Both times I have brought in my nail ideas they didn't turn me away they said yes we can do that! Both times it turned out to look just like the pictures I showed them. This salon is so welcoming. It's closer to my mom which is why I don't often go to this one but I am thinking that every time I visit my mom now will be when we have a girls day and go to this nails spa and make it my main one. read more

The two staff members who did my manicure and pedicure spoke Vietnamese and was not aware that I am also Vietnamese and can understand everything they said. On two occasions the lady who was doing my pedicure said how ugly my feet were and why am I even getting my feet done. The lady who was doing my manicure hurt me 4 times doing my nails, she said I was lazy and it was tiring doing my hands, why I didn't get them done sooner. She was slamming her equipment and had an angry face the entire time and made many mistakes. My opinion is that they are not professional and did not do a good job (the polish was uneven and clumpy) for me. It is hurtful to have to pay for services and get insulted. read more

I have been going to Glamour Nails for 2 years (not including the year of Covid 2020). I have always been pleased with my pedicures and it was here that I shifted away from gel nails to NexGen powder- which I love! I have been to other local shops where I pay more and get less, I stopped doing that. If I break a nail within a week or 2 of having them done, they fix it for me. I would recommend them. I've been here twice now and I shouldnt have come back after the first visit. I usually don't leave reviews... but this is to help me remember to not waste another dollar here. Today: 20 minute pedicure experience. 3 minute massage. 30 seconds of exfoliation, maybe, combined. She slapped paint on and tried to clean it up after. I wont be back. When I asked why it was such a fast and furious pedicure, she told me I should have upgraded to the deluxe. For $30, I'd expect more than a 20 minute, terribly performed, pedicure. Every time I go I see others being greeted by name, even if they are walking -in for service. I do not like having my manicure at the same time as my pedicure, and they accommodate that. I've had gel, next-gen, and natural nail manicures; facial waxing; and pedicures. They've fixed an ugly break I had on a toenail just before a summer party, and I felt confident in that. PLEASE READ....The stars I am giving are for Ling & management. My friend was lucky enough to get Ling and I got someone else (Angela, who had a bit of an attitude including an eye roll when I asked for an upgrade & frustration when she nicked my gel pedi polish with the drier and I asked it to be fixed). My same type of pedicure ended at least 20 minutes before my friend's and we got started at the same time. The massage Ling gave my friend was amazing...so much effort and much much longer time-wise. The pedicure was $25 -- they offer bottled water, have a great selection of Essie and OPI polish, and comfortable massage chairs. A large TV in the center of the room keeps you occupied or there's plenty of time to close your eyes while they wrap your feet in a hot towel. My friend got a mani/pedi -- which they do all at the same time -- for about $40. TIP: Make sure you bring cash to leave a tip! If you charge your card for the services, there is no option for additional tip to be added. read more

I came here after a recommendation from my friend, and I was left a bit disappointed in my experience here. The salon itself I find a bit dirty and disorganized, it was either another customer's items or a technicians personal items were in our seat when they indicated to us to sit there. The wait was a bit long and even when we were seated it was another good bit of time before anyone helped us. And once there were someone with us, the technicians never really asked if anything was fine or not when they started the pedicures for my friend and I. I was never asked what services I may or may not have liked or wanted with my pedicure the entire time it was being done. While the service itself was rather mediocre as well as bit rushed, and although they were nice, the technicians were a bit rough with the my pedicure and massage. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. I've been using Glamour Nails & Spa since I moved to the area in 2007. They've made some HUGE improvements just in the past few years that really upped the experience. I generally go when they first open on Saturday mornings at 9:00am and there's never a wait. If you wait later in the day, it's packed. I go for pedicures and have always had a good experience. They are clean - you will see them put a fresh liner in when you sit down. They also pull out tools from a sanitized bag and wash after every use. The massage chairs are comfortable and work. If you go when it's not super busy, you get the bonus of them taking their time. I'm usually there about an hour for a pedicure and it's heavenly. They also fixed the problem with credit cards. You can now tip with credit card and not worry about bringing cash for that. :) read more

Overpriced but I'm sure the rent is high so ok-I gave it a shot. The whole pedicure took 20 minutes tops. Before I left, as I sat I the chair I pointed out the fact that there was still dead skin on my toes and the technician proceeded to scrub my toes with a nail file! I only requested buffing since I don't polish in the winter and tonight I've noticed that the nails are cut uneven, and the job was sub par to say the least. Came back and the ladies working were very disorganized and did not use the sign in sheet...aka the easiest way to see who got here first...but everyone was honest and got into their chairs. The pedicure was...well I could have given myself a better one at home. Never asked about temperature of water or the hot towels. No callus remover like is listed on the description. I will give this place 2 stars because the manager was very nice upon entering and the nail techs were very sweet that worked on me. My complaint was with the technique that was used to remove my gel nails. I know that some gel can be a challenge to remove, however I felt after my finger nails were done that I literally had total rough spots all over them. I can only conclude that they did not soak my nails long enough to have the gel soft enough to be removed easily.
