Processes such as scheduling, in-office durations and communication are all handled with a personal touch and each time I received top notch attention and service. I'm impressed beyond words by Dr. Amos' attention to details, his passion to produce the perfect outcomes for his patients and above all, his patience while working with his patients. When I initially approached him with my dental correction request, he did not begin to market and convince me to get the veneers done through his office. He referred me to a different Orthodontic and encouraged me to do the required research. After several weeks of research, consulting & comparing other dental service providers, I returned to Dr. Amos and discussed my decision. He gave me better pricing and did an outstanding job. My wife and I both visited Ridgepointe for dental appointments. The receptionist at the front desk and the entire staff was very kind and welcoming to us. The hygienist did a good job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Amos was able to fill a cavity and fix my broken tooth with no issues. My wife also had work done on her dentures and they look really good once everything was done. Dr. Amos is a very skilled dentist, and I would highly recommend his staff to anyone. read more

RUDE AND SO UNPROFFESIONAL!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? WOW!! Before my appt We verify what my co-pay would be $40, my cleaning would be fully covered. I get there and they told me some bs that my cleaning would be $340 and my co-pay $62 AFTER my appt. Now the copay was not much of a difference (but telling me AFTER?!)They wouldn't do a regular cleaning at all because of some bs gingivitis reason. All bs. I went elsewhere and got my teeth cleaned for free and a $30 copay and they told me they were just trying to gouge me , NO abnormal gingivitis. Dr. Manning and his staff are wonderful! As a new patient, they made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked through the front door. A tour was given, amenities offered (coffee, water, restrooms, etc.), practices explained, etc. I was impressed with how thorough the exam and cleaning was. I've been going here for about a year now and I am always warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, my hygienist Lara makes it personal by remembering conversations from prior visits, and her and Dr. Amos take their time and never rush you. I hate writing this review as I had a wonderful time there with all of the staff until recently. I just add the medical professional are amazing. They are not money hungry and care about their patients. I wish I could say the same for the front desk. Megan is a very unpleasant person. I arrived for an appt (during COVID times) and was given instructions on what I needed to follow. When setting up my appt I let them know I had a Child that I didn't have care for and that she would be in attendance. As a mom I had taken precautions to cover her. I arrived and was told I could not attend with her due to certain guidelines. The guidelines did not help the me. I understand. What is not acceptable is not telling me about them and not communicating them. No where in the follow up email pre appt did it say that this was the case nor did they mention it on the phone when making the appt. I called them to let them know I was making an appt elsewhere as I needed to be seen and also that I did not appreciate this type of miscommunication. I was promptly told that " sorry you feel this way and yep will get you your charts". For a family type of feel that I had in the beginning it quickly disappeared. In "families" you listen to each other and hear concerns and do your best to address them. This was not the case. I then followed up with an email in hopes of hopefully the doctor seeing it. Again that was not the case. It was like I was a number and not an person. I want to drive home that this was a wonderful place until it wasn't. The dentist and medical staff have always been wonderful but sadly the whole staff is what makes up a good experience for a patient. read more

I went in today for the first time with my daughter and I. They were extremely welcoming, prepared, and accommodating. The lady that worked on my daughters teeth was extremely nice and make my daughter feel super comfortable even though she was scared. Once she was finished the Dr. came in and was also extremely friendly. Then it was my turn. The hygienist had to do a deep cleaning on my teeth and it took quite a long time for a 5 yr old to sit and entertain herself or occupy herself so they brought in a mini iPad for her to play on until I was through. I just want to say I absolutely recommend this office to anyone who needs a Dentist to go to. Thanks you Ridgepointe for being an exceptional practice. read more

The dentists at this office was nice until after she got my money and I paid for my sons dental work through them.Then she got sarcastic when I asked for adjustment saying," ha, she wants us to give her botox with dentures.I kept offering to pay extra so, the statement was very sarcastic and unappreciated.I was also charged $600 more than printed quote on my sons dental work.I am still not happy with my dentures but gave up on this dentist. read more

This place isn't in network for me, but I still go, because it's so great! The front desk staff are so nice and easy to work with in terms of scheduling, billing questions, etc. Laura is my hygienist and she's very gentle and always has good tips. I take my oral health very seriously (as everyone should!) and I appreciate that the staff and Dr. Amos are so knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. I went to another facility in The Colony (not naming names) and was so unhappy - they even cracked my night guard when they washed it! Super nice team here!!! I recently moved to the area and needed to schedule a cleaning. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days and complete my paperwork electronically. My name was outside on the welcome board when I arrived which was a cute touch. My cleaning was thorough and comfortable and I felt at ease. I was not impressed. They call you back quickly, which was nice. But the doctor barley looked at my son who broke his front tooth. He kept telling the assistant that was there that he wasn't sure what to do. And then ended up saying he didn't have the proper tools to fix it the way he felt it should be and referred us to a different doctor. When I called that doctor she wasn't sure why he sent me to her. She said he could have fixed it and does have to tools to fix it. She said he has the same tools she would use. I guess he just didn't feel like doing that much work that day. I thinks it completely ridiculous that he couldn't even put in the effort to actually examine my son and do what needed to be done. I will NEVER go back to this place and I will for sure tell everyone I know to not go either. Very lazy office and doctor. read more

Ridgepoint Dental has been my dentist of choice in The Colony for probably 20.years or more. I've never been to any medical office that seemed to care more for their patients. I remember one year watching the city 4th of July parade and the lady from the front office was calling to my daughter from the float they were on reminding her of her appointment that coming Monday.
