I was able to tolerate the full processing time and only had one instance of a "zinger". I brought headphones and an audible book to listen to, but they have thoughtfully provided a TV for entertainment during the treatment. We reviewed my results (lightened 2 shades) and Brandy made recommendations for a personalized plan to maintain my results. She answered all of my questions and provided an after care kit with instructions to take Advil at regular intervals to ensure no discomfort due to sensitivity - DO THIS! I didn't spend as much time with Dr. Hui because there was no need to, but he did a great job of explaining the examination and X-ray results and what I can expect on future visits. I'm very glad to have found this practice, definitely plan to go back, and certainly recommend them to others.
