Came in and got s full set of acrylics, the shape came out nice however the design is asked for was done very poorly and incomplete on some nails... when i showed the inspo pic the nail tech seemed unsure so i said i could pick a simpler design but they insisted it was okay. I wish i had just went simple because the poor design makes the whole set look not that great. Paying extra for a design that the nail tech cannot achieve feels a little cheap. Stopped by for a gel mani and regular pedi. Worst set I ever got. The manicure lady wouldn't listen and I kept asking her to stop cutting my cuticles so close. She wouldn't listen and kept cutting until it was red and sore. The pedi guy, seemed in a hurry and just didn't do a good job painting. He also splashed some polish on my toe and calf and had to use acetone to remove it. I came home and looked at the work I got done and sadly I wasn't surprised I got a horrible job done. I paid $76 plus a $20 tip. Totally not worth it and will never go again!!! I've paid less at worst spots and gotten better treatment. UPDATE: After a festering all night about my crappy nail job. I went in the afternoon today to see if they can fix it. The manager was there and was super apologetic and she offered to fix me all up. My 7 year old and I waited over an hour to be rushed through our services that somehow still took half the day. The kids pedicure chair wouldn't turn on and my daughter cried. They switched out nail techs on both of us halfway through. They didn't put top coat on my toes. I got a gel manicure and on day two it looked like this. Peeling and chipping off. Not an honest business-- went here after the Covid lockdown, and they refused to honor a gift card purchased just before Covid. This was a $200 gift card, and they said they showed a balance of $0, but also said they don't keep a record of these. The service was just ok-- massage chairs are worn, not completely confident that everything is clean-- grime on the remotes and tables. I have been here several times. I had to give them a 3 because I had one horrible experience and one great experience. I was torn on how to review it. I have not enjoyed the pedicures here (they have hurt and I have left bleeding). I received a next-gen manicure that left lines deeply increased in my nails and the girl was on the phone the entire time she did my manicure. However, I went back after a friend told me to see Annie. She re-did my Next-Gen french manicure and was professional the entire time. She was efficient and did an amazing job. They look beautiful. She listened to what I wanted and then I told her I would trust her. They look better than I could have imagined. Nearly two weeks later, my next-gen nails still look beautiful. Annie even explained why my nails had those lines in them (from the previous mani) and what they could do to help prevent that and hide them. I won't be going back for a pedi, but I will go back for my nails if I can make an appointment with Annie. She was amazing. I highly recommend her. read more

After going again and giving them a second chance, it was just as same as the first time. Maybe even worse! My nails got ruined, the nail bed was damaged. This was a great experience on a Saturday afternoon! We got taken back right away and did the Luxor pedicure in Milk and Honey scent. This was a great treatment for getting dead skin off not only your feet, but also your legs! From lotion to exfoliation, my feet and legs felt incredible! I've been coming to this salon ever since they opened, so about 7 years now. I have not had a single negative experience. One of the original owners recently passed, the place is under new ownership. They added new chairs, a bar and a few new techs I will continue getting my pedicures here for as long as "my" tech is still here, and she's been here since the beginning. I really want to say something nice here but it's really difficult. The techs we had were pretty good and the place is pretty even though it does have a giant Egyptian picture on the main wall. My daughter and I were invited here for her friend's birthday and I'm friends with the mom. We got here right at noon, which was our appointment time, and we're not even greeted for nearly 15mins. We came here because they have kid's pedicure chairs, but they are split up so the girls could either not sit together or one had to sit in a large chair. The tech spent maybe 20 mins on the birthday girl's nails and toes, but 30 on my daughter's. OK. My friend and I waited an entire hour before we were seen. And my pedicure water went cold twice. One week ago, one of the Pedicure techs used what looks like a cheese grater on my feet. I had some callus buildup on the inner side of my great toes. Well, she used the "grater", and cut my skin. It hurt momentarily, and she apologized, but a week later I ended up in Emergency Room with infected toe, and cellulitis of my left foot. When I called and spoke with a man