Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service…read more I've been a loyal Palm Beach Tan customer since they first started offering spray tans, but my recent experience at the Flower Mound location was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. In March, I came in for a spray tan and was pressured into buying a 3-pack, even after I made it clear I don't get them often. The salesperson assured me they would extend the expiration date and even asked what date would work best. I told her the end of July, and she said that wouldn't be a problem. Fast forward to today (July 3), I went in to use my second spray tan from that pack--only to be told they had expired on June 20, just 13 days ago. I explained the entire situation, including the salesperson's promise to adjust the expiration, but the current staff offered no solution. Instead, they told me they'd give me a "free" spray tan today (which isn't free--I already paid for it), and that I would lose the third one I paid for. Not only was there no accountability, but I didn't even get an apology. Just cold, dismissive service. Palm Beach Tan, this is not how you treat long-time customers. It's unacceptable to make verbal commitments, take someone's money, and then backtrack on those promises. Do better.

The front girl I didn't catch her name (works at 4pm cst) went thru the process and got me set up with new lotions and ready to go. Brought daughter back to get her started too she was impressed. I will say the girl who came in for I think the 5pm shift was definitely not welcoming she came in while I was waiting for the other girl to show my daughter the beds. Had she been there when I came to resign up I would not have. She didn't even acknowledge while I stood there while the nice girl(so sorry I didn't get her name) . the 5pm girl was very rude and even after asking questions to the other girl just was arrogant and very BUT wouldn't hold that against the 4pm girl.4pm girl deaerves raise explained everything, took care of other guests while getting me taken care of but 5pm girl is a no. I made my FREE appt and showed up and gave all my information a second time and was asked to pay almost $44! I asked if I could purchase the Groupon and use it now and the snarled at me and says "you can use it on your next visit!" So my full information was taken 2X for their usage in exchange for a service not received, my time wasted, and they tried to charge me 3X the advertised price on Groupon!! Sounds like a classic bait and switch scam to me!!! A misunderstanding I can do business with but a liar and a fraud won't get my money!!

When I got my eyelashes done, I told her it was my first time getting it done and she explained none of the process to me. She left me there with stuff on my lashes for so long and me wondering how long it was gonna be. Wasn't even offered water. I just expect better when people are going in for a service that is kind of a luxury.
