I wish I could give this place no stars !!! I got my nails done on a Sunday and by Tuesday they were all lifting . They didn't come out good as well uneven lumpy looking . I went back in on Wednesday and asked for a refund , I was told no they can fix them or else nothing. I asked if he the owner would do tnem and he told me I will not do your nails the tech From Sunday where I said absolutely not and he told me to call the police if I dont like that answer . Do not go here lol. They listed a whole bunch of things they couldn't do. I tipped $30 just to find out they put gloss on my girlfriend's left set of nails and not on the right. They made one of her toes not even look like a nail . Last review was a year ago do not waste your money or time. read more

Let me just start off and say there's no indictment on the service I received because Tracy was awesome. The colors were amazing and my Hubby loved them.. This issue I'm having is that me paying extra for gel polish and it peels almost a week later. I've never had gel to lift and peel. That's the reason I "DON'T" get regular nail polish because of peeling... I'm in need of a fill and haven't decided if I would come back or not because I hate to waste money!!! Decisions decisions decisions..... Yes I could've came back in and told them but I didn't know if they would fix them without me having to come out of pocket again. I went to jade same day appointment. Mia did my nails (manicure and pedicure). I got acrylic nails French tip with a beautiful design. Mia was very talented and very nice , she did everything I asked her and she paid a lot of attention to details. I am happy with care and service I received. the prices are great as well praise God. Rush job on my toes , very dissatisfied with the results! She did not take her time paid for the deluxe foot massage and she massaged one leg more than the other ! Very disappointed! I just had a manipedi at this place. I'm beyond disappointed! I was given them the benefit of the doubt because they're around the corner to my house and they're open on a Sunday! BUT this is the worse manicure and pedicure I've ever had! My real nails weren't cut/filed evenly, nail polish was everywhere, didn't even cover the entire nail bed completely with the polish! She didn't clean up around my toes properly or my hands. And She didn't do a topcoat on my hands or anything! It was not worth the $ paid! I knew I should've waited to go to Bliss Nails in Flower Mound! Stay the heck away from this place! Friendly staff but horrible nail skills! SMH read more

For all of the positive reviews, I thought I had found THE nail salon. I didn't. I got the worst set of nails I've ever had in my 17yrs of having them. They were breaking off and chipping by the third day. I had to soak the rest off myself (Because you absolutely cannot get into this salon without an "appointment" even when they're not busy.) after having them less than a week. Mind you, my daily activities are not THAT strenuous. The pedi was okay but very rushed. The employees were nice, so that's why they're getting two stars as opposed to one. Just left this salon and am beyond disappointed. Today when I walked in there were only 2 workers and a couple present. I could tell there was gonna be a small wait but did not mind since I appeared to be next! I was asked by one of the nail techs if I had called in before hand and I told her I had not. When the couple was done she started working on my nails but shortly after their call in clients walked in. This customer told her she and her mother were the ones who called before the the lady put tips onto my nails, so I assumed I would still be taken care of first. After putting tips on all of my nails she proceeds to tell me that she is going to start on them because they did call in before me. She also let me know that it's going to be about a 30 to 35 minute wait. Because she already started, I went ahead and stayed thinking that I would at least get a discount for my wait. After finishing finishing part of the walk in party she came back to fix my set. As she was coming to an end with me and drilling/completing my full set she is apologizing to her other client who is waiting and rushing through my drilling process. She messed up on one and fixed it immediately without me saying anything, but I had to point out a different nail that she messed up on. In the end I payed full price and $50 to be there for over an hour and half, and still walk out with messed up nails. Would not recommend read more

The ladies were personable and made great conversation but were also quiet during my (seriously amazing) massage so I could relax. They did a great job all the way through.