claiming to be the Manager, he said, not his problem, he would not even know who the nail tech was. I told him I had my credit card receipt, he said, no matter. I am out over 200.00$. ! I asked why his employee did not notify management if the cut someone. He said, who knows if it will get infected? OMG! I will never go back to this salon again! All the ER staff asked which salon it was. I will tell everyone that I have an infection that had to be treated with antibiotics due to a careless nail tech, and possibly dirty equipment. Two days later I still hated them - nothing like the picture! I went in to talk to a manager and he treated me HORRIBLE! I told him I wanted a refund so I can get them fixed elsewhere, I got them for my birthday and he literally laughed in my face and said, 'I don't care'. He thought nothing was wrong with them therefore won't give me a refund or even redo them. I asked for another managers phone number and when he gave it to me I asked for their name and he responded 'its mine, nobody else can help you' he gave me HIS OWN NUMBER. I have only walked out of one nail salon in my life and this one was it. I walked in on a Sunday around 3 and marked the "soak off / no service." I just wanted my NexGen nails removed which is why I didn't mark "soak off /w new service." The receptionist placed my hands in a bowl of acetone and I sat there for 20 minutes. Two girls walked in for a polish change and they were immediately serviced. I decided not to say anything as I was soaking my nails and I understand they were busy. A lady behind me was soaking her nails as well. When she noticed the polish was coming off she told the owner. THE OWNER HANDED HER A COTTON BALL AND TOLD HER TO START RUBBING IT OFF HERSELF. He told her "if you want it off faster, you need to rub." I thought he surly wasn't going to ask me to remove my own nails. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN HE PROCEEDS TO HAND ME A COTTON BALL AND TELLS ME TO RUB MY OWN NAILS OFF. I figure I'd get started and as he finished with the woman next to me, he'd assist me in a moment. 45 minutes has passed since I entered and I had scrubbed all my nails clean. I told the owner to have a nice day as I was leaving. I explained to him that all I wanted was to get my nails removed and I did it myself. He then tells me I need to pay him $10 for the acetone and cotton ball because that's the service they provide. The woman who had to do the same as me, clearly backed me up. Other nail salons, I pay $10 for them to remove my nails for me. The owner was terrible. He yelled at me in front of the whole salon to get out of his shop because I refused to pay $10 for removing my own nails with their bowl of acetone. I understand if their "soak off with no service" is exactly that however, he should clarify with the customer that they will be taking their own nails off. Enjoy doing your own nails. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. The worst nail salon I've been to. Reason being, They need to stop talking crap about their clients while they are sitting there doing nails amongst each other. I'm Vietnamese but most people can't tell and I speak and understand fluently. I caught the two doing my mani and pedi talking crap about me. I spoke up in English that I completely understand what they are saying and broke into Vietnamese that it's completely inappropriate and to be cautious about what you say because you never know who understands what your saying. Taken aback they apologized but apologies nonetheless does not discount the poor quality of work they do on your nails. I've been to plenty of other nail salons and I have never encountered such rudeness and my dip nexgen only lasted a week. Pedicures I've had in the past have lasted 3 weeks. They are absolutely horrible. It's not my fault I caught them talking crap about me because I needed to send documents for my work. And because of that that gives them an excuse to do poor work in retaliation or is that the type of work they do? You can be sure I will be posting this on all social media sites to make others aware that if you think they are talking crap about you, they are. Completely unprofessional poor work. Stay away if you care about quality and what you pay for. The public needs to know about how awful this place is. Good luck if you decide to go there. Nail places are a dime a dozen. Horrible experience. Bad atmosphere the second I walked in. The gentlemen I had hardly spoke English so that made it extremely hard to describe what I wanted. Had 2 people work on my nails and still could not get It right. My nails were uneven, not clean and polished, and they cannot do a simple design nail. The jewels used on my nail went matte after I washed them and they refused to fix or replace them. Then I also got a lip and eyebrow wax and they used one stick for everything and double dipped MULTIPLE times and that is very unsanitary and I can easy fine them for that.
