Went in for a pedicure today, and the guy who did my toes was sloppy, unprofessional, and lacking of knowledge. My turbo jet was malfunctioning and instead of him to relocate me to a different station, it was a nonstop battle to get it working properly, mind you all of the other chairs were open. Then he removed the plastic wrap that lines the bowl prematurely, which I feared was a sanitary hazard. He haphazardly groomed my toes and poorly painted my toes. Ultimate the service was garbage, don't waste your time there because they could care less about you. read more

I used to to like this place. Today I was annoyed that the tech didn't wash her hands between the person before me and after me and who knows how many more. The guy before me had acrylic done to only one nail for god only knows why it wasn't growing... fungus is where my head went. I just felt that she should have washed her hands thoroughly in between. Then, my thumb nail kind of grows at a weird angle and it bothers me when it is cut the way some nail techs see as straight. I asked her to file one side more and she kept telling me that it's straight. So I guess I'll fix it at home. read more

This place is awful. I keep my nails shorter for sports and work so I declined tips for this reason. When the lady started prepping my nails for a dip manicure she kept commenting how short my nails were and asking if I wanted longer nails, which I kindly refused. She was rushing, sloppy, oftentimes missing my nails entirely when she was filling. She got product all around my cuticles, my skin was adhered to my nails after she was done. Pass!!? read more

Excellent service! They stayed late for us, gave us a fantastic pedicure and helped an indecisive daughter pick out colors. They were very kind and we felt right at home and made sure we were satisfied before we left. They even did 2 extra coats in my daughter to help her color last longer on her busy hands. Clean, friendly, and decent price for services. They do gel manicures as well - sometimes it's difficult to find a salon that does them. The only downside is that they are pretty busy, but they do try to fit everyone in, and they have a lot of staff. I guess the fact that so many people go there is a testament to their business. Would not recommend for any waxing service. Place appears clean and they were nice enough but when I went in for bottom of legs waxing it wasn't so great. Girl was telling me the entire time she didn't like waxing people because she had back issues. They didn't have the larger strips so she was using the tiny ones...it took forever and she missed lots of places. I won't try them again. read more

Worst experience ever. Their customer service SUCKS! They sat me down at a chair for a pedicure and didn't come back for an hour...the water became cold I was waiting so long. They continued to help other customers who came in after me. I finally got up and left. Never coming back here. Been here twice and neither experience was good. read more

Checked this place out the other day, horrible place total waist of my time it took them 1.5 hrs to do a a set of Nexgen nails. I have gotten the service done several times to know what to expect, I asked the nail tech more than four times to trim my nails shorts and she failed to listen when she was done with the powder I looked at them and they looked like 4 year old had done them, her response was I'm not done, when I told her again that they were still to long she tried to cut them down with the trimmer but my nails were to thick from the powder it was impossible, so seeing that I was unhappy she got someone else to come over and help and he had to redo some of the nails because they weren't done correctly. He apologized for her saying she was just having a bad day. Regardless if you are or not having a bad day you should always do your best if you don't feel like working then why even be their.
