I would not recommend this place. I received a manicure and pedicure. The tech cut my fingers twice with shaping my nails. My big toe was cut so short it hurts to walk or get water on it. I asked for almond French tip almond so I was confused why my tech kept asking me to pick a color out. I was told the first tech would start my nails and then the other would come finish them. The other tech never came over and it was clear my tech was not the best at doing nails. I was asked if I liked the shape and I said no but nothing was done to fix them. For the price I was charged I expected better quality nails with three less cuts to my fingers and toenails. There was even paraffin wax left under my nails at the end. read more

I was in the area visiting a friend and decided to stop by for a pedicure. I have a wedding to go to this weekend, and I found the perfect gel color to match my dress, as they had a huge selection of colors to choose from. My feet and heels feel so soft now! This was the first time I have tried Plus Nails. I will not be back. My nails look terrible and she cut my cuticle! Most of my nails are lumpy! When I would point out imperfections that I was not happy about, the nail tech acted put out and rude. I really don't care if they talk rude about me, which I am pretty sure they were...but do a good job because I am paying for a service! This salon is not worth it! I took off a star because the staff ruined our 4 girls day out of girl chat at the salon because they inserted themselves and took over all the conversations we tired to have. SO annoying! We did not get to chat the entire time we were there. One of my friends said her guy was so rough she was in pain. WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!! NEVER GO HERE!! I got dip powder nails done at this place and it turned out absolutely HORRIBLE! I'm not the most picky person but these nails turned out so bad I started crying as soon as I got in my car. I didn't have the heart to tell the nail tech I hated it and I still tipped her despite everything. The coffin shape was wrong, the filing was uneven with scratches, the nails look thick and crooked. I have a lot of events this month and I'm horrified that I have to go to all of them with these. Update: The lady who did my nails offered a full refund and free removal. I was under the impression that she was going to soak them. Instead she started YANKING THEM OFF which left my nails feeling very sore! I stopped her and just took my refund and left the place. Went to my usual salon to get them removed and redone. The people at my regular salon were shocked by the state of my nails. read more

Dropped my kid off today with a friend to get their nails done and this is what I see when I pick them up. Who does someone's nails like this?? This is one of the worst Nexgen sets I've ever seen and you charged $54 for this crap work?? This person either was either in a rush to get them done or needs more practice....Like how did she get the nails to point upward like that? The only reason why I didn't come inside and make you guys take them off and refund my $$$ is because we had somewhere to be and we're running late since you only had one person doing nails while the others sat around playing on their phone. read more

Pi did an outstanding job on my nails. Woodhouse Day Spa did a poor gel manicure today, and Po took me in at the last minute and redid the gel on my hands. It turned out great. She also had a great customer service attitude and fixed a couple of things I pointed out. read more

This Was about my eighth visit. I will not be returning. Went with a friend to get pedicures and manicures. They immediately sat us in chairs and I waited about 10 minutes for my pedicure. My friend, however, waited about 40 minutes for hers. The quality is not up to the standard it used to be. Three of the tips of my toes were scraped and continue to be quite painful. My friend had a design chosen for her gel nails and showed the technician. The technician started the nails incorrectly. When pointed out she was doing it incorrectly, she said she remembered what the photo looked like. Clearly, she did not and was asked to start over. There was a lot of pushback saying that her way was going to look nicer, it is not what my friend wanted. Finally after much discussion and continued efforts to ask her to start over, she agreed to do it the way she was shown in the photo, they turned out awesome. On the other hand, I just got a regular gel manicure. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that two of my nails peeled off within 10 hours. So I am currently writing this review while soaking all the rest of my nails off. Be careful of the gel color chart. The numbers that they have labeled are not the actual numbers they labeled on the bottle. Not even close. After seven tries I finally was able to find one that was actually fairly close to the sample. I guess it doesn't matter anyway since they peeled off. With so many other amazing nail salons literally in the same shopping center, I don't see any reason to return. read more

Worst set of dip nails I have gotten. The dip powder is all the way up to my cuticles(some of the powder is stuck to my skin at the back of my nails). The powder doesn't cover the tip completely on the sides and the nails are not shaped at all how I asked. I didn't have hours to sit and ask the technician to soak them off and start over. read more

My first initial visit to Plus Nails was fine. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for a Solar Pink & White. When I arrived, there were only 2 other customers (it was virtually empty), and it was very quiet. Nancy did my nails and I was satisfied; and pleased to receive 15% off my total for booking my appointment before 2:00 pm on a Thursday. Fast forward 3 weeks: I called to schedule an appointment for a fill, and was told that Nancy is the ONLY person there who can do the Pink & White, and Nancy is away on vacation. I asked when Nancy would be available again and was told, "I don't know. She didn't tell us when she would be back; it could be 2-3 weeks." I was a bit frustrated at that point, and asked what they could suggest I do in the meantime. The response was, "I don't know what to tell you. Sorry, we can't help. Please have a good day." And she disconnected the call. I ended up going to Onyx Nail Bar (in the same shopping center)- huge difference!! Large staff at Onyx who can provide all nail services! Unlike Plus Nails, Onyx is a thriving business; busy even at 1:00 on a Thursday- but with enough staff that they can accommodate all patrons with no waiting. After searching the area for a decent nail salon I've finally found it! I always book with Te and she is so good and fast and what she does. She is very kind and usually when i come in I'm having a bad day and she can tell and whips me up a cranberry apple vodka drink and is the sweetest. Love this place! read more

PLACE WAS TERRIBLE ! I suggest not going at all.Instead of professionally soaking off the gel they ripped off the gel and top layer of nail.Then continued and burned me with the drill. After experiencing much pain I told them I didn't want to continue my service and wanted to leave.In the end was still forced to pay with not even the full polish removed off my toes.DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE!!! read more

Unfortunate first visit to this salon. The nail tech took almost an hour and a half just to paint my toes white. Even after he was done, he didn't help me with my sandals or provide me with foam flip flops and my polish was ruined as soon as I stepped out of the salon. I was able to go back in and have a different nail tech fix them. Also, my gel manicure turned out to be one of the worst I've ever received. I also got white on my nails and it has since turned two different colors due to spotty application. Needless to say I will not be returning. read more
