It was my best experience! Feel so confident highly recommend to try and get great results

I paid a $300 deposit to secure a suite at ImagiQue Salon Suites with the intention of moving in. Due to a change in plans, I notified management that I would not be moving forward and requested a refund of my deposit, as I never occupied or used the space. Despite this, I was informed that the deposit would be kept, even though no services were rendered, and I never took possession of the suite. There was no clear communication upfront that the deposit would be non-refundable under these circumstances, which made the situation feel unfair and misleading. I attempted to resolve this matter privately and respectfully, but the outcome remained the same. I believe transparency and fairness in business practices are extremely important, especially when handling significant deposits. I would advise others to get all terms clearly documented in writing before submitting any payments. read more

My regular facial with Lisa B. in Ste #213. I have been seeing Lisa for years. She just offers the customize facial and waxing services so she keep it simple. No medical facials or anything. But it's a great facial if you want to look more radiant and skin clean dewy looking! I am religious about my bi-weekly facial routine once you are over 30 yr olds. You guys will Love her! Friendly and great facial. Her facials are only $70 for 1.5 hours and you get massages in arms, legs and shoulders. She's a gem inside this salon! Tell her Jo Send you! read more

I was very satisfied with my hair stylist. She listened and did exactly what I wanted. Would definitely go there again.

Eva, from "Eva's Hair Design" (214) 563 3828 is amazing!!! (By appt. only) She takes her time, does a phenomenal job with BLONDES! The lady to go to! She goes to different hair shows throughout the year to further educate herself on how to do what she does best and also how to keep on top of all the new styles, treatments, products & to learn how to protect hair when coloring, cutting, etc. Thanks Eva! Had a ton of people mess up my hair due to how fragile it is and she is the best when it comes to protection!! I'll be back for many years to come! read more

This review is specifically for Afsana who is a stylist at imagique. I used to go to Afsana when she worked at Regis and I always loved her and how professional and kind she is. When she left Regis I followed her and she has her place now. She's amazing at what she does and she's very honest. She'll never do something that she feels that you're not going to love. I've been doing cut and color with her for a while and she does such a phenomenal job every time without damaging my hair. She's very reasonably priced and I have recommended Afsana to friends and family and they all love her. I truly believe that she's such a good person and she is immensely talented and you'll never walk out of her place unhappy. If you're looking for a stylist that's easy to work with I highly recommend her. read more

I just got a shellac gel mani and I love it!! It's the only way to get your nails done these days. Who doesn't love a mani that won't chip or fade for 2 weeks of longer??!! Hair, nails, facials, massages....they pretty much have the pampered world covered! Can't wait for my next visit! read more

This review is for Lisa Buenting the esthetician. OMG.... She is truly the best! You think you are going in for just a facial but she truly relaxes your entire mind and body. The ambiance is relaxing and soothing and her touch is amazing. Schedule an appointment with her you will not be disappointed... i echo with the other reviewers 1000%. read more

I travel to Dallas at least twice a year and one of my "have to hit" places is Imagique. Lisa Buenting is amazing! Painless waxing and serenity inducing facials. Well deserving of five stars. read more

I live in Hawaii and have access to some of the most amazing resorts to see some top notch estheticians and honestly, NO ONE has EVER compared to Lisa Buenting! Anytime I travel back to the mainland I always make it a point to see her! Her waxing skills are the most gentle I have ever come across and her facials are the only ones that cause people to literally stop me and ask what I use on my skin! You won't be disappointed with Lisa and her prices are extremely good for what you get! (I always fall asleep with her facials because I'm THAT relaxed!) I believe she is in suite 213. read more

I've had my nails done all over the DFW area. Judy is the BEST! She's in suite 248. You'll have to make an appointment, but it is so very worth it. She is very meticulous so it takes a little longer than those other places that try to get you in and out. read more

Very friendly staff! Lots of stylists, estheticians, facialists, nail techs that can work with your every need.

Lisa Beunting in suite 213 is great ! Ive been coming to Lisa for about 8 years- its just a great day for me when I get a FACIAL from her. SO relaxing, shes professional, gentle, kind and caring. Ive told many many people about Lisa. So give her a try - you will ENJOY !! read more

I love my stylist at Imagique!! (Tina) She is always on time with her appointments and never keeps you waiting. The place is beautiful and clean. There are a lot of different things you can get while there, so you will have to call to see what service is right for you. Highly recommended. read more

I have been going to Lindsey Gresham for years. She's the only one that seems to be able to do my hair right. I have long, thick layers with partial highlights and she does a wonderful job! I don't have to go home and check to see if one side is longer than the other (that happened to me at Aveda before), her foils go as close to the root as possible (which helps my highlights last 10 weeks instead of only 8), she's reasonably priced, friendly and offers free wine... You can't get much better than that! My mom lives in Tulsa, but still tries to schedule appointments with Lindsey whenever possible. She's that good! I highly recommend her! read more

I tried at least 7-8 nail places for shellac in Plano and Frisco. This is for sure the best. The nails are very well done and last forever. Will go back for sure. read more

I had such a great experience with Lisa Buenting! I wasn't expecting much for the price but I was pleasantly surprised. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely be back! read more

I went to Mary at Vero Bella which is located in Imagique Hair and Spa. I am from Northern California and I was visiting Frisco for a H.S. graduation. I came in for a cut and color. The service was great. Mary spent a lot of time with me and did what I wanted. She did a great job. The prices are reasonable and the service Mary gave was above average. read more

