Not only is the sugaring service the best I've found in Dallas, but the education you get on how to care for your skin is genuinely life-changing. Andrea has a way of making you feel completely comfortable during what can admittedly be an awkward service. The products she carries are high quality and actually work. (No more buying things off TikTok only to be disappointed or wasting hours researching.) The vibe is chill, friendly, and all about girl-power. I won't ever go anywhere else. God forbid this place ever closes--I'll just have to never wear a bathing suit again.

After not getting waxed in a few years I decided I wanted to try getting them again and did some…read moreresearch on places here in Dallas since I'm originally from the Midwest. After doing some digging I found this place and I decided to go with it since they use sugar wax instead of the hard wax used in most places which I've had negative reactions to and to be honest, it hurts a lot more than sugaring! My waxer Moriah is very knowledgeable about the wax itself as well as the products that are offered at Sugar Cookie and was happy to answer all the questions I had after she gave me a breakdown of how everything works during my first appointment. I recommend her as well as the products I've been using: Toner, Moisturizer and Sugar Scrub! I actually started using the Sugar Scrub and Toner on my face as I've been having issues with adult acne and rough patches for the first time in my life and the combination of these products have been doing wonders for my skin!! If you've never been waxed before or never been sugared then take this as your sign to give it a try!

She also used some of the sugaring technique for some stubborn hairs. I was impressed with how efficient she was and I'll be returning for my next wax! Thank you Jasmine

After doing a quick Google search, I bumped into Sugar and Shears and ironically, it's located inside my hair salon, LARC. Sugaring is faster, less painful, and the results are SO much better. I highly suggest going to Kat. She is efficient and personable. She makes the whole process smooth (pun intended) - in and out in 15 minutes or less. I'm moving to Seattle in a few weeks and she was kind enough to send me salons and spas that use Alexandria Professional products in my future neighborhood - excellent customer service.
