solution. He stated that I had issues with the fit (veneers were placed too far under the gum) and the contours of the restorations for other teeth and my oral hygiene was sound except for the four teeth done by Jeffrey Jones. He suggested to remove those restorations, let the tissues heal as best as possible, then possibly perform a gingival re-contouring (shorten my gum line) in order to create and maintain a proper biological width. The preparation of those 4 teeth and workmanship was executed poorly. The gingivitis and inflammation in the gums came from over contouring the veneer at and under the gum line because tooth contours play a role in determining how easy it is to clean teeth and keep them and the gum tissue that surrounds them healthy. Those veneers have caused pockets to swell along the gum line. Bottom line, the four veneers placed by Jeffrey Jones, DDS have been inconvenience to me from a standpoint of function, and worse, have caused me to have dental health problems including gum disease because it is impossible to keep them clean. As suggested by my periodontist, I am replacing those veneers. Unfortunately, I have to pay for the same service twice in addition to the extra fees that has occurred during the healing of my gums and for replacement of the veneers. I still have the 3 other veneers in my mouth, done by the other dentist, and am very happy with them. Moreover, I have done a little research about Dr Jones and sadly found out that he has been peer reviewed before and led to dental issues for the service he provided. read more
