Staff was friendly overall but as a business a few things need work professionally. For starters, it took over 2 hours to get a full set and basic pedicure. I had to get the last set soaked off so I assumed I would be getting the pedicure at the same time once the full set started, after soaking the old ones off as this is what every other place does. I've never been to a salon where those 2 services are done at separate times. Especially when they're not busy.. That just seems inconsiderate of the customers time. To keep walking off and getting distracted by doing other things but then apologizing every time you come back seems like you realize you're being inconsiderate of someone's time but maybe don't care? I'm not sure. Then I'm being offered to get the dip on my toes and I decline because I just wanted to get the most basic pedi and would not like the $10 up charge for that. Toward the end of the pedicure she asks if I want all white or French tip and I believe when I answered French tip, that would have been the time to mention that is also a $10 up charge. Since I wasn't offered a menu I believe it's best to be transparent about up charges if you're being considerate of the customer. That wasn't that big of a deal bc I know how some salons are with up charging. The pedicure overall was not worth $40 alone let alone 50 for white tips that weren't very nearly done. But the most inconvenient part was the miscommunication between employees when it comes to accepted forms of payment. When I first walked in, I asked to make sure they accept Apple Pay. The lady in the front said yes and even pointed to the tap machine. As I'm getting ready to pay so I can finally leave the salon after 2 hours and 15 minutes, she says Zelle or cash is preferred. I let her know I was told by the other lady that I could use Apple Pay (that's what I came in ready to use since I left my wallet at home, if they didn't accept Apple Pay I would've been fine with coming back later) so she's telling me I can use Apple Pay but is having to set something up, taking more time. So I tell her let's just do Zelle since that was another option. Also would have been nice to know that was preferred ahead of time so it would've been already set up on my end as well. Taking another 12 minutes just to pay was a little ridiculous when that could've been prevented with proper communication when I initially came in and asked. It's not likely that I will return here. Everyone seemed pretty nice so I was definitely patient, but it's unfortunate spending your money on a business where the customer service is not considered much. The 3 stars is solely bc at least no one was blatantly mean/rude I guess. read more

Nope. Nope nope nope. I went in for a pedicure & was told 10 minutes. The seated me and turned on the chair for about 30. I wanted to leave but there were only two techinicans there and I told me myself be patient. I wanted a gel pedicure. I chose my color and it begins. The only thing I enjoyed about the whole thing was the temperature of my water - it was perfect. Everything else...well.. All of my toe nails were clipped crooked. There was no conversation. When she removed my gel that was already on my toes there was some still left - I literally told her like "there's still hot pink on my toes from when I came in" and she responded "don't worry I'll cover it" like why cover it when it should have been removed? And if I can see that from my chair then I know you can see that from where your working. Whewwww I was hot. She only did cuticle work on one foot, and then when she applied the gel you can see it's streaky. She said "we're closing so come back tomorrow & I'll fix it." Even when I got home my wife said my nail polish looked chunky and not professional. I was disappointed I paid a premium for a gel pedicure which is what I always get but I wanted to find a place closer to home. Lisa was friendly and said she had time and to come right over. She did a GREAT job on both fingers and toes. Mon, Tues and Wed, mani/pedis are just $30!! I really enjoy this nail salon! They're so friendly and they take walk-ins which is great. I have been coming here for a couple months now and I will keep going back. They always take in my crazy ideas and make them look good! Ha! I always get the solar nails and I love them. They're pretty strong and will last me a good two weeks. I got my nails done Friday. A full set with gel polish. I had an event to go to in Virginia Saturday afternoon. Well all my nail polish was chipping by Saturday. Not even a complete 24 hours. No way this was Gel. If it was it was watered down. I liked Cindy's customer service but using cheap products or lying about Gel when it's not, I can't spend my money with Rose Nails. It was 45 for Gel full set and I tipped her 10. Only to not get what I paid for. It's not the price but the principal. Went in for the herbal foot massage for 19.99. I have to say this was the most painful foot massage that I've ever had. I was closing my eyes because it hurt so bad. Her nails were digging into my skin and making it raw. There was absolutely nothing relaxing about it. I guess you get what you pay for but I wasn't expecting pain. I also want to mention there is no herbs in the foot basin. They use tablets. read more

Went on a Friday after work and asked for a pedicure was seated right away, but was never offered a drink. The nail places I've been to in the past have always offered at least water, but here the ladies who were doing nails spent the whole time speaking their language and never once spoke to me! The 35 dollar pedicure was worth maybe 15$ no attention to detail was in place. Maybe a 5 minute massage that was weak. No are you having a nice time or thanks was offered to me. Awful!! I paid $108 for mani/pedi with gel on my toes....... Not good at all! I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone. I got the next gen on my fingernails and some parts are so thin you can see my actual nail through it. My toes (gel) you can also see my nail through it.... read more
