I was so nervous because my brows grow so crazily and like all women I'm particular about how they look. I came in with a laundry list of what I didn't want and very little of what I wanted, and if you know me I'm very blunt about my likes and dislikes. Natetisha was so patient and helpful in trying to understand what I wanted my brows to look like and she nailed it! She was very thorough in answering all my questions and explaining what she was doing every step of the way. In addition to her professionalism and skill with creating my Ombre'd brows, she was so personable and fun to talk to. It felt like I was chatting with one of my girls. In the blink of an eye 3 hours of brow-shading and talking had passed then she held up a mirror and I let out a very loud "OH MY GOSH I LOVE THEM!" My Lash Tint was a process and my lashes were not cooperating and neither were my tear ducts. I have stick straight lashes and the lift did not take very well. I loved that she acknowledged that first! She immediately suggested that I come in again in a few days and she would repeat the process for free. My brows-that haven't been done in years-looked great!