Lisa Buenting is THE best esthetician i've ever had & i've been to many! I cannot say enough great things about her but at least let me try...scheduling with her is always so easy & she's accomodating, her suite is like a comfy little spa oasis, she has hands of gold! Her facial's are blissful and feels like you're in heaven while on her table. Every appointment starts with her analyzing your skin to see what treatment you'll need. Then she covers your body with this special warm blanket that feels like a hug! Extractions are done with the utmost care & can hardly be felt. She covers your eyes with these cold compresses, before turning on the overhead light to begin extractions, which does 2 miraculous things...it allows protection from the bright light while soothing the eye area. Her technique for cleansing, exfoliating, masking, toning & moisturizing is not only pleasing to the skin but but also sends you into this crazy Zen-zone. Your facial is concluded with a killer hand, foot & decollete massage, followed by a warm towel wipe down on your back! It's an almost 2 hour experience for $70!!!! That's better then some of the 5 star spa's i've been too! Now....let's talk about her waxing! She does facial waxing like no other, it's truly amazing!!!! Not only does she get your brows back into shape but by the time you leave her suite, you're face isn't red & noone can tell you've had anything waxed! Her brazilian waxing is another 5 star procedure....virtually pain free & smooth as a baby when you're done! Believe me, a rubber band flick to the skin hurts more then Lisa's Brazilian waxing technique!!! Highly recommend Lisa in suite 213 & if you're lucky to have found my review, you...my friend...have struck GOLD!!! read more

Unfortunately, I feel the need to give a low star rating to this place. I wanted to make an appointment, but I didn't realize that you have to contact individual vendors renting stations in this building. I wanted a manicure/pedicure, and was given phone numbers to two people who could work with me. I called both, none called back. one of them had a website I looked at - natural nails with Judy. On her website it says to text or call. I did both, and never received a call/text back. I'm only in town for a few more days, and just didn't have the time to wait 24 hours for a call back. (They don't do walk ins). I went to Verona nails and spa just down the strip and was VERY impressed! Walk ins were accepted and they took me in right away. The customer service was excellent and the prices were more than reasonable. read more

Judy Toepfer Brown the Registered Massage Therapist here is as good as a massage therapist can be. Her knowledge of human anatomy greatly enhances the massage experience. The results can be immediate. I had a knee injury that required more sessions yet with Judys help I am back on track. Excellent. Highly recommend. read more

Lisa Buenting really is the best! I read the reviews for her on Yelp and decided to give her a try. I've been trying to get a decent facial in the Dallas/Plano area but haven't found one person who envelopes all that I desire in a facial... except Lisa! I HATE going to higher end salons because they are always trying to sell you products. I understand that it's their job but it's so annoying when I am trying to relax. Lisa does not do that and I am so glad I found her! She is very accomodating and I even scheduled an appointment with her via texting. I will definitely be back. THANK YOU, Yelpers, for recommending her! I am so happy! read more

Natural Nail Care is the BEST! There is a very good reason that this salon has all good reviews...the service is absolutely wonderful! An excellent value for the money, the staff is very professional and talented. I very much appreciate a nail tech that takes their time to ensure good results, and that's exactly what you get at this salon. You're not paying for a fancy place with all the frills - you get quality, friendly service at a good price, which is exactly what I think most people are looking for! read more

I have been getting my hair done by Brent Berry (suite 247) for about 5 years now. He is the best. He listens to what I tell him and helps me make wise decisions when I'm ready to make a change. He does both my color and cut. It's also just a joy to be in his chair. He's funny and always makes me feel special! Go see him asap read more

I went to Natural Nail Care, one week ago and while she did an excellent job, very meticulous and took her time doing my shellac mani and pedi but two things threw me off. One, she was late. In the email confirming my appointment, the emphasize so much on not being late and being on time. I got there early only because we had bad weather but she was 20 minutes late. At this point, I was on the phone and decided than rather to be rude and talk on the phone while she was doing my nails, I would quickly end my conversation. When I got to the room, she tried to make it seem like I was the one who was late. I told her I was in the waiting room waiting on her and she just looked at me. Next, I noticed that the nail polish she was using for my hands was not in the same bottle as all the other shellac nail polish. It looked like it was a nail polish that I could buy at a store. I asked her if this would last since I was going on vacation the next day and she said yes. Thursday came by and one nail had already started peeling, this annoyed me but I left it alone. The next day, two other nails started to peel and the first one was completely off my nail already. I feel kind of robbed because I paid for something to last two weeks and it only lasted less than one. It's quite irritating. read more

I'm a stylist and Imagique is by far the best place i have worked. The management is very professional and friendly. Manager is on location 40+ hours a week and quick to address any issues that may arise. I would definitely recommend this place to any stylist, esthetician or nail tech to work here read more

I am not a person to give 5 stars but this time I couldn't wait. Two words..Lisa Buenting. Lisa is a great esthetician. The price she charged was all worth it and more. The minute you see her genuine smile, you start to relax. She is not rough with your skin and makes sure your are comfortable at all times. She never attempted to sell anything. I was referred by the comments on YELP. So thank you all. I have already made my next appointment and can not wait. I suggest you make your appointment as soon as possible. read more
