I've tried whitening my teeth at home and though I do get some results, I really wanted to see just how white I could get them. I made an appointment and I'm so glad I did. I had a great experience. I believe his name was Kevin, he was very detailed with every step and mentioned more than once that he strives on customer satisfaction. If I felt my teeth weren't as white as I had hoped, I could come back in and he would redo for free. I was very nervous because I have heard from friends who have had Zoom whitening that the zingers were really bad. I wasn't doing Zoom, but I was doing the highest HP, so I knew I would have zingers. He treated my gums first, and then he applied this blue gel that hardens in the light to protect my gums before applying the teeth whitening. I only wanted to stay under the light for 40 minutes because I knew the sensitivity would be bad. I'm glad I stopped when I did. As soon as he started removing the whitening gel, the zingers started. Wow are they intense, but I anticipated that. I am very pleased at my results considering my teeth were fairly white (when compared to his chart). This is the whitest I have ever seen my teeth! I highly recommend going to Perfect Ten Smile. He's very thorough, gentle, he checks on you every step of the way, and then he gives you this very impressive goodie bag to take home with sensitive teeth toothpaste, oral gel for tooth pain, teeth whitening trays at home, and MORE! Kevin is very kind, welcoming and professional. This is my first time with teeth whitening so I was a little bit nervous. He explained the process and made me feel more comfortable. We started off with the gentle strength non peroxide gel for 30 minutes. After looking at the results Kevin suggested the 6 percent peroxide gel for an additional 60 minutes. He tailors the appointment to fit your desired results, which makes me so happy! I have some pretty stubborn stains from my daily coffee escapades, so the results were pretty impressive. I can feel more confident while smiling. Now that I know I can handle the lower percentage of hydrogen peroxide gel, I can't wait to come back and see the results from a higher percentage. At the end of the appointment Kevin provides a bag filled with goodies . He's honestly probably the nicest professional working in the cosmetic industry that I've ever been to; the reviews about his personality are very accurate. He's very patient and willing to work with you to get your teeth to the whitening level that you want them to be at. He gave me a whole maintenance kit, complete with extra white strips, brush-on whitening gel and mouthwash after the session, and was willing to do a follow-up session because my teeth didn't get to the level of whitening that we'd hoped they would during the session, which he'd cautioned of beforehand, at no extra charge to me. I like the fact that that's all this place does is whiten teeth! Kevin is all about getting results! You'll view your current teeth color from his samples before and after. The normal procedure takes 40 min but if you're not in pain you can wear the gel a little longer. I wasn't in pain during but after for about 2 days my teeth were sensitive. I kept the gel on for 50 minutes and I wonder if they wouldn't have been less sensitive if I would have stopped at 40 minutes. Kevin was very responsive to my questions and phone calls before my visit. Gone are the days of needing to make an appointment at with your dentist to get your teeth whitened. Based on Yelp reviews I decided to give Perfect Ten Smile a try. I've had my teeth whitened several times with by my dentist and have paid no less than $99 for the procedure so I was a little apprehensive when I saw the $49 price at Perfect Ten. They are located inside a salon of suites. The suite is small but it is setup with comfort in mind. I would recommend that you take earphones and music to help pass time but there is a television as well. I was immediately guided through the process once I walked into the suite. The staff was extremely professional and concerned with making sure I understood what to expect and what was going on throughout the process. I had realistic expectations of what the end result would be considering my condition and eating/drinking habits. I would recommend taking an over the counter pain medicine prior to starting to assist with the "zingers" that you might feel during and after the service. I was completely satisfied with the result and look forward to returning for touchup treatments. read more

I made an appointment on the phone which was easy and Kevin fitted me into his schedule within the same day. Perfect Ten Smile is hidden in Sola Salon and is a small office with 3 chairs. My appointment was pushed a little back but Kevin was really nice about everything and apologized about the wait. He explained the process with me and didn't push me towards the more expensive option and actually recommended the $49 treatment since my teeth weren't that bad. After applying the tray with the gel and sitting in the chair for an hour, I wouldn't say I noticed a 3-4 shades difference like many of the other reviewers mentioned but Kevin does give you a bag full of whitening products which was very nice. Surprisingly, I felt no sensitivity at all throughout the whole hour but I would recommend Perfect Ten Smiles if you're planning on thinking about making an appointment. read more

This place was a great find! I needed an appointment for teeth whitening-- quick and at a price that wouldn't break the bank. I found this place after perusing all the awesome reviews in the middle of my morning and was able to book an appointment for the same day (later that afternoon). I looked at their services online and settled for the $99 service with extra whitening boost vs the $49. Both services appeared to be on sale at the time. I arrived a few minutes early and Kevin immediately tended to me and made me feel at ease. I had done whitening before but it had been several years. The place is super clean and has three chairs-- two right by a TV, which helps pass the time during the process. Kevin said anything over 30 minutes was pretty good but he didn't recommend anything over 60 minutes. I lasted about 40 minutes (right around minute 37 I got some shooting sensitivity). I told Kevin and we immediately wrapped up. Right afterwards, he gave me an aftercare packet with instructions, which also included a pack of mouthwash, sensitivity toothpaste, and other goodies. Kevin could tell I had some sensitivity issues so he also gave me some Oragel type product to use at home. I am happy to report that although I did have some off and on sensitivity for the remainder of the day and evening, it's now been over 15 hours and I feel like I'm back to normal. But the best part is my teeth are so much noticeably whiter! I am extremely happy with the results and cannot recommend this place enough for its cleanliness, professionalism, and amazing results. read more
