I had a filling done by this dentist and he over filled the tooth and left me with an INPINGMENT NERVE on my lower left molar , causing me to get a ROOT CANAL done and have the crown re-made all at my expense.. SEE PHOTOS When confronted with this nightmare -- DOCTOR Danial threatened to sue me and outlandishly sent dozens of threatening emails to me... All the over exaggerated reviews given to this Dental Office is Unbelievable to say the least.. When I asked for my Dental Records to give to the new Dentist I went to, Dr. Daniel stated that I had to pay for them and then threatened to sue me again if I called his office or contacted him.. My new dentist contacted D Dental to get my records and they REFUSED TO HAND THEM OVER threatening the new dental office to stop bothering them and calling! You better think twice before going to this place for more then a cleaning or whiting, because thats all they know how to do! When I had a tooth fit for a crown (different then the above crown) Dr. Daniel had his assistant fit it to my tooth (that is against the law only a certified dentist can fit permanent crowns) and then made me sit in the chair for over an hour before he came in to see if his assistant did a good job and send me on my way!! DD Dental did such a wonderful job on my tooth extraction. Dr Durga and Dr Wick were amazing, and they made the surgery so much easier. They booked me quickly, did my extraction, and I was done. I was so impressed with the professionalism of this company. My whole experience was so wonderful. I have really bad anxiety, so it was important I went to a dentist I could trust. My entire experience with D Dental from beyond smooth and amazing from my first initial phone call. I chipped a back molar, it was cutting up my tongue pretty badly. Dr. Daniel fixed my tooth and really put my nerves at ease. Let's face it nobody likes going to a dentist but my opinion changed upon walking into this practice. I was in and out in no time. First, simply do not see this Dentist. I went to him after their office first opened. To be fair, my dental work was difficult and complex. The Doctor assured me he could treat me. After seeing him, I experienced a minimum of three weeks of excruciating pain after each visit (I stopped seeing him after two visits. I then went to a new doctor who removed and re-worked everything Dr. Daniel did and then performed three extractions and two bone grafts. This new Doctor would absolutely not provide anything except local anesthesia. I took Advil the first day and then Advil and Provenance Sodium (Aleve) the second day. After that I needed no pain medicine. I had multiple extractions and a full 4 on 1 implant, requiring no extra pain medicine. My point to that description is that I experienced significant and unnecessary pain at D Dental. I let it go because I simply didn't want to make a new Dr's life difficult. I was wrong to do so. Now, three YEARS later, I get a huge bill. Specifically for payments I ALREADY made. They claim their benefits staff made errors. Now I will have no choice but to take this Dr. to court. Of course he doesn't care, he has malpractice insurance. I, however, have to pay for legal expenses. This means I have to drag my new Dr in and attempt to recoup these costs from D Dental. Don't go here. The Dr is inexperienced and caused significant, long lasting pain for a basic root canal. His staff was aware that I was very unhappy with the work that was done. Apparently this wasn't passed on to Dr. Daniel. In my opinion, this was a shady billing operation to begin with. Hopefully by this time Dr. Daniel has gained more real life treatment experience. I have since (SINCE 2007) moved away from the area. If anyone with complex dental issues would like a referral to a more qualified Doctor who, not once overcharged me (actually I believe he asked his staff to under-charge me), please feel free to message me. However, I do not recommend this Dentist, nor his practice or staff to anyone. A side note: I do not know if this means anything, however if you commute past this office, observe the high end sports car parked in the parking lot. I do not know if it belongs to the Doctor. Yet, it was in the lot for two years everyday until I moved. Be safe and expect excellence in your medical care - including dentists to surgeons. read more

Dr. Daniel and his staff have been nothing short of phenomenal. I messaged D Dental on a late Sunday night about excruciating pain I was having. Dr. Daniel was able to get me in the next day without hesitation. I have spent a sickening amount of money and time at different dentists, and have always felt shameful for the issues I have because they lacked good bedside manner. I was nervous to try D Dental for those reasons, but I was so happy I went! I was treated with respect, and Dr. Daniel addressed the top issues we need to work on, and made a plan. He was extremely kind and assured me we'd get things fixed right up! I'm extremely thrilled with my experience at D. Dental and look forward to future treatments. I first noticed D. Dental whenever I was stuck in traffic on Sam Rayburn Tollway. I needed a new dentist in the area, so I decided that I would check it out for my next dental exam/cleaning. After confirming on their website that they accepted my dental insurance, I was actually able to request an appointment online. I was then contacted by someone from the office to confirm my appointment and my information. Whenever I showed up for my appointment, I was blown away by how new and clean everything in the front waiting area was. The person working at the front desk was polite and told me that I would be called for my exam in just a moment. I sat down and briefly watched one of their large TV's in the waiting area. Matt, the dental hygienist, then came out of the door and called on me to come back to do some X-rays and start my dental exam/cleaning. All of the equipment in the different examination rooms looked new and each room has an individual TV for the patient. As he was starting, he asked if I had any questions or if there were any areas of my mouth or teeth that had been bothering me. I answered that I didn't have any problematic areas and jokingly asked if he would please clean my teeth well! He laughed and agreed that he would. As he was cleaning my teeth, he made sure that I was comfortable the whole time and explained everything very thoroughly. He finished very quickly and to my surprise (since it was so quick), he had actually cleaned my teeth extremely well. I was very satisfied! He then told me that the dentist, Dr. Daniel would be coming in to inspect everything and check my teeth. Dr. Daniel came in, introduced himself, and then checked everything. After he was done, he also asked if I had any questions. I didn't have any questions, so I was directed to the exit, that led back to the front office/waiting area. The staff working the front desk asked if I had any questions about my visit and then she offered to setup my next exam in 6 months. I went ahead and scheduled my next exam. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at D. Dental! Matt (dental hygienist) and Dr. Daniel (dentist) were both polite, professional and very welcoming. My teeth were very clean, I was comfortable the entire time, and I was pleased with everything. I definitely recommend D. The visit was quick and easy. Tech was professional and informative. Dr. Daniel personally came over to welcome me and further discuss my dental health. I have had extensive dental work (deep fillings, root canals & crowns) since I was 16. A lot of damage was done in my teen years from sugar. I always felt bilked and doubted the quality of the dental work done in my mouth. I kind of lost hope in dentists. I had anxiety and fear from years of unprofessionalism. That anxiety turned into embarrassment from not going in so long that I just refused to go in. A few years ago, I could no longer put off not seeing a dentist. Some cavities were causing me trouble so I started shopping around. I would literally pay the copays to scout and feel out these dentists that everyone recommended. Every time I just knew that their work wouldn't be the kind of quality I wanted. I am not exaggerating when I say I shopped around 9 dentists in my area. All were disappointing in the long run and I was lied to several times about treatment plans. I say all of that above because I know what I am talking about from a customer stand point. It is extremely hard to come by dentists that are competent and TALENTED. The kind that actually LOVE working on our messed up mouths. Even with "great" dental insurance, dental work is not cheap so sometimes forking extra money is just plain difficult. I found Dr. Daniel, and now my whole family goes to him. He is the first dentist I have gone to that actually takes the time to educate me on the health of my mouth and how diet can affect the life of my teeth. He has diagrams all over his office and frequently uses them as a reference so I can understand. If you want someone who is passionate about fixing your neglected mouths, this guy is it. Dr Daniel is by far the best dentist I have ever been to in the DFW area I have tried several dentist offices and let me tell you no other dentist is caring like Dr Daniel he truly cares about his patients!
