When I politely asked how much longer it would be, her response was snippy and unprofessional. She even asked, "Why? Do you have somewhere else you need to be?" I explained that I had another appointment and would need to call and push it back. Her only response was an annoyed sigh. I had to decline an originally planned part of my service because the new product (an only option) used has something I'm allergic to in it. Throughout the service, she barely spoke to me and only offered to count down halfway through the wax appointment. It was more painful than usual and felt very rushed. Her overall demeanor made me feel like she was annoyed to be there--or at least annoyed to be working with me. To make matters worse, it has been two days since my appointment and I have not received any follow-up survey, which is usually standard. This is not the level of professionalism I expect, and it made the entire visit uncomfortable. I doubt I will return to this establishment and will definitely decline service from this technician.

I think Hello Sugar has really good pricing but recently I haven't been feeling like they care for me or even the people they hire... I was with one aesthetician for a year or so and we got really close and I just love coming to your ass because I meant updating her all my life choices and just having a friend to talk to and she had to up and leave which really sucked and it made finding a new station at that location super hard and ultimately I just never recovered from her leaving which sucks cause I like Hello Sugar and I liked how convenient it was.
