Watch your bill! I've been coming here for 3 years, but this is my last visit. In the last two visits, they have added a $10 "misc" charge to my bill. It flashes up quickly and then disappears as they ring you up. The first time, I assumed it was something I had missed. The second time, I questioned it. The woman read out the list of the charges and their prices. I told her that still totaled $10 less than what she was charging me. Then she gave some silly excuse. I told her that was nonsense and she removed it. Charging an extra $10 with no notice, hoping a distracted customer won't notice, borders on fraud. read more

I have been here numerous times and never had an experience like this. My pedicure left me with polish on my skin and bumpy spots on my toenails. My manicure was horrible! Nails not straight cut, jagged and not filed smooth. the French tips were crooked and messy. Nobody seemed interested when I showed them. I asked to have at least the polish removed and was not given a refund or even a coupon. I will never go there again. Mind you, I am not one that normally complains, but this was awful! read more

Do not waste time or money. Horrible customer service and techs are probably not certified. The tech did not introduce herself, so I can not provide her name. I went in for a Deluxe Pedicure and shared with the attendant I went before and was coming back to try the pedicure. It was horrific! There is always the desire to go in for stress-free experience, but it becomes stressful really quick when there are inexperienced techs. I think a polish change would have been more acceptable because there was no pressure or effort given with any step i.e. nail cleaning/shaping, heel buffing, and the massage was a joke. All of this lack of service was displayed on my feet in the end having dry skin and unattended portions that were not buffed or had any dead skin removed. I brought it to the tech's attention and she said you need lotion. I brought it to the attention of the manager he said "must pay fee". I wish I would've read the reviews before going. read more

Her overall service was very minimal and poor, cut my toe on the side and I had to prompt her when she rubbed my foot in the same place a long time while she was watching tv and looking outside. This place is awful now. Today i asked for chrome nails, the lady was scraping at the bottom of the pot to get the old last bits of the chrome powder polish, it looks extremely uneven / streaky. I even asked if she could just open a new pot and she nervously laughed and continued scraping for remnants. Terrible results for $55. I also told them i do not want to get my toes painted anymore ($12) due to having a flight and running late, while i was waiting for my hands to finish, without any warning, she got on her hands and knees and started filing my toenails under the table even though i told her i did not want it anymore, it was ridiculous and stressful. I tried calling and complaining afterwards (did not do it in person as I was in a rush), and the owner did offer to fix it, however when i was mid sentence asking if i can come in next week to get it fixed, he hung up on me!!! i called back again and he started exasperatedly yelling at me saying " I ALREADY TOLD YOU COME GET FIX WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT JUST COME IN!!!" Absolutely horrible experience, $67 down the drain, do not recommend and will never go back. read more

We requested a simple acrylic nail design and a normal paint job from this location and it was horrible she did not want this at all she wanted a square shape with a french tip and gems and this is what they gave her instead and the french tip wasn't even the kind that she wanted she wanted a sharp french tip with glitter and she wanted a nude color for base and it was supposed to be acrylic and they did dip powder instead and the length was wrong Now about what i got, after 2 days 2 of my nails were completely gone and 5 of them damaged and chipped we are not sure who the person who did my cousin's nails was but they did them horribly but the person who did mine only messed up because the design was too small so do not say anything bad to them. About the overall vibe of the place it is very nice and tidy and it smells very good in there but some of the staff is poorly trained so you need better training. read more

I used to go to this nail salon for years until June of this year. It was sold I tried it a few times it was ok but definitely not like the previous owners. I had some gift cards left that I purchased in Dec of 2020 for 200.00 well my niece tried to use them today and they informed her they are mot honoring them. That is horrible business! When I was there in July they told me they would honor them but then my niece tried to use them today and they will not honor them. The pedicure was okay it needed another coat, toe nails were different lengths. My nails were awful, had powder outside of my nail, sticking to my skin and not what I wanted. I showed a picture and the lady didn't seem to care either. She should have stated she didn't understand instead of agreeing and totally doing whatever she wanted! Spoke to the manager and she didn't care either , she said I don't see it and proceed to charge me. The least they could do was make sure I didn't have dipped powder on my skin. The man doing my starting my nails was on his phone the whole time, then he just left the salon without telling me anything and got a new girl to do my nails. She obviously did not want to do my nails and was extremely rude the whole time I was there. She kept sighing whenever I asked her something and kept giving me dirty looks. Whenever I showed them the picture of the design I wanted, they said they could do it. They could not because my nails look horrible. There is dip powder stuck all underneath my nails that she didn't even bother to clean. Please don't waste my time AND money whenever you say you can do a design that you cannot. read more

