Great, compassionate care. Found them a few years ago on a Friday afternoon when I broke a tooth and my regular dentist couldn't fit me in. They saw me the same day and were able to get my tooth a temporary crown the same day. I've been a patient ever since. The entire staff is wonderful. In reply to the answer provided by Dr. Sujata, the phone calls made were never regarding payments. It was regarding my pain which had started after the treatments at main dentistry. I had 0 pain when I arrived at the office and after the treatments started having 7/10 to 9/10 pain. This was a patient raising concern for not receiving proper treatment as advertised and discussed. A patient has every right to raise concern for unsatisfactory service provided. Only the last phone call was discussed regarding the payment for the wrong way it was billed, as it was never discussed by the billing office that I would have more payments to make for my treatments. I never refused to pay money for legitimate bills. I refused to pay for incorrect bills. Also, if I wanted to refuse payments I could have stopped making payments to the cherry plan completely and could have informed my financial institution. Before writing the review, I settled the bill with the office, if I was refusing to make payments, it would have been the other way around. It is unfortunate that the front desk personnel could not understand what message I wanted to convey and instead misinformed Dr. Sujata. I wonder how many of my phone call messages were actually delivered to her correctly and promptly. read more

Doctor Basawaraj and her team are scrupulous, knowledgeable, and professional. I am impressed not only by their skill level, but also by the quality of care from the team. When I enter the office, I feel like a friend! A lot of people are scared of the dentist, but it seems like their mission here is to make any procedures completely painless and to make you feel welcome. I am extremely happy with the care I have received from Dr. B and her wonderful staff. I know I haven't met everyone who works here, but outside of the outstanding Dr. B, I would love to give recognition to Diya, Subin, and Enrique (I hope I'm spelling their names right!) in particular. I've been to a few different dental offices in the area and by far Main Dentistry is the best & exceeds every expectation. I have personally had several fillings, crowns, and just received veneers. Years of low self-esteem due to my teeth have all been wiped away. I have noticed that if you do somehow have any issues with your fillings or crowns, the team is extremely diligent in righting the issue. I was a little embarrassed to do this, but I had to have a few readjustments after one procedure; every time I came back, they were prepared to help me & didn't make me feel bad about having to come back. Plus, there is no cost for adjustments, which I think is more than fair! Speaking of cost, I know that finances affect a lot of peoples' dental decisions. I don't have insurance, and I pay out of pocket for everything. I find the prices here to be very reasonable. I paid $6,000 for my 6 front teeth to be repaired, for example. I think a typical office would charge 150% for the same quality of work. read more

Took time off from my job to go get my son's cavities filled. I called a month ago to set up the appointment and find out if our insurance was taken by them. I was informed that they took our insurance and that we were in network, but got there today and all of a sudden we're not. They're almost twice as much as the last dentist provider. Do not waste your time going to them. We sat there for almost 2 hours trying to figure out if we could get any kind of assistance or not. Waste of my day! read more

First off Dr. B and her staff are amazing. I have not been to the dentist in ~8 years due to past experiences however Dr. B has completely changed my perspective. She is super gentle and caring and will do everything in her power to make sure you are taken care of. Would highly recommend and I will be returning. Went in to have an inspection done after going a while without going to the dentist. They said I had 6 cavities which seemed a little outrageous since a brush twice a day and floss constantly, but I went along with it and had them filled. I went in January of 2022. It is now March of 2022 and I STILL have teeth sensitivity on the cavities that were filled in. I can't consume hot or cold things without being in extreme discomfort, absolutely ridiculous. I even have sensitivity that I've never had on my front teeth that didn't even receive a filling, as if my enamel was shaved down. Went in to have teeth cleaned, and found that Dr B was out of the country! Some other Dentist was taking her place. Paid 75.00 for nothing but for a "LOOK-SEE" inspection! No Cleaning, No x-rays, no nothing. I didn't take it to heart and went back a few months later to have a crown put on one of my teeth which was basically an emercency visit and was charged close to double from anywhere else to have the tooth prepped and crown ordered. Never recieved the crown because the Dr. was always out of town or away and ended up going to another dentist to have the job finished.. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone because the office is only open 3 days a week and is not reliable to serve the public, especially in emergency cases. High Priced and Unreliable is the only way to explain this place. read more

I really like the doctor, but they charge insanely high prices. I had a tooth extracted and I paid over $1100 with insurance. Received X-rays for dental work for 4 teeth and they quoted me over $10K. If that's not going to push someone away.. I'm not sure what will. Went to another dentist and they told me they would do the work for all 4 teeth for around $1600. They need to change their pricing or they will continue to lose business. read more

Integrity and honesty this company do not have. I went in the office on 3/13/18 and received treatment for a root canal. The finance advisor told me the cost for the root canal and crown would cost me $3300.00 Out of pocket. I decided to have the root canal done first. They charge me $1745.00 should of been my cost out of pocket keep in mind I have dental insurance. Dental sent me and itemized receipt explaining my benefits a month later the total cost for the service was $1380.00. My cost out of pocket was $683.00. The company never call me and explain to me I over pay them. The finance advisor said to me we charge you for the crown also after I told her to charge me for the root canal only. If you have any work done with this company make sure you call you dental insurance first. Then will keep your money. I would never have work done here again. read more

The new staffs here are really nice and willing to make your visit enjoyable, warm and friendly. Dr. B however is not so welcoming. She is looking for a way to make a quick buck while claiming to take care of your dental needs. As a new patient on my first visit, they did a very good job promoting Invisalign (cosmetic procedure that the insurance don't cover). I was told without properly measuring my gums but rather visual diagnosing my gums that I needed deep cleaning (some portions are covered but you will have to come out of pocket). I was told that there are some gum recession but was not measured (3mm and below is ok, 4mm is borderline and 5mm and above deep cleaning is required). I thought about it and went to work that same day, reschedule the appointment for today, however, after doing some more research and seeking professional advice, I thought to go to Main Dentistry 4hrs early to let them know that I am no longer interested in receiving the deep cleaning and would seek for a second opinion. The staff then stated that I should sign some paperwork of which I did with some additional comments of my own as to why I am refusing the service and would need Dr B to just initial my comments as to show agreement. The paper was given to Dr B, she walked around with the paper and refused to sign it as well as stating that "she shredded it" before explaining to me why I wouldn't need a copy nor why it's not needed to be initial (sign of deceit). Dr B invited me to her office for further explanations but when I told her that I wanted to paperwork that I signed back she was concerned about being recorded (which she wasn't), she stated that it's illegal to record in the state of TX. Before I could reschedule for today's appointment, I was forced to give a card for them to hold or rather charge before hand. Dr B did not handle this situation professionally and showed her intentions (deceit) very clearly. If you want to go here and just let Dr B make quick and easy buck from you then be my guest. I would advice you take your time and don't feel pressured to do things that you don't feel is necessary. Be smart, take your time and ask questions, and if you are not sure you want something done, think about it and then come. back. read more
