I've been coming to this salon about 9 months now after having moved to Flower Mound. I've always had the most polite and pleasant service here. Staff is very friendly and the owner always walks to check on customers to make sure they're doing okay. I typically come on a Tuesday or Wednesday night when there's no crowd/rush. Today I got dip for the first time in a while and Tram was my nail tech. She did a fantastic job and had to share!

Absolutely zero complaints. The staff were courteous. The whole service was q and easy. I got dip nails, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. I was greeted immediately upon walking in, got serviced right away. Stephanie did my pedicure and I believe Anna did my nails. Stephanie did a great job and I didn't feel any discomfort at all. Anna paid great attention to detail and noticed I was picky about my nail shape and made sure I was happy with them along the way. I didn't feel rushed although they were quite efficient. - Went by a second time and had another great experience with Tram. Halloween nails FTW.

I'm giving this place two stars because my nails look okay. The service was no good at all. The girl who did my nails kept roughly yanking my hand and hand the worst attitude. I asked if I should get a manicure and she said I didn't need one, I should wait until next time. I later on pointed out my hang nails and she rudely laughed and said "you'll need a manicure then" like I was an idiot. Like I had just asked you if I needed one and you said no. I then got frustrated and she tried to say she would trim it then which at that point I just wanted her to leave me alone. If you don't care about how your treated, go for it. I wouldn't go back there.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon and didn't have to wait in line for 2 manicures (one gel) and two pedicures plus eyebrow wax (total without top for everything $116). Danny worked on my moms feet and she did an excellent job especially with my mom's ingrown nails. The overall experience was great, everyone was really friendly and accommodating. The place looks really quaint and more importantly super clean. I took off a star because my manicure wasn't that great. It's already peeling off after a day, the shape isn't that great I don't think she filed it after cutting them down and I had to remind her to scrape the dirt from under my nails. I'm really disappointed because I rarely treat myself to this and usually it turns out great and I can wear the color around for at least a week but after two days I might have to just remove the color.

I had a occasion coming up so went for dip nails and Mimi did my nails. She did a wonderful job. She was efficient and timely. She is very detail oriented. Next time I would request her to do my nails.

I thought this was a nice place because I was trying to find someone that did an excellent job on dip nails. Went here about 8 months and ended up getting the worse nail fungus. I have been to about 4 doctors and am still dealing with it. In talking to others, other places bring their tools to use straight out of alcohol and different sanitizing devices. I mean all tools including the drills. It also seems like they just refill the polish bottles and of course everyone dips their nails in the exact same jar. This please does NOT sanitize. BEWARE! It is awful getting fungus, not to mention dr bills and so many different prescriptions. read more

Tragic. 1 star because i must. Came here because of all the good reviews. We did not have the same experience. "Spa" should not be in the name. The soaking water was cold. The towel to massage my hands was cold. Not relaxing. My nails have never looked so bad. I get manicures regularly and this was the worst manicure i have ever gotten. Let's move on to the pricing: everything was vague and an add on. Filing, for example, was a fee. Just a ridiculous, awful experience. Choose any other spa since there are so many. read more

This is an area with more nail salons than you can shake a stick at! To say it's a competitive business around here would be an understatement. These folks obviously recognize that and go out of their way to set themselves apart from the rest. I got the elegant pedicure which includes a paraffin treatment and massage. While it isn't the most expensive pedicure option it is still plenty luxurious. During the hour or so that I was there the manager came by several times to make sure I was comfortable and to top up my mimosa. By the time I left I was as relaxed as I could be. I can't wait to return! read more

Look what Jessica did to my nails!!!!!!! I love them!!!!! First I love French manicures anyway but I've wanted a fun and different French for a long time and I finally found it. I've been to the top two yelp rated nail places near me many, many times and I felt like trying something new. The French tip starts out in a pot of glitter but once she applied to my nails it was kind of like paint. I could tell Jessica was new with this product but she handled it like a boss!! For some reason it took my gel a long time to cure (dry). At bedtime it was kind of sticky and I thought I might have to go back the next day. I rubbed them with alcohol and went to bed. When I woke up they were fine. I will post back how long it lasted. Nice place, nice people...I will be back! read more

I 100% recommend this place! I am visiting Texas and was in dire need of a relaxing spa day and they had the best reviews. I CAN SEE WHY! Mimi did my nails and tram did my toes and let me tell you they both came out absolutely perfect and both ladies were such a pleasure they made my experience honestly the best experience I have had at a salon the only bad thing is they are in Texas and not at home so I have to wait till next visit to come back 10/10 service I am so happy thank you ladies for a well needed spa day! read more

