I still get reminder calls and emails from this clinic for cleanings, which I truly appreciate. The doctor was very understanding and offered me a refund, which I accepted. Even though I completed my treatment abroad, this experience encouraged me to go back home for dental work, enjoy good food, and spend more time with my family. Dr. Lo is one of those people. A natural educator in a dental scrubs, Dr. Lo took the time to explain common misconceptions about dental hygiene with kindness and zeal. Like I said, I've never felt more excited about flossing and brushing. I took advantage of a new patient promotion for the office and am so glad that I did. The staff are welcoming and take the time to answer questions. I was not upsold on any service. From what I could tell, this dental office is more interested in giving patients what they actually need and does not try to sell products or procedures that are not necessary. It sounds like they offer a membership for self-pay patients as well that would offest the cost for those who are underinsured as well. Happy with the discovery of this dentist. Well worth the drive from Denton.

I immediately tried to explain that I had already paid in November 2024 for my two dental crowns, but she kept repeating that there was no record of any payment. This all happened in front of other patients, which was humiliating and stressful, especially knowing I was right. At one point, I mentioned that I had just paid $5,000 for an upcoming surgery, and her response was, "Oh, congratulations." I found that comment incredibly insensitive and unprofessional, given the seriousness of my situation. I said is nothing to congratulate me for a mayor back surgery, and she responded oh well my husband has one of those . Eventually, I told her to call me once she had proper documentation showing that I owed anything and left the office. About twenty minutes later, I received a call from Stacy letting me know that it had been a mistake and that I didn't owe anything after all. The least the manager could have done was to call me herself and apologize for her behavior. Because of this experience, I will never return to this office. No patient should have to deal with that level of disrespect or lack of professionalism.

They were so gentle and kind with everything! My kids are so excited for dentist trips now! The staff are the SWEETEST people! I decided to book myself an appointment and honestly I've never been happier. I haven't been to the dentist in a little over 10 years. I had a horrible experience at my last dentist office where they told me I needed procedures done before I could even get a cleaning. North Texas Dental Associates said that wasn't the case at all. They were so sweet with me, walked me through everything they were doing, came up with a treatment plan and went over all the costs. Not only were they so caring with me, but I got a blanket, a massage chair to sit in while they did everything and I got to watch a show. Once everything was done, they gave me a cute box to take home! I haven't been this excited about going to the dentist as a woman in her 30s in over 20 years. A huge thank you to Angie, Dr Hillstrom, Dr Ross and all the staff in the office. I can't wait to come back! All appointments should be as comfortable and wonderful as this place! 5 stars isn't nearly enough!!

Dr Yeary and team always keeps you informed of your dental status and options in easy to understand terms. Upon relocating to Dallas finding a new dentist was one of the many things I needed to do. And finding a great dentist was more challenging than I thought it would be. Thankfully I was able to go to my Yelp app and conduct my search. A BIG thank you to Nicole J. Upon coming across her initial review for Dr. Yeary I PM'ed her to gather more information. She promptly responded and the next thing I knew I was in the chair at Dr. Yeary's. Upon my first visit I knew I was in the correct place. Talk about rolling out the red carpet...the greeting I received upon arriving was both warm and professional. Instead of handing me some forms to complete, I was seated and asked a series of questions and the next thing I knew I was reviewing the 'new patient forms' and signing. I don't know about you but I am not a fan of completing those new patient forms. This approach made this part of the process so much more enjoyable. Next was the actually appointment in the dental chair. Dr. Yeary has state of the art equipment. As someone who enjoys technology I truly appreciate the setup here. From viewing X-rays on an overhead monitor to the cleaning tools, it all contributed to a great experience. Also, when the monitor is not in use for viewing X-rays, etc, the staff will gladly put it on a TV channel of choice. How cool is it to catch up on sports (ESPN) while having your teeth cleaned? And the comfortable dental chair made feel like I was at home in a recliner. Since my initial visit I've returned a couple of times and the level of warm professional service has been consistent. On one occasion I had a tooth fixed and the entire process was painless. And to top that off, later that evening I rececived a follow up call to see how I was doing. And guess who made the call? Dr. Yeary himself. I could not think of the last time I'd received a follow up call from my dentist (or doctor). Usually it's someone on staff who performs the follow up call. As we were heading into the weekend, Dr. Yeary made it clear that if I had any issues to call and he would get back to me immediately. When is the last time you had a dentist/doctor encouraging you to interrupt their weekend if required? I don't think I've had that occur. Lastly, I truly appreciate that Dr. Yeary looks to solve issues the most cost effective way. As we all know, dental work is expensive. It's good to work with a dentist who is looking to correct the problem the most cost effective way. And I appreciate that Dr. Yeary looks at a longer term fix, not just something to get through for a 12-18 months. I am very pleased that I found Dr. Yeary and his team. They are definitely a 5 star team.

When I called at 8:05 a.m. to move my wife's appointment, I was told we'd be charged a $129 cancellation fee for being within 24 hours. She's currently bedridden and unable to do much of anything--making a dental visit completely unrealistic. After more than 30 years with Dr. Beougher, I was stunned by such a steep penalty. Other practices may charge a modest $25, but $129 feels excessive. I told the staff on the phone to cancel every future appointment--we will not be returning. Driving nearly 30 miles one way was already a commitment, but this policy makes it impossible to justify. Especially now that I'm retired and on a fixed income, I simply can't afford to support an office that treats long-time patients this way.

I have good insurance and it being the first time the bill was over $150. I paid it and went on my merry way. 6 months later they hounded me to come in for a cleaning. That ended up with them telling me that they needed to take an xray with the cleaning. With the doctor spending no more than maybe 5 minutes with me both visits and out another $120. Now to today, I walk in to the front desk, the first I spoke to was a bit rude and tells me that I have to pay my co-pay up-front of $210 for a cleaning? and xrays that the insurance covers. Telling me the insurance only covers 50%. No they only cover 50% of your inflated prices. This place is a money mill, they dont really care about their patients only how much money they can get out of them.
