After the work was done it turns out that even though they accept my insurance, they're not in network for the services they provided. When I asked about the bill at my most recent visit they said "oh yeah your insurance never covers anything". Why would they provide an estimate for the services showing what insurance would supposedly pay if they knew the service they provided was out of network? That's pretty shady & deceiving. When I mentioned that they said they accept my insurance, they said that they accept all PPOs but are only in network with a few of them. It really sucks because I did enjoy my visits to the office, Dr. Rossen is super nice & I loved his dental hygienists. I just don't appreciate being lied to.

I left feeling taken advantage of and the whole experience was awful. I now have a new dentist and have never been told I need any sort of special descaling or deeper cleaning.
