I initially purchased a microneedling package with exosomes. On January 30, 2025, I was then sold a Skin Brightening package for $804. Two days later, when I came in for Botox, I was also sold a membership for $299 per month. That same Sunday, I called to ask if I could cancel the Skin Brightening package I had just purchased two days earlier since I had enrolled in the membership. The front desk told me they would check with the manager. I called again on Monday and left a voicemail, and again on Tuesday and left another voicemail. No one answered the phone at the Plano location during these calls. I don't know if the front desk intentionally not picking up the call. On my third attempt, I called from a different phone number and someone finally answered. I was transferred to the manager and placed on hold for about 10 minutes. When I did speak with the Plano manager her, she said she would let me know whether the package could be canceled. I also asked that, if cancellation was not possible, perhaps the amount could be applied as a credit toward another service. It has now been four business days (not including the weekend), and I have not received any call back. I left another voicemail on Monday and also sent a text to the location, but I have received no response. I have continued calling, and no one answers. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially given how much I have spent over the years and the fact that I have referred several clients to the Frisco location. At this point, I truly regret signing up for the $299/month membership due to the lack of response and follow-up from the Plano location. I am asking for someone from corporate or management to please contact me. I should not be treated like this. I also owned a business never will or my staff will I treat my client like this. I had tried everything short of Rogaine prior to making an appointment here (tried PRP, derma rolling, topicals from Insta, etc) because trichology felt too foreign of a concept to me. Looking back I'm sad for myself that I didn't come to Kerri sooner. In early 2023, she estimated that I lost probably 70% of the hair on top of my head. I signed onto her program to meet with her every two weeks for 6 months, she taught me about scalp health and keeping the body pH balanced, and she showed me how to care for my scalp and my hair and my body and to trust the process.
