I went in today to the Mint Uptown location for an annual checkup with a cleaning and was VERY pleased with my experience! Upon check in, Danna was kind and helpful. My dental assistant was Brigham who did a wonderful job. He had such a great attitude! My dental hygienist was Taylor and she was gentle, yet thorough. Dr. Spence had excellent bedside manner and was able to take care of a chipped filling same day. I am very grateful these people work at my new Mint location! :)

It feels like the "Cheesecake Factory" of dental offices--quick in and out but lacking quality. The staff is often new and inexperienced, resulting in a high turnover rate. Additionally, the reception service is not very hospitable. I highly recommend avoiding Mint Dental at any of their locations based on my initial experience. It's not worth the high-pressure tactics they use to discourage cancellations. I chose this quick-service dental office because I had a limited time left on my insurance before switching providers, but ultimately, the hassle of dealing with them overshadowed the convenience of a cleaning appointment.

He is kind and gentle and I HATE PAIN. I have referred my family and they were equally impressed. Dr. Wang and his staff are like family. His staff is courteous and professional. The office is modern, clean and you can even watch television while getting your teeth cleaned or fixed. So I can say the care, quality and integrity is on point. He will even call you himself to check up on you after a procedure. This makes him so personable. He is fast, but precise and I love Daisy the hygienist. She cleans my teeth perfectly. The entry is very nice with modern white couches and TV so the wait didn't seem long. I came in because I had a crown from 10+ years ago fall out and wanted to compare doctors. I went to another dentist and my first visit with them I had zero cavities or issues but only 6 months later when I went back in I mysteriously had 9 million things to fix with outrageous prices. I wanted a second opinion so I came to FLOSS. Dr. Rob was super helpful and explained every part of the exam to me in detail then showed me the trouble areas. He told me what was important to get taken care of right away and what could wait if needed. The woman in charge of billing was super nice and showed me the break down of what it would cost out of pocket and what my insurance would cover. They were able to do the procedures I needed same day and I don't know if I'm just older and it hurts less but let me tell you the pain was extremely minimal. A little bit of pressure and sensitivity but otherwise it was a walk in the park compared to what I remembered as a child. I started at 10:20 and walked out by 2pm with very minimal waiting. I highly recommend all of the staff at FLOSS and I will be referring my friends.

What difference does it make who owns the company the contract should be honored.  Also, my contract came with Free Whiteing, they stopped giving that out as well. I left extremely upset that I gave them 5 thousand dollars and I still have crowding in my bottom teeth. I am actually going to file a grievance complaint soon. Please find an honest company to do your work. A contract is a contract!