I called on a Saturday and they not only had availability immediately for me. I watched as other customers walked in and were provided with good quality service immediately! OMG! I did the most expensive pedicure they had and the jelly pedi was AMAZING! I also had french tip on my toes with rhinestones and design. Lee, did an amazing job!! I chose dip powder for my nails to be a light pink as I am a soldier in the military. The business was BEAUTIFUL!!! Chandelier all throughout the iNails and Spa. The bathroom was beautiful as well!! If I could leave no stars I would. I have been coming here for awhile and have had no issues at all. I took my daughter with me today, we don't get to see each other very much and service was TERRIBLE. My daughter was very specific in what she wanted. She told multiple different people multiple times what she wanted and they proceeded to argue with her. They were very rude and even management was rude. We left with her toes looking like this and they tried to change me full price for her pedicure which I refused to do. We settled on 50% off of hers which I still think was ridiculous but just paid because I had been embarrassed enough and was ready to go. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. I popped the corner of my nail last night so I decided to pop myself in here to get it fixed this afternoon. I've heard such mixed things about this place I had to see for myself. First impression, the front is pretty and nice. There was a manager /owner guy that walked up and was singing and honestly a little creepy with his long hair and beard and Santa hat on. As for people, the manager is the only one that threw me off. I was seated immediately which was nice and someone started working right away. The techs where fine, nothing fabulous and nothing horrible. Basic prices are great, but wow they get you on the mani/pedi upgrades!! I do NexGen and prices are decent for enhancements. It was $5 for my NexGen repair. Why do nail salons have to gaudy up the place??? This place would be very pretty. I love the stations, the spaciousness and the placement of every thing (though the bar and karaoke is a little strange). But they had to go gaudy it all up with all the crystal chandeliers, different shades of purple and funky wall decor. Just once I would like to go into a nail salon in the suburbs that had the clean, contemporary look of a downtown nail salon. Not this time. read more

One day, I decided I wanted something different- I wanted to treat myself. I stoped by iNails & Spa and oh my god!! I am in love with this place! Tom was the owner when I started going & he ended up doing my nails one day due to short staff. He was very kind and respectful (as was the rest of the staff I interacted with during my visit) and he did everything I asked for with my nails. I've been coming pretty regularly for the past few months, and the last time I went was my first time with the new management. I was a little upset and hesitant, but even with short staff, 2 insanely drunk & rude customers yelling at them/complaining the whole time, and so many walk ins, they took such GREAT care of me. Have gone to I Nails for 2 years. Lillian is my "go to" for Nexgen. Tom, the owner, makes everyone feel at home. They do have a large clientele so just call ahead. Five stars for getting all four of us in as walk-ins. I was so surprised they were able to get us in so quickly. By the time we picked our colors, we were in chairs and getting going. My pedi was good but not great. I didn't love the hardcore scrub, and at some point he went to do a rinse with water that was so hot I jerked my foot out of the stream. I know it was an accident but it was kind of painful. Instead of getting a gel mani, I had my gel soaked off. They put me in the soak really early, so I was soaking in it forever... too long. It still didn't get my gel off, so my tech filed them. He really got after it and filed some of my cuticles too. It happened several times even though I spoke up. I hesitate to make take off more than one star for this, because having gel soaked off once in a while is a just something you have to do, but it's not that much fun for the customer or the tech. It's not relaxing, it's not that enjoyable, your sit with your hands all scrunched up forever, but that's how it would be anywhere. I think he did a pretty good job all things considered. And overall, four stars, because they were super nice, spotlessly clean, offered us drinks, and they were fast and affordable. read more