I stopped by on a whim on a Monday. I had to get a few things done in the area and decided to finally get my long nails taken care of before I accidentally scratched an eye out. I was tight on time, but ever the lover of efficiency, I glanced at Yelp to see they had a good rating and popped in to see if they had time for me. I do not like to rush these things, but some unexpected travel came up and I had to get a weeks worth of stuff done in two days. I approached knowing there was a chance this wasn't going to happen. Upon entering, I saw a very nice salon setup and a gentleman at the reception desk. I didn't come out and say I was in a hurry, but I did ask how long a basic manicure without polish would take versus just getting a trim. Peter told me it would be $15 for the basic manicure and it would only be 20 minutes. I thought that price was pretty reasonable, especially for the area, and that was the exact amount of time I had. Since he said there was no wait and they would do it now, I agreed and he sat me at a station. I sat there for close to 10 minutes because they ended up getting busy and Peter had to help out. I don't fault them for getting busy and on an average day, I would have plenty of time to spare. Besides, how often do you get worked on by the owner? :) In the end, I was there 11 minutes longer than I wanted to be, but I have to say this is because Peter is a bit of a perfectionist and really didn't want me to leave before he could do my cuticles and buff my nails. Being a perfectionist definitely has it's benefits- he did a MUCH better job than the last three places I went. He was also gentle and I didn't end up with sore fingers from the filing or cuticles being removed too roughly. I was very pleased with the end results! As I was settling up, Peter took $5 off the price. I insisted he shouldn't do that because I was the one that was short on time, not them, and I received a majority of the service. He wouldn't hear of it though and only charged me $10 before the tip. I told him I was very satisfied with the service and would be back in the future for a pedicure. Peter then provided me with a gift card for my next visit, which was unexpected. This place takes their customer service seriously, how refreshing! This one, fairly short visit has left me with a very good impression and I plan to return when I have more time (if that ever happens, ha!) for the great service and thorough attention to detail. I would recommend! read more

Not impressed. I could have done a better paint job myself and they scrubbed my feet for two seconds. Plus I was joking with my friend, laughing and the guy asked if I was drunk "cuz I looked like I was". Pretty rude. So 30 bucks for the most basic pedicure plus tip and all I got was a bad paint job and ridicule lol read more

Well what can I say about this salon.... I have been going here for over 6 years. They take care of their customers and make you feel welcome with a greeting from the time that you walk in the door. Went for 1st time today due to my usual nail salon being closed and all I can say is WOW. In two years, I have never cheated on my nail lady but I gotta tell ya- I have no regrets! Jessica was my tech and I brought a pic to show her what I wanted. As she worked, she would stop and make sure that I was happy with the length, the shape, the color etc. She was so attentive and very detailed. When she was done my nails didn't just look like the picture, they looked even BETTER. After today, I can't imagine seeing anyone BUT her. read more

My technician, Taylor, openly admitted she had to practice on herself when she saw an eyelash lift on her schedule--something no paying customer should hear. She didn't provide any aftercare instructions, and when I asked how long the results would last, her vague response was "it just depends how much oil-based products you use," which offered no real guidance. I don't use any, so this answer was especially frustrating. When the appointment was over, I truly couldn't tell what she did to my eyelashes as there was no difference from when I walked in to the end of my appointment. Not to mention, I had glue left all over my eyelids and tint dye smeared around my lash line and face, pictures attached. My brows still had wax residue, and sugar was matted into my hair. When I sat up, my hair was literally stuck to the table. I regret paying for these services and would not recommend this location to anyone for the services I received. The lack of professionalism and basic technique was shocking.

My esthetician was so rough that she left me bruised (I've been sugared many times and never bruise), admitted the bikini area "makes her nervous," and even left used sugar stuck in my eyebrow, on my shirt, and all over my legs. I submitted feedback through their internal review system, and they told me the esthetician was fired because of my appointment. I was promised a partial refund (even though the service deserved a full one), and nearly a month later I'm still waiting--despite calling four times to follow up. Each time I've been met with excuses and zero urgency to make things right. To make matters worse, one staff member told me they had never received complaints about this esthetician, while another admitted there had been many. Looking at other reviews on Yelp, it's clear my experience wasn't an isolated incident. I literally never write reviews but this business has shown me the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time or money here.

