My nails are pointed upwards, crooked, bumpy, some nails have parts with no polish, there is fuzz in some, and the French tip is uneven. I asked her to fix my pointer finger and she appeared to be upset with me for the rest of the appointment. Not only that but the pointer finger still looks terrible. They also did no prep work such as cutting cuticles and filing nails. For anybody going do NOT get Kim. I would not recommend. Despite having an appointment, I sat in the chair for 20 minutes before anyone even started my service. I had already explained that I was on a time constraint, yet the appointment ended up taking 2.5 hours. Because of the delay, I missed the important event I had scheduled after my appointment. The entire reason I made an appointment was to avoid this exact situation. When I explained how disappointed I was and how their lack of respect for appointment times caused me to miss my event, the only resolution they offered was a $5 gift card. It felt less like they cared about making things right and more like they wanted me to stop bringing up the issue. What was even more disappointing was that the owner refused to speak with me directly. The employee told me, "I know you'd like to talk with him, but he is refusing." As a customer, that was incredibly unprofessional and showed a lack of accountability. Appointments should mean something. If a business cannot honor appointment times, they should communicate delays honestly or avoid booking customers so closely together. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel that customer service and respect for customers' time are not priorities here. There are many other nail salons that value their customers and their time, and I would recommend choosing one of those instead.

Yes, he did use the purple callus bar, the exfoliating scrub, oil, and the lotion. However, the damn thing lasted maybe 20 minutes and there was no massage whatsoever. He rub the products on my foot and lower leg, somewhat went through the motion of a massage (I guess?), but there was no pressure applied. Another fun fact! During the whole (whopping 20 minutes!) process he acted as if he was totally disgusted by my feet, which are just regular feet. I don't play tennis, run marathons, have super thick nails and calluses, etc. just regular feet. I had planned on getting my nails and brows done too. My dumbass even sat in the chair and let him start cutting my nails. After about 4 minutes of fuming I told them that I needed to get out of there and I was very unhappy with everything.
