My nails came out okay I just did funny bunny dip on shorter almond nails. My pedicure however hurt so bad. The lady working on me had no gloves on or a mask and didn't really ask me anything, just started. She didn't ask what pedicure I wanted until 20 mins in and instead of making the tray look nice she just brought everything over in its packaging and was opening it all and then throwing the trash in the water my feet were soaking in. My mani was fast, I was with my sister and we were both done in 30 mins. But my pedicure took almost and hour and a half. She had no routine down. I did gel and she would start and then stop and walk off. Come back and do whatever else next. At one point she rubbed a lemon on my foot and then threw it in the water. Her thumb nail was so long that she would scrape polish off of the sides of my nail and it hurt like hell. She filed my nails down so hard that my skin is raw on the top of it. My nails are all crooked and the massage I was supposed to receive she dumped oil on me and smacked on lotion on 1 foot and rubbed me for 2 mins and then forgot about the other foot. I guess the salon ran out of hot towels because she came back with one and hot wrapped my one foot and then dry rubbed my other foot with a towel from the bottom of her cart. I'm sorry this is so long but I really don't want anyone else to go through this. When we went to pay I spoke up and asked for a discount, explained what happened and he got down and checked my feet. I told him I didn't even know if I had a top coat on but I have a light at home and can fix it. The best he could do was wave the price of my gel on my toes which I get but I'm also a little annoyed he couldn't comp the whole pedicure.

This is not his decision and he should have listened. Because she told him multiple times and he dismissed her, she felt too shy to say anything. When I called, they explained his English isn't very good, and there must have been a miscommunication. I validate the language barrier, but he clearly understood "too long" They offered for her to come in now and redo them, but she declined based on how long it takes to do them and not wanting to return based on how she was treated. She also says her grandmother requested the water to be hotter and they told her it was hot enough. I'm leaving two instead of one start because they offered to fix it and she likes the design she picked out.
