Not sure if I found a promotional link for this studio treatment but I'm so happy I found it lol. Of course my GPS had me totally lost. I was about 8 minutes late but apparently I wasn't the first person to ever not just find a new place the first time around either. As I walked inside the plazas building I noticed there were a slew of suites a numbered thankfully and there's a map at the entrance. Once I walked around the long corner I found the door I needed to be at. I grabbed on the door and it was locked from the inside. I was about to walk away and a very petite young woman opened the door by the name of Lexi. We instantly hit it off. Lexi was bubbly, very nice, explained everything that I was gonna be having done First time (Brazilian waxing) YIKES!! Lol...thankfully we chatted throughout my treatment time and I didn't feel the pain until immediately afterwards. She asked me to please post a review on Google as well. Little did she know I am on both platforms and she let it be known to her. Lexi was Awesome, genuinely a calm person and good spirited. Lastly I set up a membership for my next appointment. After 2 appointment disasters I gave them one more chance before I would cancel my subscription. The third appointment went well and my tech won me back. However, I went in for my fourth appointment and decided to get my eyebrows wax. Yes, I have had my eyebrows waxed before with no issues. Well needless to say I am done! I was roped in by the instagram advertising for a free first wax. But this is not a waxing facility. It's 2 tiny salon spaces that they're leasing out in a large salon. I was already running 3 mins late and texted (you can't call.) I was informed there was only a 5 minute grace period. But then the way they've put their address in apple maps pulls up a place across the shopping center. There's no sign. I texted at 5 mins past my appointment time to say I had feet on the ground but couldn't find the space. Then after knocking on both doors and not getting any response, I sat down and waited. I got a text that my appointment was cancelled. Long story short, the lady still took me after some finagling. Let me just say. I'm surprised they didn't rip my anatomy off. Maybe it's just a sugaring thing, so I'll give her benefit of the doubt, but this was a horrible experience pain-wise. Plus I had some stranglers and a sticky undercarriage. Don't go. Not a great experience, nor good atmosphere, or great results. I'd stick with an established waxing place with a store front. read more

I've been waxing for years. Decided to give sugaring a try. I definitely recommend it. Brittney took great care of me! Kept the conversation going so I wasn't thinking about any pain, and she was very helpful in explaining the sugaring process, the specials, and the advantages/differences compared to waxing. It feels a lot smoother than waxing and less clean up. Where waxing can leave your skin feeling a little hot, the sugaring or the product she applied afterwards left a nice cool feeling. She warned me it may hurt a little bit more than waxing, but I felt it was about the same, or even less. The Preston location particularly can be a little bit confusing, so be sure to give yourself a few extra minutes the first time there to find the suite once you enter the salon building. Use the link you get during confirmation (or pics here) to see what the outside of the building looks like to make it easy to find. (It's inside Ovation Salon Suites.) I feel amazing and I'll definitely come back to see Brittney. She is truly exceptional at her job. Oh, they do also offer waxing if you're more comfortable with that, but I suggest comparing so you can make your own decision. :) read more
