Their father brought them in for nail services and then left the salon, leaving the girls there without a parent or guardian present. My concern is that the salon knowingly allowed an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old to remain in their care without an adult responsible for them present. After I learned what happened, I contacted the salon because I was concerned about my daughters' supervision and requested the available video footage from that time. The manager acknowledged remembering the situation, confirmed that video existed, and even told me that she felt the need to watch out for the girls while they were there. Despite acknowledging those concerns, the salon refused to provide me with the footage I requested. As their mother, I find this extremely concerning. A business providing services to children this young should have clear policies regarding unattended minors and should not put its employees in the position of informally supervising someone else's children. I'm sharing my experience because other parents should be aware of how this situation was handled when deciding whether they are comfortable bringing their children here.

I had my nails done within one day they were lifting; which can cause mold to grow underneath acrylic atop of your natural nails. I returned two days later asking for them to simply fixed. Once again, PHOEBE rushed (which was the issue initially. Had she taken her time that may have alleviated any issue) and my nails were still visibly lifting. You could visibly see where it was filed down and covered which was not aestheticly pleasant. I politely asked her "is there someone else that can fix these for me?" She then YELLS "I DID A GOOD JOB!!" And hisses at me so an older lady stepped in and asked me to return and she would fix them for me. Upon returning, I waited 15 minutes. The older lady who'd asked me to come back was not there. At that point I asked "well are you able to just refund the money because I've spent $80 in here and do not want to come back a 4th time? This is my 3rd time here in 2 days" they pretended to not know how to work the register though they all check out customers. I asked if the older woman I'd spoken to previously knew how to use the computer to refund and if she'd give her a call so she could walk her through the process. She then attempted to involve another young lady in the salon and the young lady herself said "why can't you just fix her nails?" ... I responded "that's all I'm asking or at least for a refund". PHOEBE again, jumps in and yells "they are fixed!". I again politely said, "no they are lifting I have the same issue". In the process of me asking if the woman I was speaking to could call for help on the refund process since there was no one there who could fix my nails ... PHOEBE (the worker that messed them up not once, but TWICE) went in the back and apparently called police. They arrive as I am speaking with the other woman trying to figure out what can be done. I explained to police the same thing. I told the officer I did not yell at anyone, I wasn't rude, didn't break anything, and didn't even have an attitude, I just wanted resolution to the issue in some form. what was extremely weird and also upsetting is the fact that PHOEBE acted as though I'd mistreated or attacked her in some way! I don't understand her anger and aggression whereas I had none of my own. If anyone should've been upset it should've been ME, however, I was polite. The act was simply to avoid refunding a customer she'd done a poor service on. Whatever she'd told police I'd done, it was evident I'd done nothing, nor they believe her antics. I was instructed to report them to BBB and also go another route to have my funds returned. The officer actually helped ME. Extremely unprofessional and halfway decent work because it's rushed. A waste of $80! I would rate this place 0/10. I do not recommend to anyone!!!