I have been going to see Peter for my nail needs for nearly 5 years. I have stayed loyal to him even though I have moved to Frisco. Where else could I go where my gels would last three weeks....I mean come on..... When he decided to open this salon I was happy but nervous because he was not going to do my nails and I was going to have to get use to someone else :-(. Well, let me tell you what....I have not been disappointed yet. I love coming here because I am treated so well. What I like the most though is how well they treat someone who has never walked through their doors before. Peter has done a great job training his staff to be professional and courteous. To anyone complaining about the prices....everyone else is charging comparable rates. But most salons treat you as if you are only there to receive a service and not as a person....The employees here talk to you, laugh with you, cry with you, etc. After a few visits you become part of the family....and you feel comfortable and at home. I know there are a lot of salons out there to chose from, but most of them do not have heart and soul like this one does. FYI, I was just there this afternoon and had the detox pedicure.....it was great...also try the Nexgen nails as well as the pedicure that smells like oranges (my favorite)!!!!! Let's talk about this GORGEOUS mani for a second..... If u are in the FLOMO area this is where u need to go.... gel mani... champagne and roses oils and lotions... paraffin wax... aromatherapy neck wrap... neck and shoulder and arm and hand massage.... the price is reasonable... the atmosphere is beautiful... the quality and cleanliness is better than I've seen anywhere..... they have wine and champagne and anything else u might want... HUNDREDS of colors and combinations (I get orange and teal and glitter btw #FINFAN ) Oh... and just so u know these are my natural nails... they have made them so healthy they've grown and this is not acrylic! Ohhhhhh AND DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON THE PEDICURES!!!!! I have lived in this area for 20 years and it's by far hands down the best place I've ever been... ask for Ivy for perfect nails.... No wonder it's called a nail spa! Mani-pedis are just heavenly. I feel like a princess when I request any service. My favorites are the collagen spa and the alo-vera mani-pedis - truly luxurious. The icing on the cake: customer service is excellent! Peter, the manager always greets me by name and checks that all is going well - such a personal touch is greatly appreciated. All the employees seem to have similar customer service skills, a reflection of Peter's management skills. Being disabled, manicures and pedicures are more difficult for the technicians. While I've never had a bad mani-pedi at Allure Nail Spa, I always request Tram. She does excellent manicures & pedicures. Her extra care, customer service skills and attention to my special needs really stand out. All of these extras by Peter & staff make me a loyal, devoted client. read more

Never disappointed!!!! Hands down the best salon I have ever been to ( I have lived in different states) I always had a technician I loved, but the owners were never present! Lynn and Peter go above and beyond to meet your expectations!! They are hard workers and are always present making sure you leave satisfied. As a manager I love to see managers who engage with employees instead of pointing fingers. If your not satisfied they will make sure you leave satisfied! For other reviews about the expense is quite ridiculous!! Fundamentally they are very reasonable and not over priced! The work they do is worth every penny! I have never wrote a review, but I had to right this one. I found Allure Nails after visiting 4 nail shops in one day. I was very displeased with each of them. Then I walked into Allure Nails and had no doubt I was in the right place. I was well greeted and it was clear from that moment on that my needs were of top concern. Mimi was my tech for the day, and I will be requesting her again. I am very particular and apparently she is too. My nails look great! And Peter was the best. This is by far, the very best pedicure I have ever had in flower mound!!! And I've had quite a few, in quite a few nail saints around town. They take their time and give you 150% attention! And each pedicure is specially put together just for you! The manicures are lovely as well. The place is gorgeous and the staff are all amazing!! I am a customer of Lynn or Mimi whichever one is available. They both do a great job for acrylic nails. They listen and are trustworthy. I left my Northface jacket there and didnt realize it for over a week and called them and they had my jacket put away and waiting for my return. Was such a relief! Peter is always pleasant and accommodating. I am pretty picky and they are more than willing to listen and do what I want. I can't say enough good things about them! Glad I found them! read more

I've lived here 16 years and while there is a nail salon on every corner, you've got to try Allure Nails in Flower Mound. Peter and his staff treat you so special and they really do a great job and have a great nail/pedi menu. I tried the "Heavenly" Pedi this last weekend and was floored. Lavender salt scrub and then lavender oil applied and a warm stone massage on top of that, then a leg mud mask and a long massage followed by the application of your favorite nail color. read more

Allure is on of the best nail spas in flower mound, it is the only nail dos where they are so interactive and talk to their clients ! If you want a design or a certain color they can do it ! Excellent service as soon as I walked in, all of the employees were very nice and accommodating! I received a traditional pedicure and a gel manicure and both turned out perfect. They even took the time to make sure and find the matching color for my toes since I didn't get the gel on them, which I appreciated! Allure nail spa never fails me on my nails and pedicures.. I have never once had a bad experience. The manager, Peter, is also one of the kindest people I have met! I just finished my appointment at Allure and as always they did an amazing job. I will never go to another salon! Their nails last me over a month if I want and the prices are always fair. Great people and great service. A woman next to me was completely horrible to her nail tech and she did a great job on her nails and the woman doing her nails remained completely composed and polite.
